A great experience with the salesgirl until the manager came out to talk to us. I have never encountered a more condescending manager in my life. Explaining things to us like we were children, ignoring when we said we understood what he was saying and never directly answering a single question we asked. Told me we didn't know what we were talking about. Promised no inquiries would be added, then only one as they would pull credit but it was a soft pull. Ended up giving us three unauthorized hard inquiries and telling me when I asked about it that I was wrong! When I had the proof right in front of his face.
