Very friendly and accommodating and on it with social distancing and use of face masks. Also, impressed with follow up after the sale - no other dealership ever did that,usually once the sale was done it was crickets. Would definitely do business there again.

When I called to schedule my appointment the schedule taker indicated that if we get you in on time fine if not, you will just have to wait. It took 25 minutes after they were done servicing my vehicle for them to just let me know. They oil change itself took no time, when I got there they took it right back and we re done in 20 minutes. The personnel were very friendly but the service is just not what it used to be.

The salesman Vohra was very friendly, informative, patient and was genuinely interested in selling the vehicle. The manager who came in to negotiate the price of the vehicle was very rude, abrupt and pretty much asked us to leave since we didn't agree to his quoted price. We ended up buying Nissan leaf because of the salesman Vohra who was very professional and helped us close the deal.

I had the most amazing experience from the service department and believe it or not it wasn't a man ! It was a sweet sweet lady that knew more about cars then I do lol I told her the problem and before I could finish, she already knew the answer and what was causing the problem! I was blown away!!! I think her name was Cindy Leggett!! Great person to talk to and knows her cars!! I give her 5 STARS KEEP IT UP GIRL!!! I'll be sure to call again if anything happens!!!

Upon arrival I advised them I had traded cars and this was my new one and that my files needed to be updated. I asked them to check my tire pressure because my monitor showed that they were low. They explained that was included in their 21 point checklist. When I checked out they still had the old car listed. I got out of the parking lot and looked at my display, my tire pressure had not been adjusted. Did they check the other 20 items on their checklist? I am not convinced.

In my opinion, I would suggest if anyone has the time go out of town to Atlanta or a big city to get a better deal. You want to support local dealerships but I have always left feeling like I got a deal when I purchase out of town. Always read paperwork even when you feel rushed because dealerships do not have your best interest at heart.

I had a wonderful experience at Headquarter Nissan. I came in driving a 2007 Nissan Murano and left with a 2014 Rogue. My sales person was David Walters and he started off asking me what exactly I wanted in terms of the vehicle packages and payment options. He definitely went above & beyond and I am so happy! Everyone else at the dealership is very friendly and helpful too, especially Sean in the service department. My husband is next in line for a new vehicle and I can say without a doubt David at Headquarter Nissan will be our go-to guy!

Nissan has always been great! I am disabled and Recently I was on my way to pick up my prescription when I noticed my indicator for low tire pressure, when I stopped to check I saw a nail in one of my tires, so I went straight to Nissan and I explained the situation, I also had my 2 adult German Shepherds with me in the truck and they saw I had my animals with me and got someone right away to see how fast they could help me, the service department was exceptional they had me in and out within 20 mins! I was so grateful and could not be more pleased again with the Nissan service department, thank you Nissan!

My change oil light came on on my way back home. I looked them up, drove there the next morning. I didn t make an appointment but I explained to the young man that I was heading home to Virginia. We had been in Texas for the holidays and I needed to get it changed before I put it back on the highway. I still had a long way to go. He explained that people who had appointments took precedence over me but he would do everything in his power to get me in and out. He did just that. I was so grateful. Thanks

It is exceedingly rare that I write a review for any business, but, after an unbelievably rude experience, I feel very compelled to relate my reception by a salesperson. I was having mechanical work done on my car and while waiting for its completion I toured the showroom. Let me first state that the service center at this dealer supplies five star, top-notch service and I highly reccomend bringing a car to them for a variety of services. But I digress, as I toured the showroom I began looking at a GT-R model car displayed for viewing. As the doors were unlocked and the wimdows down, I sat in the car and appreciated the very welcoming smell from the leather interior. I climbed out of the driver seat and surveyed the rest of the automobile before checkimg the trunk. At this point I was abruptly intercepted by a flustered salesperson (middle aged man, pepper grayed hair, I didn't get his name) who insisted that I in essence not touch this car. I asked why it was on display with the doors locked if it was not to even be breathed on and he replied in a combative tone, "because it's in my showroom." This was issued with an almost violent face and a rediculously confrontational manner. Needless to say, I walked away from this possibly psychotic employee. I now write this review while waiting on my car's maintenance to be completed. Excuse the length of this review but, in short, the mechanic service department is excellent while those looking to purchase a car from this dealership would be much better suited to search elsewhere (a plethora of Nissan dealerships can be found less tham an hour and a half away in Newnan, Ga or Atlanta). UPDATE (Jan. 13): I was contacted by a customer satisfaction representative working at the dealership. She was very appologetic about the employees actions and assured me it wouldn't occur again. So, I can definately say HQ Nissan, as a whole, maintains polite customer service.

Ms. Bessie was my salesperson and she really did an amazing job on getting me in a vehicle. I went to the dealership thinking I could only afford a used vehicle and Ms Bessie assured me she could get me in a brand new 2019 Rogue with the payments I could afford. Even when I wanted an upgraded model she went above and beyond to find me one that would still be in my price range and I actually ended up getting one with alot more upgrades then expected. My experience was the best I have ever had at any dealership in Columbus and I will be recommending friends and family to HQ Nissan of Columbus to see Ms Bessie.

I made an appointment for a full synthetic oil change- holiday package. I wrote full synthetic on my intake form. When I paid the paperwork and sticker in the car stated that I received a synthetic oil change. When I called to ask I was told that I received full synthetic, but how can I be sure??
The waiting room is nice with coffee, tea, and WiFi.
The employees are friendly.
I do not feel confident about the service received so I will not be returning.

Yesterday I went in to look at the 2013 Nissan Altima, and I found the one that I wanted but it still need to be inspected since they just received the vehicle from the manufacturer. The sales person that was helping me was Johnnie Crenshaw, and he was not the typical sales person trying to sell me another that I did not wanted. He was pretty straight forward with me and didn't try to BS me. The guy even came in on his day off to help with the sale, thats commitment. The dealership ended up giving me a great rate on the car, and they did not try to force a sale. I would recommend anyone to dealership and deal with Mr. Crenshaw. I have to go now and drive around town in my new car, laters peoples!

My mechanic and I thought it would be best to take my car to the dealership as it wouldn t start and the issue was not the battery, alternator, or starter. When dropping the car off he was told they would get in touch with me that day. After not hearing anything for two days I thought I should call and was told that some people were out due to sickness and they would call me back that day. I totally understood this and said no problem. The next two days I did not hear anything again and my mechanic decided to call them. It took him a WHILE to get through and he was told I would get a call within a day. The next day I did not get a call again and we finally got through the following day only to find out that the work that needs to be done is over $5000 dollars. Being that it took over a week with little to no communication to get there i decided to have my mechanic pick it back up since it now starts and the person I trust (my mechanic) can look at it further. I called to see if there was a service fee for him to pick it up and was told it s $99. I then shared my frustration of this taking so long and having little to no communication through the process and that I wanted my service fee waved or discounted and once again was told my technician would call back...I ve called three times since then and haven t heard from my technician. I am the type of person that hates to complain and hope that this is not the standard at the location as I ve had pleasant experiences with Nissan in LaGrange in the past.

From what I ve seen Nissan dealers do not like to work on warranty repairs and the Nissan brand does not do anything about it. I have called Nissan Consumer Affairs and get the run around from them as well. I would really re-consider Nissan altogether. Just an fyi, we have 2 Nissan vehicles and an Infiniti. I will never purchase another Nissan brand again.

The young lady that waited on me in the morning was very personal and professional. I told her what I needed to have done to my car and she arranged for transportation back to my home. She called me one time during the day to update me and let me know what was wrong and what the cost would be I told her to go ahead and she told me when the car would be ready. When they arrived to pick up the car she went over the invoice and then escorted us to the car so we can do an inspection everything looke great we were off.

After two hours of waiting for an oil change, I walked around and found my car sitting in the parking lot. No one had come to tell me it was done. I paid for the service. Again no one told me where my car was. The only way I knew where it was is because I went looking for it. The plastic was still on the seat and paper on floor. This review is in regard to the dealership, not the actual automobile. Headquarters Nissan is a clean, well run dealership. Never once did I have any pressure to purchase. I also did not run into the stereotypical dealership behaviors. I didn't get bounced around and I felt that what I mentioned was important to the sales person.

We even drove our vehicle to my house to show my wife since she wasn't able to come out to the dealership on the initial test drive.

If you are considering a Nissan or just want to check out what products they offer, pay them a visit. We dealt with Matt Pavey and it was a pleasure. We are a military family and Matt is prior service, so there was an instant connection.

My review is based on my individual experience, and your mileage my vary. But I wouldn't think twice about returning to Headquarters Nissan for future purchases.
