Foray Soft Review

I had worked with Foray for 1 year. The management was very Supportive and also Good work life balance.

I had worked at client location under the payroll of Foray. I havn't faced any issues in 2 years & interview schedule, joining & exit formalities also good.
Only one suggestion from my end , please change the notice period to 1 month or else if client location manager has accepted to service notice period for 1 month, please release them from company.

I have worked with Foray for 3 years and recently got hired by the client I worked for. Foray is a well rounded organization with great transparency and culture. Happy to be a part of Foray team.

Very good company and people to be working with. Surprising to see such demeaning comments from some. I don't think they are true.

I worked with Foray for short period of time as a contract employee for an MNC at chennai. Support from team was fabulous to me, I personally recommend Foray for others to get 100% quality service. Miss you guys.

It's good company, I worked around 1 year and didn't face issues in that time period.

I have been working with Foray for last 3 years. The boarding process to client location was very smooth. Till now I did not face any issues with foray.They will take our concerns on priority and got it resolved. The Foray management was very supportive.

Don't trust this people, i have a very bad experience with this company. Actually I have shared my review with another email I'd of mine, then they called me and asked me to remove my review, but I refused, stating that what ever I wrote is completely true, and they have accepted their mistake& said sorry. Finally my review is not published in this Google reviews, I don't know what they have done. This is the way they are surviving in society so we can only decide whether we can trust this people or not

"It is worst consultancy. Don't trust the sentence "you will be permanent employee for us", if i am the permanent employee to them how can they relieve their employee without giving prior notice. they have promised me i will be having job with them at least for one year, but with in 4 months contract(with TCS) got over, i am jobless again, don't trust this company at all, they don't have any other clients apart from TCS. they didn't show any concern, i lost my job in TCS and they didn't even convey the proper information that, whether i need to wait for other projects in the TCS and finally after 15 days they told that they can't help any more, and they didn't even pay one day extra salary also, Aug 2nd 2019 was my last working day in TCS, but i have submitted my ID card Aug 19th 2019(Foray people told me to wait), but waiting for 15 days were no use that time. till Aug 2nd only i got my salary. Ruthless people"

No guarantee for job, also you will not get any salary or benefit. The point of contact at the time of interview will not be there to give response.

After selection itself they will insist to get "resignation acceptance letter", asks for lots of documents such as:
1. Aadhar card
2. Pan card
3. Passport
4. Licence
5. Educational certificates
6. Complete Bank statements
7. Salary slip
8. Bank LOA
9. Affidavit
10. Resignation acceptance letter
11. BGC form
12. Signed offer letter
13. Confirmation letter for offer letter and working at client side.

Even after submitting everything, undergoing background check there is no possibility of getting job. I became jobless from March 23 2020.

After couple of emails they have arranged new interview(By August 20 2020) which will not get in scheduled time.

They will offer you more just to quit job and make us jobless. In my cases i was forced to deny offer from last trust worthy employer and other two offers.

Till now no salary, no support from Foray.

If the project was on hold or delayed there is no back up plan only reply will be "that is the issue".

Good organization... They are rally helpful.. Good experience working with them.

On time salary

One of the worst consultancy I ever came across in my 7 yrs of professional career. All their reviews in glassdoor are fake. For them you're just a means to earn billing from client. If Foray guys are reading this - Stop this shame game and show some professionalism towards your employee

Foray Software is a genuine organization to work with. He provides opportunities for various skills. I am happy to be associated with Foray and learning many things from my work. Foray Pays salaries on time i.e on the last working day of the month. Recruiters and foray Managers take personal care of their associates and resolves issues immediately.

They Simply Cheated You Guys , They Play with Your Life's ,Worst Consultancy ever seen in my life as of now.

It was trust worthy to work with such company. It is reliable. Employees like srikanth and few are also helpful.

I started my journey with first before 6 months ad it's well going and I have never see an organization with all the supports which we expect

onboarding process with foray will be smooth and simple.

Worst consultancy i know...they took interview round for TCS and said i got selected and provide me offer letter too. So i resigned from my current company, just before the reliving from my current company they told me that i got a negative feedback from TCS and we can not on board you.
I am lucky enough, i got another offer within one month.
So pls guys don't trust them blindly. In the end they just said sorry and will not pick up your call anymore.

I joined here for TCS as a senior software Engineer. A suitable place and an excellent step in my career to be associated with Foray soft.All management and HR employee are very good. Salary is on time. HR process is very smooth.All HR and finance team are very co-operative. I would like to thanks uday kumar samba who well connected to me during my initial joining process.His Documentation skill was so good,due to which BGC check and boarding process at client location was smoothly done.

I have been working here since last 5 yrs, very friendly environment . If our back ground check is clear then we have lot of opportunities. I have only 1 suggestion they need to increase the staff. Thank you Foray for all your support.

I was fully satisfied with Foray onboarding and there streamlined process in every aspect. You'll have a good career if you choose offer from Foraysoft. It's my experience.

Foray had a smooth boarding process. They helped in easy transition of project within the client. The administration was so helpful when needed and cooperated. Any one wishing to join can be confident and be a part of foray for a good stable future. "Don't judge a book by it's cover."

Nice company to work with if you have strong desire to build your base in software industry. My seniors are nice. they are helpful and help me grow as a software engineer.

Though I was little hesitant to consider the company at the beginning, the kind of professionalism shown in setting up the interview made me think. The on boarding process was smooth. The package offered is comparatively better than the market. My journey with Foray has been great. The best part is you get to talk to higher management and get your issues resolved quickly. Overall a great company to work with.

Worst consultancy till date ...and there is one guy whose name is sunny nanagiri who is worse than the same

I had a Great experience with Foray . Foray had a smooth boarding process. They helped a lot in easy transition of project within the client. The administration was so helpful when needed any information. Foray will pay salary on time i.e last working day of the month . They will process with genuine experience candidates only, If experience not genuiue they can't.

In my case also first I seen reviews at that time I suspicious that it is genuine or fake company . Later I placed in client location with payroll of Foray. Once again Thank you very much to foraysoft and adminstration ..
Special Thanks to 'Manikanta Peppakayala' , he helped a lot in documentation process and if I have any doughts regards documents he tells in a smooth way.

When I got a call From FORAY Software Pvt ltd looking for Job chage, I feel its fabulous coordination from recruiters especially from Uday kumar Samba, he did fantastic job From Scheduling interview process to Onboarding . They have done Documentation verificaiton checking very keenly before going to onboading, this could be helped me alot for BG check, this is very good process taken by Foray. They helped in easy transition of project within the client. The administration was so helpful when needed and cooperated. Foray is one of the biggest IT recruiting organisation in Hyderabad, as well as India. And Top most vendor for the TCS. From last 10 years, organisation providing more than 2000 + of employment opportunity with one of the greatest IT company in the world TCS, and the only organisation having 500 + of employees just for recruiting. Trust me , Really an amazing organisation to build our career.

It is really a good consultancy, I joined Tcs in may of 2019 still I did not face any issue, if they need anything they will always connected with you, no payments issues every last working day of month you will get. A good service provided by foray you no need to worry about anything so that you concentrate 100% on yourself and on your work. Before I joined here I have seen negative reviews comment I was in doubt to join but I think that review has been given without experienced foray.

Why you people are wasting our time ? Do you have any process to conduct the interviews? After scheduling interview on April 1st with TCS i haven't receive any call from client. I tried calling you on this but no response ...if the candidate confirms he is not interested in job offer why dot you save record of that candidate and why you different people keep on calling to the same candidate again for the same job description...follow one process...

1)friendly management......you get a chance to discuss your ctc directly with management and im safisfied with almost 50% hike
2)salary will be credited by last day of every month which is completly automated by timesheets.....get in touch with murali sir if there is any extra allowence to be added.
3)i got assisstane from recruiter for every concern i faced, you get a quick response from recruiters as well.
4)conversion from c2h to permanent took almost 8 months time for approvals from tcs.

I joined in TCS as an Business Associate for JAVA by FORAY Software Pvt.Ltd. After working for 8 months I got permanent in TCS.Salary is on time and you will get on the same day when a permanent TCS employee gets the salary. This is the main benefit I see here.
I would like to thank Sai Anjaneya Murthy and Kalpana who well connected and communicated to me during my initial joining process and even after that also.They are helped me a lot from day 1 till last day in Foray.

I have joined in Foray software 2018 June they have offered(4+ years of experience) well and I am working in client location(I have joined in Hyderabad location at the initial, later I have got the chance to work in Bangalore location) as of now in Bangalore.. Foray is the best place we can get all benifits and employee friendly organization till now I did not faced any problems compare to other consultancies, Foray will help us more and salary wise I got the hike after 6 months they are given almost 20% hike in my current salary.

I have attended the interview at May last weekend and I got the feedback from Foray after one day itself, Uday Samba very active and he can respond quickly for giving information.

Thankful to My recruiter @Uday Samba and manager @Kalpana helped me more, Our team members everyone easily moving, and what ever I have concerns they resolve at the earliest.

I joined Foray in 2012 as ERP Consultant for high profile company. I am very happy with overall management at Foray. I worked there for 2+ years when our Client approached Foray to hire me as Permanent employee in their Company, Foray supported me very well in getting me Boarded to Client.All my conversion process went very smooth.

I joined in TCS as an Associate Consultant for JAVA by FORAY Software Pvt.Ltd. After working for 7.5 years in the same company in my home town, when I'm looking for a job change and to come out of that company, I see this as an good opportunity with Foray Software Pvt.Ltd. Salary is on time and you will get on the same day when a permanent TCS employee gets the salary. This is the main benefit I see here.
Only drawback I see in Foray is HR people will not respond quickly to e-mails. More amount from my salary is deducted on a month. I mailed them to reply me the reason for the deduction. They didn't responded quickly. After mailed a 3 to 4 times, then I got the reply. This kind of delay happened 4 to 6 times for me. Apart from that, other things seems to be fine.
I would like to thank UDAY KUMAR SAMBA who well connected and communicated to me during my initial joining process and even after that also. Even after joining, whenever I used to call him at the times when I'm not able to reach the HR people, he used to respond quickly. He help me a lot from day 1 till last day in TCS.

I had been there for a year with Foray and then on boarded to the same client I worked for. The process of joining and conversion was very smooth and credits to the management. Handsome and prompt pay make it stand a bit upfront among others.

One of the best companies to work with!!! Excellent ppl all around. Great mindset and great responses from the HR team. They deserve many other big clients besides TCS. Vasu, Rakesh, Shiva, Kavitha, etc were very helpful in my tenure of 13 months with them.

My experience with Foray has been immensely satisfying. Pay was good and management was extremely helpful in all regards.Good company to work for as you get to work with good clients in the market.

It has been more than 4 and half years I am working for Foray, from the day one I am placed to client location, there has been no small issue I faced with the company in all these years. The pay provided by Foray is more when compared to other IT giants. We can directly communicate to the Foray Director for any concerns.
