I had the pleasure of working with Bill Plachter at Hennessey Ford when I was looking for a pre-owned F150. Bill was professional and helpful during the entire sales process and located exactly what I was looking for. I got an awesome truck at a fair price with very little haggling. I would definitely recommend that you call Bill if you are looking for a Ford vehicle.

Good people and straight shooters. After much research and visits with several other dealers, I came back to Hennessy for their no-nonsense methods and genuine courtesy. I also believe they offered the best price available.
My husband and I purchased a brand new 2016 Ford Explorer (Limited) in January of this year from Hennessy. We also bought into the Ford Protect program which provides roadside assistance and covers any mechanical issues that happen during ownership. I was shocked when the car stalled out on the side of the road, dropping down from 40 mph to 5 mph with no notice. I called Ford roadside assistance for a tow truck and was told the wait time would be 2 hrs. Although frustrated, I waited the 2 hrs only to call back when noone had arrived. The customer agent told me they made an error and typed in the wrong type of car and I was told a NEW service request had to be entered adding an additional 2 hours to my wait time. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was nothing that they could do. After waiting for 3 hours, I ended up driving it to the dealership myself (while it continued to dangerously stall out 3 times). Once in the shop, they told me the Throttle Body needed to be replaced and they have been receiving a lot of cars with this same issue. It took over a week to receive the part and then a day to repair. Tim from Hennessy was very nice and did give me daily updates but I'm concerned for other drivers out there who might experience this problem. Luckily, the problem didn't happen to me while I was on the highway. I'm wondering if there needs to be a recall as my car is BRAND NEW. I'm also worried that there are other problems with my car that we don't know about yet. I have a 1 yr old that is always in the car with me so it's very concerning.
I serviced my vehicle at three other Ford dealers in metro Atlanta previously, and the only one I will continue to return to is Hennessy Ford. Without question, I will drive farther to have them care for my service needs. Every interaction has been positive and thorough, they very communicative and accommodating from drive up to drive out.
DO NOT SERVICE YOUR FORD HERE! Brought my company van an 05 ford freestar in for a recall notice. I spoke to a man named Tim on the phone who assured me it would take a few days to complete and he would put me in a loaner so I can continue to make a living while my van is getting fixed. After sitting in deadlock traffic and getting there right at my 8am appointment time he writes my car up and tells me to have a nice day. When I asked him where to go to get my loaner car he tells me to hang on a minute. He then comes back to tell me they cannot provide me a loaner. I decided to leave because I couldn't go without a vehicle. After calling Ford's customer service number I find out that each dealership makes the decision to provide a loaner or not to. I will not be going back to this place for anything in regards to my company or my personal vehicle and have decided to cut them off completely through my employer. Save time and go to Nalley in Sandy Springs. This place is a joke.
I bought a brand new 2020 F150 and 2 weeks later had to bring it in for a water leak. I spent several hours 2 separate days trying to get an appointment to get the leak repaired and also a loaner vehicle to drive as they said it may take upwards of 5 hours for the repair. They were not helpful and would not give me a loaner vehicle to drive from the service department. I tried calling my sales person Brian Winn to get a loaner vehicle as this is a brand new truck and it is already frustrating that there is a problem with it at all. After a few tries I was able to get into contact with him. He said he would get with his manager and figure it out. He did not call me back for 6.5 hours and I missed the call. I called him back within 10 minutes though he did not answer or return my call. I went to the dealership at my appointment time and of course no one had a loaner for me. I've been sitting here for 3 hours so far. No one seems to care about you once you've signed the paperwork to buy the vehicle. I had really hoped for better customer service from the dealership. I am frustrated and very, very disappointed. There are plenty of other Ford dealerships around the area, I encourage you to find one that actually cares about the customer s experience.
Hennessey Ford's team is great to work with. I have now purchased my third vehicle. One vehicle had a major failure just after purchase. They jumped right on it and made lemonade out of lemons.
I originally went to Hennessy Ford Lincoln to look at a red Altima coup but when I arrived they had sent it to auction due to some mechanical issues that did not meet their standards, which I was pleasantly surprised to hear. Long story short, AJ and Ike helped me get a beautiful white Altima for a steal! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. They really care about both the cars they sell and the people they sell them too.
The experience of buying a car here has been pretty painless. I bought a car back in January and I have since then refinanced. I have tried to call over 10 times to get my gap insurance refunded and nobody will answer my phone calls. I spoke with the receptionist and was very polite and there is nothing anyone can do to help me. I guess I ll be coming in soon even though it s not convenient for me at all
Brought my car in for service. This was the first time since the new service department opened. One of the service advisors named Dalton helped get everything written down and taken care of. He made the whole Process simple and flawless. Once service on my vehicle was complete they notified me and I couldn t be happier with the service I got.
I would ABSOLUTELY NOT refer a friend to Hennessy AT ALL and after this time, I WILL NOT BE BRINGING MY VEHICLE HERE EVER AGAIN! I originally brought my car in on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving for some regular maintenance, an issue I was having, and also there was some recall that needed to be looked at. I was not given a loaner vehicle upfront until the weekend, so I was not able to spend Thanksgiving with my family like I had planned. The issue I was having was that when I drive, I would the engine would cut off. That was caused by some sensor that cost me over $300 even having warranties and stuff. I got my car back the next Tuesday. On Wednesday, started having issues again, but this time, this was a completely different issue. My car wouldn't start every time. According to the paperwork, the technician checked the battery and it was Good. Also I only had that battery a little over a year so I know it's not the battery. Also while I was driving I would get an error message on my screen that the "Hill Assist Is Not Available" (I didn't activate the hill assist, I was on I-85). Also my battery and oil lights would come on. The radio and clock would reset themselves. I took it back on Friday afternoon and today is now Tuesday.
1. I don't have a loaner vehicle because they are all handed out 2. I still have no idea what's wrong with my car, it hasn't been seen yet 3. My service advisor is completely HORRIBLE at customer service, I have called every single day to get an update and he doesn't have one .
I live in Decatur and work in Alpharetta. I am go to school on Tuesday nights. I have rehearsals during the week and I have to go out of town this weekend, this is a COMPLETE INCONVENIENCE TO ME AND MY LIFE and my service advisor can't seem to understand that! I am a single person in Atlanta with no family here or anything and I'm just trying to make it. I have a lot of responsibilities and things I need to take care of, but I can't because I don't have my care and still no loaner vehicle either.
Today is Tuesday, I have been without a car for 4 days and still have no idea what's wrong with it or when I'm going to get it back, this is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! I highly encourage people to NOT COME TO HENNESSY FORD AND/OR DON'T PURCHASE A FORD!!!!
I had a great experience buying from Hennessy Ford and Bill Plachter was excellent. He did everything he could to make the buying experience easy and to make sure that I got a great truck at a great price. I would definitely buy from him again.
If I could give zero stars I would. From the top to the bottom the customer service was horrible. I drove up and had to stand there forever before anyone acknowledged me. Once someone did look up it felt like tag you re it. I was sent there by classic collision to fix my liftgate. Hennessy Ford had my truck for 16 days for a problem as simple as taking off bumper and replacing it... that took 16 days!!! I called there several times and my advisor Cory and the service manager Jonathan weren t very responsive to my repeated calls. When I finally did get my truck back there were several dents in my liftgate. Jonathan did eventually get those taken care of. I will definitely not ever go back there for any type of service.
I purchased a New 2014 focus titanium at the hennesy / then malcon Cunningham ford dealership. Ford should be embarrassed what it has done to customers who bought Ford Focus models. They knowingly sold inferior products to consumers knowing that those consumers would have to purchase another car from them in order to possibly get any kind of long term value out of their purchases. Shame on ford and the sales people at this ford dealership as well as all others for allowing consumers to get caught up in this. I recently tried to sale my 2014 focus titanium with 46k miles on it and discovered because of all the transmission issues that ford refuses to fix even though it s still under warranty, the car is only worth 6k. When I went back to Hennessy ford dealership to see what they could do for me they tried to get me into a lease. Laughable! I have since garaged the car. It drives horribly and is dangerous in a city like Atlanta. Ford simply doesn t care about it customers and their well being! Shame on ford and this dealership for treating its customers this way. SHAME
Was a great experience buying ford transit 2018,Kevin swindell was very helpful though out the whole process n they are very friendly n treat you like a family n we are extremely satisfiedwith our van.I would strongly recommend this dealership for buying any new or used vehicle. Arfan Khan
I highly recommend service advisor Ted Lakus to anyone in need of repairs. He always takes such great care of my car. I will continue coming back here for all of my car needs.
Wow, this place is great!! The have a great salesman named Ricky McEachin, who is friendly, and will make sure you get a great deal on a car! Best place to buy in Atlanta!
Bought a Buick Verano a few months ago for my daughter. She LOVES it! I love it too, great condition , good gas mileage. The service from WALTER SANDERS was TOP NOTCH! He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about all the cars we considered. I HIGHLY recommend you Walter , we will definitely be returning to Hennessy and Walter the next time we want to purchase a car.
Excellent service!! I would highly recommend Hennessy Ford Atlanta. Fast service, and very personable, kind employees. Charles communicated with me well and made me feel that my vehicle was a priority. I will definitely be coming back!
I purchased a 2013 Buick LaCrosse a few days ago. I informed salesman, Bill Plachter upfront of the type of vehicle I wanted and of the price range I wanted to stay within. Bill and the finance manager, Erin worked very hard to get me a great deal on an awesome vehicle and went above and beyond. They truly threw in all of the bells and whistles. I highly recommend Bill for all of your buying needs. Thank you all very much for exceeding my expectations. -Terra
Had some warranty work done on my Ford Focus hatchback and Breeanah was very responsive and provided timely updates. The car was ready a day earlier than promised!
I purchased my Navigator at Hennessy Lincoln/Ford and had my first vehicle service here as well just recently. The entire process from beginning to end was a easy and a great overall experience. I utilized the valet service which made everything as easy as possible. With the whole pandemic situation, they did a fantastic job following all the CDC guidelines on social distancing and taking the necessary precautions to keep my family as well as their employees safe. I will absolutely continue to have my Navigator serviced here and highly recommend their valet pick up and drop up service. What better way to have your vehicle serviced without having to leave the comfort of your home!
Akil Shaw and the whole staff at Hennessy Ford were friendly and professional. They worked with me in getting the pre-owned truck and financing I needed. Best selection of pre-owned F150's in Georgia.
There communication is terrible and their service was very terrible. They will have your car sitting there for days with servicing it and without putting you in a rental for the time being. I highly do not recommend them! Never will I come back to this location!
I always know that Tim Benewitz at Hennessy Ford Lincoln is going to take great care of my MKX. Tim not only takes care of regular maintenance, he also helps me plan for "down the road" maintenance. Due to traveling, I've put over 60,000 miles on this 2011 car within 2 years. With over 100K on the car, it is important to keep up with it's needs. Tim has never steered me wrong. I have faith in his judgement and trust his recommendations. This is the most comfortable car we have ever had and I am amazed how reliable it is.Thanks for letting me share my story with you.
I have a 2013 Ford Edge and needed to get a tire sensory replaced. None of the service writers I have been working with are still with Hennessy Ford so I had to start with another one. I don't like this. Thankfully C. B. Bailey was still there so help introduce me to service writer Dalton. He did a good job but tried as all the writer do and up sell me on more work than I came in for. I also asked him to get me quote on replacing the front Ford Emblem on my Edge and I have received nothing yet. I set him reminder email this morning. None of your service writer respond well to emails. This 2020 what age are them living in.
I've taken my sister's and my gf's Escape to them for diagnosis and service and both times they did a great job promptly at a very fair price. The latter time I didn't even have an appointment. A very good experience all the way around. The only dealer (for any make) in man years I have been happy with!
I just purchased my 2nd new Lincoln from Hennessy and had another great experience. My sales consultant Denisse was top notch and went the extra mile to be sure my expectations were met. I was short on time after we concluded the deal negotiation so she delivered the car to my home the next day with all the paperwork to sign so I didn't have to spend extra time at the dealership. I'm sure all the new facilities being completed will make for an even better experience going forward. Highly recommend this dealership!
It is always a pleasure dealing with Ralph when I have to get my Navigator serviced. If something needs to be fixed on my car, that I was not expecting, he has always taken the time to explain why it needed to be done. I have dealt with service people before that just because they said something needed to be fixed, I should do it. I highly recommend this dealership for your Ford service needs.
Absolutely wonderful experience, did not get mad once.left with a new car and felt good about the price and was treated with respect to.the sales man (Rob Stuart) was very patient and professional.
Purchased a used F150 from Tyler Akins via the internet. I was 4 hours away and did an internet inquiry. Tyler responded very quickly and instantly began relaying photos, videos and pertinent information to me. We eventually spoke on the phone and I could tell from speaking with him that he was knowledgeable and eager to help. We agreed on a deal over the phone because his description and willingness to help assured me that the truck would be in the condition he described once I arrived to pick it up. The truck looked great as he had described!! Tyler had everything ready for me to expedite the sales process. He was a pleasure to work with.
Best dealership in Georgia! Ralph is excellent in the service department and Jonathan , no pressure in sales. All my needs are always met with a smile and Thank you .
I bought the maintenance plan. I love how convenient it is an when I needed new tires they're price was very competitive. I just feel like I'm treated like royalty.
Tyler Akins was my salesman and handled my purchase. We were able to agree on a price quickly and pick up the vehicle within a few days. All the staff at the dealership were very friendly and I will look to Tyler and Hennessy Ford again before my next purchase.
Ricky McEachin provided excellent customer care throughout my car shopping experience. I am enjoying my 2016 Ford Focus and I have every intent to return for my Explorer.
I purchased a used Ford CPO F150 from out of state at Hennessy Ford. I would not recommend buying a used vehicle online relying on the pictures and description the salesperson provides. After negotiating a deal both parties agreed upon but before driving to close the deal, I asked for specific confirmation of a suspicious area I noticed on one of the dealership pictures. I was assured by the salesperson there was no damage. Then the day I was driving to close the deal and get the truck half way there the salesperson calls me and tells me there actually is damage. I negotiated this after checking it out and decided to purchase the truck anyway and I like the truck very much.
They also tried to tell me the vibration obvious during the test drive was because they put new front rotors on and the mechanic said it would go away after 150 miles. If it didn't I was told they would reimburse me for the cost to have it aligned or wheels balanced. The vibration didn't subside so I got it fixed with a simple wheel balancing. They also didn't honor a benefit of buying a CPO vehicle by getting a full tank of gas and they gave me only half a tank. I reminded the salesperson but it was late in the day and their dealership gas supply was closed and nobody at the dealership had a gas card to get my truck filled up. Again my salesperson said he would reimburse me for this.
After multiple attempts over the 4 weeks following my purchase to get my $81 reimbursed for the wheel balancing and gas it has now been 3 months and still no reimbursement.
Don't trust them to honor their word after the deal is closed. I would NOT recommend Hennessy Ford for an out of state used vehicle purchase.
Hennessy Ford & Lincoln is the best! I bought my 2017 Lincoln MKC last year and has been the best car I ve ever had. I highly recommend working with Crista McMullin, she was the nicest sales rep and always calls in to check on me and the car. Ralph Tucci handles all of the maintenance and is really responsive and professional.
I'm in firm agreement with the majority of posts on here regarding the service department. I recently had my Ford Explorer serviced here and it was one of the worst service experiences I've ever had with any of my vehicles. I will spare the details of my case but from high level there is a serious lack of personal care. There are numerous service "technicians" that take take in such a high volume of cars that it is impossible for them to provide any personalized client consideration. There is a serious lack of ownership on the part of the technicians which I feel translates upstream to a serious lack of leadership from the management team. The operation run is clearly set up for revenue with disregard to their reputation. A classic example of a dealership too large for its own good.
I also own a Lincoln vehicle and will be in the market for a new Ford manufactured vehicle soon. I would never buy a vehicle from this dealership, nor will I ever step foot on the property again for any type of service. They have lost 100% of business from me.
Do NOT buy a car from here! I recently bought a car and on the way home the check engine light came on and the next day the engine started over heating. It ended up being over 1000 dollars in damages. The dealership originally said they would pay to have it fixed, but kept changing their minds and going back and fourth. They eventually did pay for it but only after being VERY difficult to get in contact with. If you want an honest salesman and a car that actually works I suggest NOT GOING HERE!!!
Me and my wife have had an AMAZING experience at Hennessy Ford, beginning with the Sales Manager, Lee Newton. Lee is a long time friend and consistently goes out of his way to make his customers feel welcome, comfortable, and appreciated. His genuine approach to selling even makes it hard for me to label him as a salesperson - he's more of a partner in the process, never pushy and always customer-focused. Don't buy a Ford from anyone else other than Lee! He's family!
Regarding the service department, I've always had timely service and the advisors are always willing to work with our schedule. Everyone is very professional and generally speaking, in great moods!
Their body shop has even taken care of us. We were involved in a fender bender shortly after buying the Escape, and they did everything they could to get it back to us within a week's time.
I would recommend this place to anyone! Remember to see Lee - he will take great care of you.
This place is AWESOME!!! I found a Toyota Solara advertised from google search. From the beginning I got superb service. My sales guy named Bruce Rosario was so friendly and not pushy , just extremely helpful. Todd who appraised my car was unbelievably generous and the finance manager Aaron was great and he had everything finished so fast! They made sure the car paint was touched up by an expert named Jason . I am loving my car!. The Solara convertible is in great shape and I am very happy with my experience. I had heard that the Hennessy business has a good reputation and I can understand why now that I have seen it firsthand myself!!!!
I had a awesome experience with Tim the salesperson and Johnathan the finance person, they worked really well together and got me a great deal and a monthly payment in my price range. They were very professional and friendly and really took care of myself and my mom. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. THKS Tim and Johnathan
With very short notice on a Saturday, I had to get my daughter's car in drivable condition to drive back to Nashville. I called Hennessy Ford, talked to the Service Manager and within 30 minutes of that phone call, Hennessy had someone working on the car. Within an hour the car was ready to make the 4 hour drive back to Music City.
Del helped me find great new car. He provides excellent customer service and helpful advice throughout the sale process with his extensive knowledge of the Ford and Lincoln products. Very positive car-buying experience.
Once I arrived everything was great! Fast and efficient. Getting good communication prior to the visit was difficult.. transferred my call to three different people, left a voicemail... no return call.. The lady that called Me to confirm my online appt. was great! I told her about my calls and she helped me.
My service advisor Bre was very helpful as a walk-in in customer. She got me in and out within an hour of my service and that meant a lot since I had my toddler with me she understood my time was important. Thank you Bre!
Neil Feinberg is by far one of the best Customer Service people I have ever encountered in any industry. We were visiting Atlanta and our F-150 had mechanical issues, so I drove to Hennessy Ford dealership on Peachtree Industrial. I arrived at 6:30 am on Friday morning, which was 30 minutes before service department opened, due to my daughter's graduation from PA school at 8 am. Neil saw me through the window and without hesitation, he immediately come out to invite me in. Our daughter was moving back to NC on Saturday, so I needed my truck by Saturday morning to pull a Uhaul trailer. Neil worked us in with a service tech and repairs were completed Friday afternoon. Thanks to Neil, we were able to move her on Saturday and I attended graduation event on Friday morning.
Awesome inventory!!! Very friendly, professional and helpful with choosing a truck! Johnathan Chambers was amazing ! He was friendly, knowledgeable l, and patient with me and my dad. Got us a great deal on an F150 truck!! Definitely suggesting this dealership to friends and family!
Breannah Matthews customer services were top. She explained all that needed to be done on the car with a very professional manners. She was exceptional. Hennessy Ford Lincoln is so luck to have Breannah as part of your team. Miriam Panton
I have used Hennessy before, and been pleased with the results. The repair shop portion of the facility is very clean, and they have never gotten dirt or grease on the inside of my F150. In this instance, Joshua was the service rep who worked with me and he was very helpful. He estimated the repair (replacement of seat belt assembly) would take 2-3 hours. Happily, it took only 1 1/2 hours, reducing the labor cost by about half. Seat belt working as it should.
Totally awesome experience from beginning to end. My salesperson Richie Smith couldn't have been more helpful throughout the whole search and purchase. I live in NJ, and being a single woman really felt like I was being taken advantage of locally. so I found my car at Hennessy Ford. He even drove it up to me and went over all the bells and whistles and I must say I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new car. I really also felt like I wasn't being taken advantage of, which was awesome. High points for customer service and communication. Hennessy Ford rocks!!!
I brought my car in for service they charge me for service I didn t want. Also they misdiagnosed the car and wanted me to replace a part that did not need to be replace.I did speak to Management and he just blew me off never got back to me.I recommend no one ever goes here for service
Booked the service via the Ford Pass app for 15,000 service. I was greeted by Corey in the service department who went over the service that was requested. Corey advised it would probably be an hour and a half wait for service to be completed. The service didn t take as long as expected and was out to finish my day.. Great customer service and clean waiting area..
After doing all the leg work for myself before I made the 1 1/2 hr drive, I was not given the results with obtaining the vehicle I wanted nor any attempt to work with me. Mr. Walter Sanders /salesman was given everything he needed to find me what I asked for (over a 3 day period), after numerous calls and text messages to make the process so easy, when it was closing time he was done. He did a very poor job, he did not care if he made the sale or not, he did not care about me/customer, and when attempting to leave came to me 3 times asking if I had the keys to the Explorer we test drove. and after much thought, I decided to write this review. Very disappointed!
I have consistently received excellent service at Hennessy Ford. Everyone is friendly and the work is normally done in record time. I ve been to quite a few Ford dealerships over the years and this dealership is by far my favorite. It s a top notch facility and staff. Thank you all for what you do.
Poor customer service at the collision center. Rude manager who says customers can take their vehicles elsewhere and create havoc because they don't agree with him. Avoid at all vosts.
I decided to switch to this service center after repeatedly less than adequate experiences at another center. Even though this center is not as close as the other one, I am so happy I switched. The online scheduling process was easy (much easier than calling). The facility is huge and clean and looks amazing (strange to say for a service center, but true). Everyone who helped me was friendly. The waiting areas were very clean and look new, I think they have made improvements recently. I own a Lincoln and they make a point of offering you the Lincoln perks. Ralph was my advisor and he was great to work with - I received emails and texts updating me on the status of my vehicle. I use Google reviews often - the reviews for this location have been wonderful, so here is one more from a very satisfied customer.
I am very satisfied with my Service Advisor, Breannah Kirkpatrick. She listens to my concerns, addresses them and implements the solution. Although it took longer than usual for my vehicle, I was kept informed of the ongoing process.
My service needs were handled quickly without any hassles. My service advisor was friendly and professional also able to answer all my questions and satisfied the things I didn't know.
Do not trust their Service Dept. They will Lie and never contact you back.
My Experience: I had a check engine light diagnosed at autozone (for free) and it showed a Bad o2 sensor. I called up the dealership and got a quote of $220 to $240 for parts and labor.
The next day I dropped the Car off and the service tech recommended that I have them do a diagnostic also to be sure, and that the cost of it would be applied to the repair. I agreed to this. I also presented a coupon I received in the mail and was told to hold on to it and show it when I pick up the car and pay.
A full day passes without any word, when I call in they confirm that it is the o2 sensor and the cost to repair it will be $340. When I ask about the difference between this and my phone quote I m told the difference is for the diagnostic fee and I misunderstood him about it applying towards the repair. I grudgingly agree to the repair.
Another whole day passes without contact. When I call in I m told my car is done. I arrive to pay and present the coupon to the cashier who tells me it needed to be shown when I dropped the car off. I explained that I did and was sent back out the service techs to have it applied. It took three tech s and 30min to have them apply the coupon. I inquired again about the diagnostic fee not applying to the repair and am told typically it does, however there are no notes and I will have to wait till the original service tech returns from lunch and discuss it with him. I was unwilling to waste any more of my lunch time waiting at the dealership, paid and left.
Original quote $220 price ended up paying $310 Time taken to replace an o2 Sensor 3 days
Charles Hart is very good at listening to what your issues are and acting to solve the problem at hand. After a great sales experience with Teddy, this reinforced why I am happy to do business with Hennessy Ford.
Bought a truck from this dealership, I wouldn't recommend you do the same. Was told that a full service is completed on every used car they stock. 30k miles on the truck and the cabin filter looks like this, rotors were completely warped, they had machined them enough not to have issue on the test drive. These problems are starting 3 weeks after purchase. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
The repairs were completed correctly the first time, which doesn't typically happen from my past experience with other dealerships. I ran into some issues, but they were addressed by management. The company reimbursed me for incurred rental-car charges as well.
The service department @location is horrible with terrible customer service. I called and spoke with an advisor about a recall. He scheduled me an appt. I showed and they took my car in. After about 30 mins to maybe an hour, he came back to tell me their 'internet service to the machine to fix the recall was down'. The whole thing didn't make any sense. He asked to reschedule me. We rescheduled for the following week. I showed up second time only for the same advisor to tell me this time the machine was down and they're not able to fix the ABS brake recall. They waited I took off work a 2nd time to get there for them to tell me that. They made the appt and had my name & number. The advisor then said he'd call me when it's fixed but I knew it was all bs. He didn't call me to advise not to come the second. In fact, he didn't even know I was coming because he didn't care. They had no respect for my time or me as a customer. It's been two weeks since the second visit and I never heard from them. I highly do not recommend this locatiom especially if you're a person of color because they don't care and respect us as customers.
I went in with expectations that we would be without a service van for at least couple of days - guess what they called two hours later and said come pick up your van it s ready. Just 2 hours pretty impressed.
Outstanding customer service. Beautiful new building blew me away. Wanted to come back to my roots, I was met with understanding compassion and open arms. Out of rating 1-10, I give Hennessy Ford an 11.
Good/proactive communication, prompt service, knowledgeable. No upselling or patronizing. Great listeners. What else could you ask for at a dealer for service? David Dyke did a great job with our 2016 Ford Transit!
