Went in to pick up a gas cap for Nissan truck. I had to ride around the parking lot twice to figure out where I was supposed to park. It took 10 minutes at window to pick up part. But it was there waiting since we called the previous day.

After spending around $500 on brakes; they started squealing almost immediately, I gave the car sometime to break in the new pads..etc. However, when the squealing noise became unbearable for my wife, I took the car back after few months from the initial install. I got a call back saying that they can fix it for additional $255 and there were Crystals on the pads because the car was barely driven since the brakes install. After back and forth with the dealership, apparently that's a common issue with Altima brake pads if the car is driven in town for errands which this car is, after market brakes recommended by the Nissan will squeal and there are only few things that can be done about it beside sanding down and applying anti-squeal compound .. The customer service rep, Erin and the Maintenance Manager, Mandy, were gracious in resolving the issue to my satisfaction. I will be definitely be using that service department again.

Went in for an oil change and they also fixed my air conditioning problem and transmission power issue. The check in process could use some updating. Most places use tablets etc that sync to their system and this dealer is still using paper and pen. Not sure if it was a network problem that caused this but thought it seemed outdated. Great work by the entire Team at this Headquarter Nissan. Really enjoy my Nissan Titan.

I can honestly say that I am not impressed with the service I received. I think I'm more concerned with the lack of consideration for people's time. I brought my car to Nissan and dropped it off at 2pm 10/15 for them to look at why my car was leaking on the driverside door panel. I never got a call. They closed and opened the next day. I still never got a call so I called them 1pm 10/16 and was told they were "diagnosing" the issue. Almost 3 hours later still no call. I called them again and was transferred to Mark. Mark hesitantly told me it will be 250.00 to unclog my sunroof drain as it is a maintenance item. From my understanding of this procedure it doesn't take long to unclog a sunroof drain. So Im already like Nissan is a ripoff. So I asked if it will be done same day and was told probably not. Previously I was told they don't do this type of work Saturdays and now he says he WILL TRY to get it done tomorrow. At this point I was wondering why it wasn't done during the diagnostic of the vehicle. Oh and this is a great inconvenience to my work schedule. Nissan needs to reevaluate their routine with their service department. It should not take 3 plus hours to do a simple job on a car. Maybe one day I'll get my car back. Do better Nissan! Even a snail is faster than you.

Update: 10/17 I made a call to the dealership to see if my car was ready and upon arriving was given a bill for $308.00 they originally told me it would be $250.00. There were some miscellaneous charges and a 11.00 charge for a part replacement.
Update: 10/22 A customer care person contacted me about my bad experience and offered me my 39.95 in reward points credited back to my account and a free carwash. She was very nice. She did ask if I would remove the review I told her I will simply update it.

I was also impressed that the quote on the car payments was actually less than what are having to pay and we got a ridiculous amount of perks for maintenance in that deal. I had a truly great experience at the service department. Way to go Headquarter Nissan....finally a service provider that had the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. A service provider who cared for me as a customer and went out of HIS way to make sure my customer experience was top notch. I have been a loyal customer for years but prior to this visit, I always felt like a number, just a quota to be met. THANK YOU Chris for going above and beyond for me personally. I hope you will be there at my next servicing. Usually it's a new crew to meet and greet me at every oil change. Let's break that cycle, I want to see Chris at the next 5,000 mile servicing.

When you go here make sure they do the service that they are charging you for. I went in to get 60,000 mile service done and part of that is tire rotation. They did not rotate my tires and this is a fairly easy thing to check. Just look at your tires beforehand and notice if there is a scratch on a wheel or something similar. If that tire stays in the same place, they did not rotate your tires. I have lost trust in their service department and will not be returning here.

Al Taylor is a great salesman who listens to the customer,an he does a great job in helping you to get what you want so that you can leave happy, which I'm very satisfied with my purchase. First time here and my impression was not very great. This place doesn t seem to know really understand how to deal with time management and customers are not a priority. Appointments seem to mean nothing here. I was sent outside to wait with my car so that I could be checked in for nearly 20 or 30 min, while associates stood around or sat around. Maybe it was a miscommunication between the front desk and other people. Who knows.

I was there for a simple oil change and tire rotation, and after more than an hour with no word on my car I went to the front desk to ask about it. I was told that it was done and that they were waiting on paper work. I was waiting another hour just for someone to go into an office and grab that paperwork. Then I had to wait for a print out of the multi-check, because it wasn t even all the paperwork I needed.

Another lady was waiting nearly just as long. I should have scheduled to go somewhere else. Close to home doesn t mean a good place to go. I only recommend this place if you plan to be there for a good three or more hours. They get the job done sufficiently, but they take they re sweet time and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I asked for my truck to be detailed. I was told there was 2 different packages. I initially ordered the big package for my truck. I was talked out of it by a service member who told me what I would be getting with just the small package. When I received my truck, I was very upset. It was not finished or what I was told would be done! I talked to Melody (my service member) and I informed her what happened because she DIDNT do the in process with me when I pulled up. She apologized, but I still left with a partially detailed truck! The service members need to know what packages come with! Nissan always goes above and beyond for my trucks needs as well as myself! But this is the 2nd time I ve been let down due to simply asking for my truck to be detailed!

I took my car in to get a recall after one of the service tech stopped playing laughing and talking to the female serivce techs he came over to me he asked my name and what seem to be the problem this morning I explained to him I had an appointment and I also wanted to get a part on the car looked at because of malfunctioning as I explained I had an extended warranty on the car but it was on my email the service tech told me he wasn't sure what it cover and to give him a minute he returns with a supervisor who then says he needed to check the part out and that diagnosis would be 110 and if I would get it fixed with them those fees would be included with the actual maintenance fees I explained to him that one of the service techs previously spoke to me last year about the issue and they called the warranty then told me it was covered while cutting me off when I explained the visit to Nissan on last year about the issue (which actually was a great visit) we both started getting aggravated after a bit of back and forth that could have been avoided by just saying well ma'am I can call your extended insurance company and get this information and let you know if this particular part still is covered or something of the sort would you give me a few minutes to do so he was rude and so was I I asked for a someone over him and he lied and told me there wasn't anyone (I hate disloyalty) after telling him I'd pull up and call the corporate number a new guy came out and was even ruder instead of apologies for his rude staff he talks over me as well then tells me what he was going do so I told him good bye and left I would never leave my car with anyone ion trust many people love there cars dogs etc and I am the same with my vehicle I require total trust with my vehicle instead of them taking the few extra sec. to verify the information and tell me an accurate prices and assist me they where rushing because they had so many cars coming in behind me (Did I say I had an appointment I cleared my schedule for to get this situation handled if not I did) at one time QUANTITY OVER QUALITY for them I guess in 2016 I had absolutely great service from them but this time they acted as though I was wasting there time Or something I made an appointment took 20-30 mins out of my time to make it and I was actually in a great mood at the time of entering ion get upset really so I still was happy after leaving I just wish people would leave there rudeness in there offices #BUTGOD

We dealt with Stephen at this dealership and he went above and beyond to help us with our new car purchase. He was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, helpful and incredibly patient. We had a million questions and he promptly returned our texts and calls and went out of his way repeatedly to get us the information we needed in a timely manner. He made us feel sincerely valued throughout the entire process. When the man that was supposed to deliver our car cancelled, Stephen drove it to us personally (an hour and 40 minutes away on a Saturday night) rather than asking us if we could reschedule. He stayed late to do this. He really could not have been easier to deal with. You can tell that he really cares about his customers. We plan to purchase a new truck in a few months and would gladly work with Stephen again. If you go to this dealership, ask for him and you won t be disappointed. Since there isn't an Infiniti dealership close by I started taking my Infiniti FX35 to this Nissan dealership every time I needed anything for it whether it be an oil change or if I have questions about warranty work. They are more friendly than a couple of the Infiniti dealerships I've dealt with (excluding the one I bought it from). Kevin always makes himself available in a short time and provides top notch service without fail. He keeps me up to date on suggested service items and makes sure I am taken care of at checkout as well.

On 17 April 2017. Headquarters Nissan refused to take responsibility for damages caused to my vehicle after they serviced it. We were trying to get home from vacation and my vehicle started giving me trouble. We stopped at another Nissan dealership. They told us what the issue was and we called Headquarters Nissan. I was transfered around and told that someone would call me back. A gentleman named CODY did so about 30 minutes later. His response was they were not talking any responsibility. And if we had taken it into their location they would have only cleaned the sensor and not replaced it. During the Complementary Multi-Point Inspection performed by Headquarters Nissan the Engine Air Filter Box was not closed properly. This allowed damage to be caused to the Mass Air Intake Sensor as a result of the Engine Air Filter Box not being properly closed and allowing debris to damage the sensor. we had to pay $700 for the replacement of the Mass Air Intake Sensor. I AM SO DISSAPOINTED AND THIS IS WHY I RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT GO TO HEADQUARTERS NISSAN.

Took in my 2019 Titan for condensation in the fog lights. The service department immediately stated that it was my fault for installing aftermarket lights. It s a brand new truck and the LED lights came with the truck. Had the truck in two times for alignment and the truck still pulls left. I escalated the case with Nissan USA on how the blame the customer for warranty issues. Nissan USA just called me stating that the dealer service department told them that the repairs had been completed. The problem is that they gave me my truck back and told me that they have to order the parts. That s that dealer
lying to Nissan USA imagine what they do to the costumers.

I went to the dealership to get the oil change at 6:30am this morning. I had an appointment for 7am time and was the 5 car in line before it opened up. I was there for 2 1/2 hrs and noticed people arriving after me was already done with there oil change. I got with the employee that done my paperwork when I arrived ,he went in the back and seemed to not be able to find where my paperwork was to see if and when the work is done.he came back and told me the oil has not been changed yet . I was told the car was not sent to the Express lanes because it revved up when that turned the car on , they never even told me they were looking at this until I asked why it wasn't done yet. He said it will only be 20 to 30 mins more ,guess what i didn't get out of there till 1 hr later. If i didn't have free oil changes and a warranty on the entire car for life i would never go here. SORRY.

Be sure of what kind of car you want and the featured because you will get the runaround about what you are looking in a car. Not to mention the service department has very slow service just for oil changes. This dealership is not what is used to be since Terry Bell is gone.

Hassle-free car buying!!!! The ONLY reason I'm giving a 4 is because there was a long wait and we were there all day, BUT it was only because they were slammed with buyers. I can only assume they were so busy because the staff were all freaking awesome. Very hospitable folks. Waters, popcorn, and ice cream available while you wait. We dealt with Christian in sales. He is the kind of car salesman that I absolutely LOVE! He was super chill, helpful, and not pushy at all. I told him what I wanted and didn't want, gave him my budget, and he found me the perfect car. Also, he didn't bombard me with choices it was a simple one and done. Perfect for me since I get overwhelmed with too many options. He was super knowledgeable about the product and questions he didn't have the answers to he went and found out for us. I would also like to give a HUGE shout-out to Mac in finance! Very friendly and helpful. All of the staff are very supportive of both military and public safety (we are both). We got a lifetime warranty on the vehicle and free oil changes for life (military special). Can't say enough good things about this place. We will be back to buy my husband a truck next year!

Not ignore me when I pull into the service bay area to drop my car off (with an appointment.) Value my time and make the service experience smooth and not a stressful event. This is the second time I have scheduled an appointment for service only to be very dissatisfied due to non-caring and nonchalant attitudes of the employees.
1. I was ignored completely in the service drop off area for 15 minutes.
2. Checking out was a nightmare due to extremely long wait time from the time my car was removed from the service area.
3. Scheduled service appointments are a joke...
4. When I asked if there was someone there that could help me at the drop off area, I was told everyone was on break...Really!!!! I had an appointment, why would all service advisors go on break when they are expecting a drop off?

A great experience with the salesgirl until the manager came out to talk to us. I have never encountered a more condescending manager in my life. Explaining things to us like we were children, ignoring when we said we understood what he was saying and never directly answering a single question we asked. Told me "he sells 300 cars a month and he knows what he's doing he's been selling cars all his life and this is how it is". Completely insulting man, his name is Ali. Went in telling them exactly what we wanted, they came back with a credit score that was 100 less than what all the major credit bureaus reported to us. Where he got that figure from was beyond us. Told me we didn't know what we were talking about. Promised no inquiries would be added, then only one as they would pull credit but it was a soft pull. Ended up giving us three unauthorized hard inquiries and telling me when I asked about it that I was wrong! When I had the proof right in front of his face. All the money in the world wouldn't make me work with Ali the manager here. Good luck on your 300 cars you sell, you lost your 301 sale!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was waiting for 15 minutes before anyone asked me for assistance even though I had an appointment for 7:30AM, then it took 3 HOURS for a simple oil change and for them to look at my brakes!!! Finally after they were done looking at the brakes, I got charged for a differential in brake ratio for almost 300 dollars, you would think they'd try to compensate me for the time I wasted with the back and forth! When I complained to the manager, he did nothing at all and treated it like I was inconveniencing him! Do not come here, I promise if they don't waste your time, they will definitely waste your money!!! 0 out of 5!

Nissan has always been a dealership that my family advocates. They normally have great customer service and great employees always smiling. This past experience was not that case. It took the service advisor hours to contact me with the issues with my car. Then when they put my car back together they put parts they took apart on my passenger seat and still charged me for the diagnostic and did not even put the car all the way back together. Even though they are busy they come up with excuses to why they go over on time with the oil change instead of just apologizing. Also, when i was getting my brakes done they found "other issues" that had to get done and were charging ridiculous prices compared to other auto service companies around town. Since i normally have a great experience i gave you guys 3 stars because of the past one. Also, when i received my oil change I was not told when to return for my next appointment. The service was just mediocre.
