I brought my car in for service on Saturday 5/30 and when I came to pick it up I saw that there was a new scratch on my car. The service I received from Heather who took care of me and from Chris Davis the service manager was and is very poor. Today is Tuesday evening, 6/2 and I still have not heard from Chris to let me know when my car will be fixed. Chris assured me on Saturday that he would follow-up but has not. I did receive a call from another manager Tim who wanted to understand my issue and said he would follow-up. Unfortunately, I had to follow-up with Tim who told me that he still hadn't determined how to fix my car.

I do not understand why I have to chase the personnel at Hennessy to get my car fixed from damage that they caused. This is the first dealership that I have dealt with that has had such poor service and acted so unprofessionally. All they seem to do is apologize without any action

I understand that mistakes happen but Hennessy should take a proactive and responsible approach in getting the issue fixed. I should not have to chase them to get my car fixed and as such I am writing my first negative review.

There are other Ford dealers in Atlanta and I would recommend that you avoid Hennessy and go to another dealer.
