Slighted service. Car not vacuumed after oil change. Jiffy Lube on N. Decatur way better service and attention. Received receipt in hand. Gentleman ahead of me receive receipt in black folder. Price discussion in waiting area was tacky and in your face to me. Walmart, local mechanic feels better in interaction.

I had been looking for a graduation gift for mysel...

I had been looking for a graduation gift for myself for a few months. I was waiting to find the right car for a while. Every dealership I went to in the past moths had been a total disaster. There was always a problem when I tried talking to a salesperson. They would always ignore me, and they would not take me serious. I can understand where they could be coming from though. Why would you try to sale a car to a random kid that probably doesn t even have the funds for a car? This issue happened in three different dealerships that I attended. This issue went away when I entered one dealership. Hennessy Ford was different because they were extremely attentive, and easy to work with.
First, when I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by the New Car Manager, Carlos Valencia. I informed him that I was looking to purchase a new car. He directed me to Kevin Swindall. Kevin was very nice, informative, and attentive. We talked about cars for a while, and then we went straight to business. He asked if I had any car in mind, or was I in the process of choosing one. I told him I was leaning towards purchasing a Mustang. He educated me about the car because I was clueless. We later went to look at their inventory. I already had a car in mind that stood out to me. I looked on their website the night before, and I found a few cars that interested me. Kevin Found the cars I had in mind, and he brought them over so I could see them. He also let me test drive them so I could get a feel of the car.
After I test drove the cars we went to his desk to see what deal we could obtain. We talked about the prices of the vehicles for a while. We had to talk about the packages that the car came in, and many other options. This was the worst part of the experience because we could not come with a good price. I knew that because of my young age it was going to be difficult to achieve a good deal. We negotiated for a few hours, and he finally came up with a good deal. This surprised me because every other dealer would say that the price would be too high. I finally agreed to a deal and I waited for all the paperwork to be ready. The paperwork was done around 9:30 P.M. When everything was done it was 10:30 and everyone was gone. This also surprised because the dealership closed at 8 P.M. The fact that Kevin stayed late to help me close a deal made me seem appreciated. They acted extremely friendly and they stayed with me until everything was complete. I was even offered coffee by Kevin. When the car was ready to go Kevin showed me everything about the car and all its features. I ended up leaving with a I brand new 2017 Ford Mustang a few months ago from Hennessy Ford.
In conclusion, my experience at Hennessy Ford was one of the best experience of my life. I was treated with respect, and the staff was very easy to work with. I felt appreciated by the staff unlike other dealerships that I had attended. Kevin was very attentive and very informative. I had a very calm shopping experience, and I was not pressured to purchase a vehicle. My fear was to be pressured to purchase a car that I wasn t looking for. I was very happy with the service at Hennessy Ford, therefore I highly recommend for anyone to come, and meet with Kevin Swindall.

Absolutely the worst place EVER. I called the part...

Absolutely the worst place EVER. I called the parts service (spoke with a guy named rick). I told him I need a new throttle body. He assured me that would the part was in and transfered me to service to make an appointment. Fred the service advisor made my appointment and assured me that my car would be ready in 3 hours.
Three hours had come and gone. I called Fred and asked about the status of my car. He told my the tech was just now taking a look at it. Now my appointment was at 10:00. I dropped my car off at 9:45. It is now 3:30 am and your just now looking at my car. He said he would give me a call back once he had a quote. 2 more hours past and still no call. So my mother called Fred. He was very disrespectful and impatience. He told my mother that my care wouldn't be ready for pick up till monday. I just received a call while typing this saying my car wont be ready for til Tuesday.
miscommunication, lies, and disrespectful.

I usually hate going to car dealerships because the guys always want to give you the run around, but JP has restored my faith! I will definitely be buying from him very soon.

Requested and paid for a full service on my 2016 F...

Requested and paid for a full service on my 2016 F150 using full synthetic.
Only replaced the Engine oil and rotated the tires.
Brakes weren t checked
Lights weren t checked
Fluids weren t checked
Tires weren t checked
Oil level wasn t checked after filling so left a 1/2 qt low.
Oil life meter wasn t reset to 100%.
Didn t have full synthetic oil readily available, took additional 30 minutes to find the oil.
All Indicated on the inspection record, but not done.
When I asked the Tim the service manager why it wasn t, done, he lied Became belligerent and said it was. Unfortunately I watched the entire service and it didn t happen.
When I paid the bill, I was given the inspection record for a Fusion, they had to go find my F150 inspection record.
Don t let the new shiny building fool you, they are unprofessional and do not provide what they agreed and you pay for and they will lie to your face when you know the truth. Cannot be trusted!
Sent email to the main service manager, didn t even get a response.
This company is all smoke and mirrors. Don t care, bet if Mr Hennessy reads this he would care.

Very courteous staff and and great selection. However they ran my credit FIVE TIMES and I still went with my credit union at the end of the process. Granted it was my first time getting a car and they needed the proper documentation for everything to be finalized, but I earned my great credit (and now my great car) like I wish to keep in great condition. They should try to keep EVERY aspect of the customer in mind when trying to give a good deal.

I brought my car in for service on Saturday 5/30 a...

I brought my car in for service on Saturday 5/30 and when I came to pick it up I saw that there was a new scratch on my car. The service I received from Heather who took care of me and from Chris Davis the service manager was and is very poor. Today is Tuesday evening, 6/2 and I still have not heard from Chris to let me know when my car will be fixed. Chris assured me on Saturday that he would follow-up but has not. I did receive a call from another manager Tim who wanted to understand my issue and said he would follow-up. Unfortunately, I had to follow-up with Tim who told me that he still hadn't determined how to fix my car.

I do not understand why I have to chase the personnel at Hennessy to get my car fixed from damage that they caused. This is the first dealership that I have dealt with that has had such poor service and acted so unprofessionally. All they seem to do is apologize without any action

I understand that mistakes happen but Hennessy should take a proactive and responsible approach in getting the issue fixed. I should not have to chase them to get my car fixed and as such I am writing my first negative review.

There are other Ford dealers in Atlanta and I would recommend that you avoid Hennessy and go to another dealer.

Terrible. Dishonest. Bought a truck here and was promised two keys. Went home with one because the other couldn t be found. Went back two times and they still couldn t find the key. They promised to make me another but again failed to deliver. I have probably called and texted four times. They keep saying that an appointment will be scheduled to make another but then I hear nothing.

Don t be fooled by Hennessy addressing the bad reviews. My name is right above my post. They have my information and could reach out to me to make this right.

I did give them another chance after my review was replied to. Dropped off my truck to have the oil change and key made. Took an Uber home. Got a call from The guy who sold me the truck saying they didn t have anyone to drive the truck one block down the road to have my key made. He made me rush over there saying I would be in and out. I said that I didn t believe that because I had been inconvenienced before and that is why I dropped off the truck. After waiting 1 hour 20 minutes I left. Still no key.

All staff were helpful and friendly. The one hitch was I was originally told the Ford Escape SE had front parking assist when it is really only available on the Escape Titanium. I was also told the Titanium had CarPlay - it does but requires my phone be plugged in- which is not what the salesman thought even though we asked several times because we thought it was not likely. I would recommend the sales people become more familiar with available options on different models. I really enjoy the car and am very satisfied

About 3 years ago I bought a 2003 Nissan Pathfinder from Hennessy Ford. I worked with Walter Sanders on the purchase and he was great. I tend to keep my cars for a long time but next time a need one, I will certainly head to Hennessy and will ask for Walter! My Pathfinder is in great shape and hasn't caused me any issues!

Every time I call reach the service dept to schedule an appointment it tells me "This person can't be reached" and I get disconnected. So I try to speak to a rep, they transfer me to the service dept, and I get the same message and disconnected again. Incredibly frustrating.

Soo after the phone issue I managed to make an appointment online. I figured all was well and stopped by Saturday morning only to be told they are backed up with work until Wednesday, and the fact that I made an appointment was irrelevant. I wanted to be clear, so I asked "So to get this diagnosed I would have to leave my car here until Wednesday?" and they said "Yes". I don't understand why they would take appointments if they know they are this backed up. I really needed this work done as I haven't been able to drive to work without getting heatsick as I had a lot of heat strokes growing up.

Had I known they could not do the work when I made the appointment I could have called around to other shops back on Wednesday, this really put me in a bind.

After dreading the fact of having to deal with a dealership for about a month, I bit the bullet and called Hennessy Ford for financing questions. I spoke with Emerson and I quickly realized it was actually pretty easy and painless. Emerson was the best help I have had in the entire process of getting financed and had a painless solution to all of my non ideal circumstances.

End of day I am purchasing a car from Hennessy Ford and would recommend Emerson and DJ to anyone.

Excellent customer service from Nick Odom and the staff. He kept us updated of the progress throughout our wait. It was our first time visiting Hennessey new location, but I love it. There is no way during the design phase they knew a pandemic was on the horizon, but I love the extra quiet spaces in front of the dealership. It have us an opportunity to wait in our own cozy pod/space area. Safe, luxurious, and relaxing environment.

They broke down the taxes, the major costs, delivery options and payment options. My salesperson was very communicative and very friendly throughout the whole process. I also enjoyed working with the finance manager, who answered all of my questions timely and gave some great suggestions to make my purchase smoother and easier.

Chris Mims is the man to see. I picked up my 4th Lincoln; a beautiful new 2019 Nautilus last week and this was the easiest and smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. Chris immediately reached out to me after I submitted a test drive request online, setup a follow-up appointment, sent an appropriate reminder ahead of my visit, located the car I wanted, and coordinated a great purchase and delivery experience. Terrible service department. I have a brand new 20...

Terrible service department. I have a brand new 2016 Escape, purchased from Hennessy. I knew what I wanted and Hennessy had it, that is the only reason I ended up here. Sales was easy. The finance guy was pushy but that is expected. I've brought my car in 4 times for the same problem. After all of this back and forth, nothing has been fixed. They want to blame my Bluetooth freezing, turning the car on and no Bluetooth, and general Bluetooth issues on my phone. For reference, this has happened with my Note 5, iPhone 6, and galaxy S5. I understand phones are moving faster than cars. However, all of my phones are in the approved list.

Mostly, I'm disappointed in the way the "problem" was explained to me and the lack of effort on their part to find the problem. Apparently, my Bluetooth is on but I have to force it to connect. Tried that but okay. The sync doesn't support pictures and that is causing the problems. I could understand that but then why not every time I use the phone? They aren't sure. Why is it happening progressively more often? They aren't sure. What does my phone have to do with the Bluetooth not coming on when the car is turned on? We didn't look into that. You had my car for 36 hours, awesome.

At this point, I just wanted my keys back. The service director was the one explaining this to me by the way, in terms like I have to understand it has a processor and sometimes you have to control alt delete the excel. He was trying to relate it in terms he thought I would understand but it came across insulting. It's been a pretty terrible experience all around but the explanation and lack of interest made it worse.

To the guy in the waiting room who was told his warning lights weren't on hard enough, I understand.

I give it one star because the system won't let me give it less. We have two Ford vehicles and it appears Ford service centers in North Atlanta just are not concerned with customer service at all. Our most recent issue involved a complete cluster of loaner cars, only after we demanded we be given one since our car was going to be in the shop for "a week" due to a warranty issue. Three loaner cars (two of which had no AC) later and nearly 5 weeks after dropping our 2017 Explorer off...we finally got our car back. What did we have done? The pain on the hood was chipping and they replaced the hood. Yep, nearly 5 weeks to replace the hood. When we called to check on it after 4 weeks it took them two days to find out what was going on with the vehicle. Complete lack of concern for the customer from beginning to end. Awful. If the GM of this location had the same experience I am sure he would have fired himself.

Service dept is awful. Bought a 30k$ truck and warranty. Service dept is not paid to listen to noises that are normal. Direct quote from manager. The clunking noise in my front end made my neighbor come out of his house to look at what the commotion was. This is 'normal' according to manager that watch the video I recorded.

Brought the 2012 f150 in for warranty work and had them do an alignment, tranny service and oil change for 30k service. Steering wheel was cocked to right when I brought it in and that was what I wanted corrected so the blinker would cancel on a right turn. They failed to fix any of the metal on metal clanking noises and charged me for the services only for me to have to come back again to straighten steering wheel.

One run around after another. Wasted hours for no gain and problems still remain.

Go somewhere else!

This is the most unprofessional service from a dealer and worst experience with a company that is meant to guarantee customer satisfaction and safety. Be aware.
This is an updated experience I had with this dealership Hennessys Ford. I purchased a car 4 months ago that failed few days after. (Experience below). I was told on my last visit that the problem was easy and would never happen again. Three weeks ago, the same issue occurred and this dealer has refused to take responsibility on it.
Few days after I reported the issue, I received a call from one of the sales manager that offered all kind of services that just half hr after refused to go such as take the car to review it, verify it and fix it. For about a week I tried on all ways possible, even thru Ford Company, to have Hennessys ford to fix my car and even though I am under warranty they tried to address the problem over the phone and refuse to take my car.
My other proposal was to change the car for a similar one so then they can solve the problem with this car and get over with this issue. They came back to me with a trade in offer. They wanted to buy the same Car I purchased US 5,000 less. In other words, I was going to lose in this transaction because of an issue I am not responsible of. They even tried to explain me it was a good deal.
I can spend the whole day writing about all the details, but the conclusion is to all customers . BE AWARE.. DON T TRUST and do your research about the cars and responsibilities of the dealers. Once they sell you, or at least this dealer, you are responsible of everything. I say it because this car was suppose to not have accident and I have appraised the car to have it trade in on another dealer and they found it was involved in an accident.
Lastly, do no attempt to reach me out or contact me unless you are giving all my money back. I am trying to solve this issue on my own and do not need any pseudo advice from anybody on this dealer.

Having roamed the internet for several months I found the best price on the style Ford Ranger I was looking for at Hennessy. After my initial contact with the dealership the team at Hennessy was courteous providing answers to my questions.

The test drive went well. The financing went smoothly. I had given advance notice that I would be using a credit card for down payment (cash back and rewards). When I presented the card the finance representative said that Hennessy had stopped allowing credit cards for down payments 2 months earlier. I wanted to walk away from the deal at that point. Having looked for several months for the right price I financed the entire price with reasonable rate , will refinance with my credit union. I just didn't want to finance that much. Their no card policy may be fact but it feels more like a gotcha moment. This is why I only give 3 stars.

The Ranger is a great truck! Solid!

Very poor experience. 12 days for a 2017 F-150, under warranty and purchased at this dealership, for software issue , as blue tooth capabilities and touch screen stopped functioning. Very infrequent updates from service tech throughout the 12 days.

Asked for a loaner, or demo vehicle and was told no. Had to rent a vehicle for 12 days. Asked for help on the cost of the rental, and was told by Service Manager that he would call Ford and see what they say and get back to me. Nothing.

Further, I left a message with someone from the service department to share my experience (returning a missed call and an inquiry from her). No return call from her to address issues.

In summary: 2017 vehicle under warranty, software issue.....12 days....no loaner vehicle or help from Ford or this service center on cost of a rental vehicle

After spending about a week looking for a new car and having everything from "bait and switch" to having sales people not give me info on phone I finally found Hennessy Ford. When i called about a new fiesta on the website i reached Kevin and from initial call he was more than helpful. We were even able to work out the details before I wasted money on a uber there to test drive the car. He had car all ready when I arrived and even though it was already past hours he never made me feel rushed at all even taking extra time to pair my phone to the car before I left. Thank you for being honest and strait forward with me whole time Kevin! I got a great deal and great service on my brand new fiesta and would highly recommend to anyone in the Market.

This is by far he WORST Ford Lincoln Dealership ever. Car was brought in for fuel pump diagnostic. Car turned on and battery was old but was working without needing a jump. After the outrageous prices and markups and the saying MAYBE that is the problem but we won t know until AFTER you pay us $1700.00 to know if something else is the problem. I decided to tow my car elsewhere. But I then noticed my battery was dead. So all of a sudden the battery conveniently dies and of course they want to charge me for that now. The customer service was terrible and talked down towards me because of my auto ignorance. Then they were hesitant to move others out of my way so the tow truck can take it. This is my warning to you. Try at your own risk.

I switched to Hennessy Lincoln after some unacceptable service experiences with the dealership in Marietta. I cannot believe I didn't make the change sooner. Everyone I encounter was helpful, courteous and pleasant. While Hennessy is a further drive for me, it is worth the extra time and I will continue to use the service department here and purchase my next car from them as well.

I waited over an hour and went to check with the service advisor only to learn that he hadn t even begun the process with my warranty company by simply picking up the phone to call them. I was herded into the waiting room with a couple of dozen other people and was never updated on what was going on. I m sure if I hadn t walked out to check, I would have been left waiting all day. All I needed was a navigation SD card and one battery replaced. It would take a lot to get me to come back and give this service department another shot at my business, which is a shame since it is the most convenient Ford dealer to my home.

The salesperson Lee was awesome and very genuine about helping me get a good deal and Amber made sure I got a reasonable deal. We purchased a car at ALM Gwinnett, who sent us to Hennessy's service department to work with "their guy". We had a side mirror that needed to be replaced, two recalls, and a wheel bearing noise that we wanted to get checked out. ALM said they would paint the mirror and to call their guy over there to get a drop-off time set up.

Two calls to Hennessy to get a hold of this particular person and no one knew who he was. Finally asked ALM for his direct line/cell phone and was able to set up a time to drop off the car. Should have been a sign right out the gate there but we didn't want to pay for something that ALM should have had fixed in the first place so we attempted to make it work. Dropped off the car on a Tuesday and they said it would be done by the end of the day. Three days of being told it would be ready the next day ended with us finally picking it up on Friday.

The replacement side mirror was not the same color as the other one when we picked it up. This might have been ALM's fault for either not painting it or not looking up the car to see what color the original mirror was, but Hennessy definitely should have caught it and done something about it. They also claimed that we said the wheel bearing issue was a "steering wheel" issue and that they couldn't hear anything when they drove it. I'm no mechanic, but even I knew that something was not right with that car when it was driven.

We were so disappointed and frustrated with the lack of communication and professionalism at Hennessy that we took it to Nalley Ford in Sandy Springs to get the wheel bearing issue looked at. After replacing the front wheel bearing under warranty, we spent an additional $1k at Nalley to get the front wheel replaced (they called us back within an hour of dropping it off to tell us the reason for the noise and what needed to be done) and to replace the rear breaks because they were completely rusted. Nalley actually drove over an hour away on a Saturday to pick up another wheel for us because they weren't satisfied with the one they had in stock. They were done with our car same-day.

We drive past Hennessy to get to Nalley, but we will only be going to Nalley Ford in the future.

He has a great heart and attitude towards what he does. He have so much of himself to satisfy his customer, he even spoke with my daughter about responsibility as a young adult and new parent.
