I decided to drive 6 hours to Hennessy Ford after reaching out to deandre and the staff about a truck I was interested in, every question was answered almost immediately and made my experience stress free and Deandre made sure that everything I needed or asked for was done before I got there, this was by far the best car buying experience I ve ever had. When I buy my wife a new SUV I will be making the 6 hour drive again, especially if Deandre Houston still works there.

Totally dysfunction. One of the worst experiences of my life. Still waiting on dealership to make things right. Vehicle was missing for a while on lot while a service bulletin repair was being done. I don t like posting poor reviews, but enough is enough. When you call the service department, give them your name and VIN and they tell you we have no record of your vehicle being on site, giant red flag.

Hennessy Ford figured out the origin of the engine light coming on and made the repair more quickly than I expected. Since it was all emission related, the repair was covered under warranty. So a very good day at the shop.

We purchased a new 2017 Explorer Limited, two weeks ago from Hennessy Ford and the process couldn't have gone smoother! Walter Dancy made the process easy and painless. We were in and out of the dealership within a couple of hours. Walter was very knowledgeable about the particular vehicle we purchased and didn't not pressure or push us in any way. After getting home with the vehicle, we realized immediately that one of the kick plates was scratched pretty bad, to the extent that I knew I couldn't have done it. I contacted the dealership immediately about it, sent photos via email and the assistant sales manager, Adrian Turnbull handled the situation amazingly! He told me they would be sending me a replacement part asap and it arrived in the mail today. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process at Hennessy and would recommend anyone in the market for a Ford to go to this dealership. We made the two hour drive from Fort Benning, Georgia and it was well worth it! We would definitely purchase another vehicle from Hennessy.

I took my 2016 Ford Transit cargo van in for an oil change. I had a coupon for $39 which was a good deal. It included tire rotation and pressure check. I knew my tire pressure light was on and thought it would be taken care of. Wrong, I can only assume the tire pressure wasn t checked because the tire pressure light is still on. I guess I ll find somewhere else to service my van. Disappointing considering this is where I bought the van from and they are a Ford dealer..

My experience with the team at Hennessy Ford Atlanta was great. Lloyd Ford was the sales person I worked with, and he was very easy to work with, always responsive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire buying process. He even came in on his day off to be there for my final test drive, which ended up being the day I purchased as well. I would recommend working with Lloyd to any friends or family looking to buy a car. The finance team was also really great to work with. Super friendly and thoroughly explained all of my options. About a week after I bought my car an alert came up for one of the front cameras. I texted Lloyd about it and no problem - he responded right away and met me at the service dept. They checked it out for me and were nice to work with on a pretty busy day. Overall, I am really happy with my purchase and have no complaints about the car, dealership or people from sales, service or finance.

I purchased a 2015 F150 Platinum from Lee Newton at Hennessy Ford. I was very pleased with his personality and professionalism. This dealership had been very poorly managed by the previous operator and I had been going all the way to Sandy Springs Ford for everything Ford related that I needed. Between the honest approach and fair valuation of my trade in I would recommend that anyone looking for a Ford vehicle to search out this dealership and ask for Lee Newton. I had a great experience and look forward to continuing to buy my family vehicles from thus dealership. I have a 2015 F150 701A, and my wife has a Ford Explorer limited 2011.

Good experience at the used car lot. Marcel and Jamal worked with me to get the car I wanted at the price I was shooting for. The process was quick and Basil, the finance manager, did a good job of explaining everything. The only thing I would comment about is the amount of times they called me, but when your shopping for a car this is what you should expect.

Dishonest Service Department: Took my 2010 (56k miles) Ford in for an oil service. I was pulled out of the waiting room and told my vehicle needed 4 new tires, wiper blades, and various other services. I had new (Bosch) wiper blades installed less than a month prior to this and 2 new Michelin front tires only 6 months ago. I've put maybe 2,000 miles on my vehicle since the front tires were installed. When I declined the work Hennessy's service advisor became cold and distant. I took my vehicle by a tire shop on my way home to be sure the rear, older, two tires weren't in need of replacement. I was told by this shop, who only makes money if they sell me tires, the rears still have roughly 10,000 miles left before I needed to worry. In fact, if I wanted to replace them today they'd even give me trade in credit because they were in such good shape they could re-sale them as used tires. They told me my two front, 6 month old tires, were still practically new. As if the situation couldn't get any worse, I asked this tire shop if I had to replace all 4 tires with the same Michelin brand Hennessy Ford quoted me "what would it cost?" Hennessy's quote was $200 more than these guys. I'll be making the drive to Sandy Springs Ford next time as I feel Hennessy's behavior deceptive and practically criminal.

Jacky Liu made sure I had the best experience I ever had with buying a car. I told him what I wanted and he never tried to put me in anything else, but what I wanted. He was straight forward, professional, friendly and very courtesy. I am all about customer service and he blew me away with the service he provided. I will make sure to refer family and friends to him. Also Aaron Santana was also amazing! He was the icing on the cake. He got me in and out in no time! He's very organized and professional. First time buying a ford and this dealership made me regret it. I dropped off my mustang to get checked after 3 months of owning because of some issues and they had it for almost 2 months and the only thing they did was an oil change and they gave me the run around for so long that my warranty expired. Before buying the car they treated me like a little kid because they thought I coudnt afford it for some reason. Please do not shop here. Would rather walk then buy another car from this dealership

Let s talk about the real way a car buying experience should be. I am in my mid fifties and this is not my first rodeo when it comes to car buying. I had not looked at or considered Hennessy Ford, mainly due to distance. There was a dealer that was much closer and I had an offer from them on Friday and we had decided to go to them on Saturday afternoon. Was not pleased with their offer and only had hopes of going and seeing if I could get just a little better. On Saturday morning I searched on more time and widened my area and it included Hennessy Ford. I found a Truck that had exactly what I wanted, and yes it had more options than the other dealer. I sent them an email at 8:33 a.m., they did not open till 9 a.m. that day. At 9:04 a.m. I received a reply from them asking for my phone number. I thought oh no! Here we go again. I still provided it and was called about 5 minutes later. I explained what I wanted and the terms that I wanted to get. There were 3 people on the call, Jeff Asbury, Cedric Martin, and Todor Teddy Todorov. Jeff asked me some questions and stated they wanted to earn my business. I said can you meet my price and terms, the answer I received was yes. Still skeptical I decided to go to them at 3 p.m., best decision I ever made. No BS, great staff and they stood behind every single promise they made on the phone. It was like a dealership that really wanted to understand my needs and exceed every expectation. The final paperwork was done by Emerson Knauss and was explained fully and throughly. Todor Teddy made the experience for me, my wife and daughter, just great. He is a joy to work with. This may be a little long for a review, but Hennessy Ford and their staff deserve every praise I could give. Just a fully enjoyable experience.

Our entire experience at Hennessy Ford was amazing! We worked with Kevin Swindall through the entire process and he was always friendly, professional, and most importantly honest.

We ended up being more difficult customers as we had to have a specific Ford Flex shipped down from another dealership in another state. And Kevin and his team went the extra mile to make sure everything was done promptly and correctly.

We shopped around at a few other dealerships toward the beginning of our car search as we were considering other makes. And every car salesman and sales manager we came across at the other dealerships was a complete sleazeball. The contrast between Kevin/Hennessy Ford and the other dealers we visited couldn't be any more stark.

If you are going to buy a Ford, please go to Hennessy and please ask for Kevin!

Made an afternoon appointment and dropped my truck off for a routine oil change so I could come back and pick it up the next morning. Made the mistake of mentioning I was planning on picking it up the next day to the service adviser and they pushed my truck to the back of the queue and ended up not even getting to it the day of my appointment because they "got really busy". Feels like they prioritize volume and making as much money as possible over honoring appointments and customer convenience.

If your in the market for a new vehicle give the folks at Hennessy Ford a chance. They are great to work with. They don t pressure you like other dealerships do. They treat you right during the buying process but also after you leave. I personal drove 3 hours to do business with them and the next time I am ready to purchase a vehicle they will be the only place I go. Also ask for Krista she is awesome.

The service manager (Jeff) lied right to my face regarding my front headlight assembly. I knew it could be adjusted, but the whole assembly had been installed incorrectly at some point before my purchase. I asked him again if he was SURE it could not be adjusted and he told me "a new federal law prohibits manufacturers from allowing any adjustment on the driver's side." Really? I like the vehicle, but will never have it serviced there.

I just bought a 2016 CPO Ford Explorer Limited at Hennessy Ford and had a great experience. Ricky my sales rep was able to answer every question I had and he knows his cars VERY well. He found me exactly what I wanted in a car plus features that I didn't know existed! He was persistent at times, but I am so busy with work that I appreciated having someone that followed up with me. I can honestly say I have never had better service buying a vehicle than I did from Bill Plachter at Hennessey Ford. He worked tirelessly for weeks helping me find just what I wanted and by the way, over the phone. I live nearly 5 hours away and made the trip because I received the best price and by far the best customer service from Bill. I highly recommend Mr. Plachter if you're car shopping.

I just purchase a vehicle from this dealership just be careful when buying a used car, ask for whatever you want fix to get fix before you sign any paperwork because then they will NOT fix anything. But the financial manager Jose was excellent to work with i can t say the same about the salesman. When I test drive the car point the front tires to the salesman he said he will take care of it but never did. He did even wanted to deal with me anymore. Sales person Devon.

I took my car in for a check engine light and to handle recalls. I called a week ahead of time and made an appointment. When I got there, there was no info in the system. They got my info into the system and then tried to upsell me on $350 of suggested maintenance work (prior to actually working on my car), which I declined. They completed the recalls and for $580, the issue causing my check engine light was fixed. I got dropped off at the dealership when they told me my car was ready. I get in my car and the controls on the steering wheel, turn signals, and windshield wipers don't work. I immediately turn around and inform my service advisor of the issue. He immediately tells me this issue can't be caused by any of the work they've done. He agreed to do a diagnostic at no charge (after I complained) but maintained I would have to pay for these additional issues (which didn't exist prior to me dropping my car off). They also didn't have any loaner cars for me, so I was essentially stranded at the dealership at this point. They shuttled me back to work; I had to find a ride back home at the end of the day. Four days later, they still haven't looked at my car, no loaner car, no resolution. I'm honestly a bit speechless that the situation has gone on so long unresolved. I've tried to be patient but this is too much. I'm going to speak to the manager today, as they've had my car for a week tomorrow. If they do the right thing and make the repairs free of charge, I will update. As of right now, I believe they intend to charge me for issues that didn't exist when I brought the car in.

Since my last post I have had 3 service visits to Hennessy Ford in Atlanta. Each one has been excellent (2 were routine maintenance and one was to repair a door handle after a break in.)

Recently I just dropped in for a regular oil change, etc. service. No call, no appointment.

I drove right in to the service area and was greeted, did some paperwork and sat in the lounge enjoying a couple of cups of coffee and working on a robust wifi.

Sooner than I had expected the service rep came in, called the truck up and I drove off with fresh oil, tire rotation and overall inspection. I like this dealership.

Had a great car buying experience w/ Jonathan and Kreg. Although I didn t intend on buying a car that day, Kreg found the perfect car for me and Jonathan found the perfect financing. The pair of them made me feel extremely comfortable and never pressured me into anything. I actually enjoyed my car buying experience and look forward to working with them in the future. Jonathan and Kreg definitely earned my business, and I would HIGHLY recommend you ask for them.

I'm 28 and this was my first car purchase on my own. I've been researching for some time and landed on a Ford fusion. I originally came in to Hennessy anticipating to buy a used car. However, the whole team helped me get a brand new 2015 fusion at a VERY great price.

My sales consultant, Earston Parkinson, was so wonderful to work with!!!! He was with me for hours, testing driving the lot and helping me find just the right fit! I never felt pushed or hassled. He was incredibly personable and honest. I know that car salesmen have a bad name (and some rightly so), but Earston and the whole Hennessy team couldn't be further from that! The sales manager, George Figueroa, was INCREDIBLY kind and helpful, getting the price at something I could afford. The business manager, Aaron Santana, was excellent at explaining every step of the buying process. He was patient with every question I had and always had upfront, honest answers. Everyone had such great energy.

At no time did I ever feel like something was hidden or being pulled over on me. The entire process, from driving onto the lot to driving away, I felt taken care of and valued as a customer!!! These guys are a great team. They really worked with me and earned my business, while keeping everything casual and relaxed. I couldn't be happier with the entire Hennessy staff or my NEW CAR!!!

Brian Winn and the tech staff at Hennessy are great. Definitely go out of their way for you. Bought my Flex there got it home. The next day I thought it was leaking oil. The Jeff who serviced my car before I got it was concerned about me driving it back to the dealership with an oil leak so Brian and the Jeff came to my home to check it out and make sure it was safe. Yay no oil leak! Would definitely do business there again!

The worst experience I have EVER had at a dealership. Thanks to this dealership, I no longer want this Lincoln (they damaged my vehicle while in service and did not want to take ownership for the damage-my front door, and rear door are now damaged).
