Good, definitely, and always get my work done there because I can no longer do it myself. I was a mechanic, worked on many different cars with my dad. But I can no longer do what I need done so I would feel better taking it to the place where it was made.

My experience at Headquarter Nissan In Columbus Ga was really the best sales experience I've had in purchasing a car. If you are looking for a vehicle and you want to be treated right make sure Headquarter Nissan is the first and last place you go. And make sure you ask for Tim Fair! You won't be disappointed. .

Very satisfied with this service appointment. A little confusion when I arrived as to what was to be done, but with the help of a couple of service advisors the matter was straightened out.

I have a problem every time I come here. If I come...

I have a problem every time I come here. If I come without an appointment to get my vehicle serviced, it will take 2-5 hours. If I come with an appointment, it will still take 2-5 hours. This is just for an oil change. I asked someone about this and they said it was due to the time it takes to service the vehicles ahead of me. That makes sense, but what doesn t make sense is why an appointment would be scheduled if the vehicle cannot be started soon after the appointment time. It should not take 3 hours to BEGIN working on my vehicle when I had an appointment. I don t understand why appointment times can t just be set up according to previous appointments and how long those will take. This is the first review I have written for any place ever because this has been a constant thing for three years and they only seem to be slacking even more now. It s extremely frustrating especially when people have jobs, children, etc., things that have a daily timetable. You are already expensive, please stop wasting people s time as well. All of that being said, Christopher and the other service consultants are very very nice and helpful. I just wish things were set up more efficiently.

I needed to buy Maxima floor mats and couldn t find suitable ones online, so I went to Headquarters Nissan. The woman at the parts counter really helped me out and said that they would order them, arriving Wednesday! This was later Monday afternoon so I was happy with the short wait time. I got a call from that lady Wednesday morning, around 10 AM, and my mats were already there! Great job!!

Tried to sell me a car for $3000 more than the exact same model, same year was listed for on the Nissan HeadQuarters website and told me this was with getting a "$2000 discount". They try to take advantage of young women, make sure you check out prices before you buy!

I took my vehicle a few months ago for an schedule service from an oil change and to replace the tires, scaled to replace the wiring in the battery system and that motor needed some work. From roughly $900.00 went to almost$3.000 dollars. No more, bye bye Nissan, find another fool.

Nissan provides the worst possible service!!!!! Whatever you do, do not purchase or service your vehicle there. It has been a hassle and headache everyday since. First of all they run your credit a million times which are all hard hits and if that wasn't enough of course the car isn't worth it. I have to constantly take the car to their service department whom absolutely sucks. Today I went for a diagnostic they told me 3-4 hrs. So I got a car from the rental department which was a electric car that I didn't want I couldn't even run all errands in the immediate area. I call to check on my car and they tell me they don't know how much longer and at this point it has been three hrs. I asked to speak with a manager who gives me a bunch of excuses about how they can never really tell how long it will be. Then don't give expectations if you can't deliver the results. Now I have wasted 4 hrs and I still don't know what's wrong with my car. When it's all said and done I WILL NEVER PURCHASE, SERVICE OR EVEN RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE!!!!!

The last couple of months have been a nightmare with my car - it can be amazingly difficult to find good mechanics in Columbus. I've been in and out of numerous mechanics over the last few months, and the folks at Headquarter Nissan have never done me wrong. True, they're not always the cheapest option, but you will get good service. Carson Fugate, one of the managers, bent over backwards for me. I have NEVER received better customer service from a mechanic or car dealership in my life.

I had been searching for a month for a vehicle. I went to the Nissan Headquarters website. I was called immediately. I did not see the call and received a text saying which do you prefer call or text .

I responded text and set up an appointment. Jamie Crowder met me at the door. Friendly, courteous, assertive Jamie!

He gave me exactly what I wanted black SUV, black interior! He stayed with me until the deal was done. He was exceptional in his approach and he made me feel at ease. He is the epitome of what a sales person should be, he delivered without pushing a car on me that I didn t want!

The sales side was surprisingly great but they lost me with the service . I've been there 3 times for random things and they have no clear procedures for customer intake. They just leave people outside for 15-20 minutes, without even speaking to them. Lots of people just standing around in the office, nobody seems to ever be working. And in all the times I've been there, I've never been told I need an appointment for an oil change on a Tuesday morning. In fact, I have a recalled part they were supposed to order and replace that they never called me about, just told me to come back anytime. I guess that means anytime except for the time i show up .

Yesterday, we went to HQ Nissan in search of a Nissan Titan (used). I explained, we'd located one at another dealer but wanted to stop by here first. A friend had worked with Jeff Bell in the past and his professionalism was second to none. The experience he provided prior to yesterday was the reason for my return trip.
I walked in and Jeff and Terry were there to great us. I explained to them what I'd found and if there was anything they could do at that price point. Terry emphatically said please take a look at some of the new one's and we'll get something worked out. We'll we located a truck and very LITTLE negotiating. Jeff and Terry got the price of a brand NEW NISSAN TITAN down to what we were looking for. They gave us more money and treated us with such RESPECT. The experience provided to us from everyone on the staff at HQ Nissan is what seperates them from everyeone else. I will emphatically recommend them to any looking for new vehicle. At no point were we pressured during the sale. The high leverl of service by Terry, Jeff and AJ (finance) were absolutely outstanding!! Great job guys and you've earned a customer for life!!!

Went in for a routine oil change with cabin filter change(s) as well. Timely, professional, and courteous. When I arrived back home, decided to open engine hood for a quick glance, to ensure all was as should be, appeared so. The only thing that caught my eye, was, the oil fill cap appeared soiled with normal engine grit and grime. Would have thought the fill cap and surrounding area would have been cleaned prior to refill. Not a big deal, just an observation on my part.

Saturday I met my parents at Nissan. They came into town for the day and their truck started giving them problems, so they went to Nissan to have it evaluated. To make the story short, they had to purchase a new car to get home. DAVID WALTERS was fantastic and did everything he could to get them out and on their way home quickly with a great deal. My husband and I have been talking about getting an Armada for a few weeks, and seeing how Daivd treated my parents, I asked him to work up some numbers. I told him up front that I was not planning on purchasing until the end of the year but he worked hard for me anyway. I cannot tell you how fun he made the experience. He is a joy to work with. He was very understanding of my needs and stayed within that realm and very knowledgable about the business and models. If you are considering a purchase, you have to see David. I would recommend him to everyone!! I am now a huge Nissan fan!

My second time going to purchase a Nissan and yet again a horrible experience.I was promised a better experience than the one I had from my first Nissan purchase from Five Star in Albany Ga, but no! Not only did I feel my privacy was violated when trying to discuss my personal affairs out in the open I was left just sitting there in the open in the busiest part of the service dept and the service rep had offered to get the sales rep when she seen I was going to leave, I told her don't bother it appears my business don't matter and still to this day never heard back from anyone. Nor was a effort made to try to send any communication to me. Needless to say I don't care how good of a car Nissan is I will never purchase one from a Nissan lot again! Thank goodness that they have a great service dept staff at Nissan because that's the only thing keeping them afloat! I never post experiences I have if they are bad but enough is enough of terrible customer service! All I wanted was to purchase a new reliable car never thought I'd feel unwanted and a cast away.

He quickly arranged 2 vehicles for me to test drive, guided me quickly through the financing options, and ensured my car was looking great when I came back to pick it up. Brought my car in 2017 they said everything was new on it.
Windshield wipers didn't half clean the windshield. They didn't wanna fix it till my mom and I kept on with them.
Tires were bad. Every other day I was having to add air to them. There responds we will replace one still having to put air in other three every other day. Over $75 in air. Finally I had enough and told them either replace the tires are you can keep this car.
2019 brought the car in to get serviced and asked them to check the battery and all. Again nothing is wrong all is fine. Got to Waverly Hall and the battery exploded. Yeah nothing wrong they would not replace it.
October 2020 I bring my car in to get the Transmission flushed have not had any problems with my car. One week later my car starts reving up really high while driving. I tried to get in touch with them from November 1st until last week when they finally answered and told me to bring my car in for them to run diagnostics on it. Well nothing. Get told that 2 of them drive my car and don't see what I'm talking about. So I drive my car with Nate and he finally sees what I am talking about but keep in mind he has already drove my car and didn't know what I was talking about. An hour ago they come and tell me that i need a transmission yeah because y'all messed my transmission up. I have called corporate Nissan and will be going to the Better Business On them as well. Brought my car home parked it. Sat unmoved all evening Thursday all day Friday. Saturday I get in to go uptown and now it is making a god aweful noise. I would not recommend them to anyone. Take your car elsewhere

After owning my new Murano for two weeks i discovered the right headlight assembly broken under the hood. I tried to get an appointment for service using the Headquarter Web site chat option I was told to use the web site. Using the web site I was directed to call the service department. I called the service department and received a message to leave my phone number and I would be called as soon as someone was available. I never heard from anyone so I wen to the dealership and asked for someone to look at my car and arrange for it to be repaired. The part had to be ordered. I received a call a week or so later telling me that the part was in and I needed to set up an appointment for installation. I told the lady on the phone that Thursday September 19 afternoon was the earliest as I was out of town and I had a medical appointment the morning of the 19th. We set the time at 2:00 on Thursday the 19th. On Wednesday the 18th I received a call reminding me of my 9:00 AM appointment. I called the next morning and told the lady on the phone that I could not be there i had an appointment. She said just drop it off. I then told her I needed the vehicle to go to my other appointment and she put me on hold, came back as said, "Just bring it in at 2" I brought the car in and a quarter to 2 and waited. At 3:45 I went looking for my car and found that it had not been touched yet I spoke to the service lady and she said it was going in now and and hour later the car appeared to be ready as I watched the repair through the windows in the waiting room. Finally at 5;45 I was told my car was ready. I have purchased 4 Nissan vehicles from Headquarter over the past 5 or 6 years. I have never had such poor service as I have had with this car and the one I traded in. I am looking a Nissan of LaGrange for my next car and for servicel

A month ago, my wife and I went to HQN looking for a vehicle for her. We found an automobile that she liked and we had the opportunity to meet Shawn Sadruddin. We left short of making a deal because my wife was not completely certain that the car had everything that she wanted. 2 weeks later I returned to HQN to buy that same vehicle to surprise her, but I was the one surprised. Learning that the vehicle had already been sold. If it had not been for Shawn calling me and checking on us, I probably would have purchased the vehicle elsewhere since we had found a similar vehicle in another city. However, when Shawn broke the news to me that the car was gone, he informed me that he could get exactly what I wanted in two days. At this point I felt like there was no way that he can do this in two days. Surprised again... Shawn called me and told me to come pick up the car. When we arrived on the lot, Shawn met us on the floor and walked us to the vehicle, it had just been completely detailed inside and out, and it was exactly what he had promised. After an hour, my wife drove off of the lot with her new Altima Coupe. She and I are both pleased beyond measure, with the level of professionalism Shawn displayed. I will gladly send serious buyers to Shawn, with complete confidence that they will be taken care of. Thank you Shawn and thank you HQN.

I don't think anyone can say that they love a car dealership. That said, I had a very pleasant experience here and I had quite a few infuriating ones with other dealerships in the area around the same time. I looked online, called about the car, they had it (unlike some of their competitors who don't keep their inventory updated), they picked me up in the car, and after some discussion and inspection I bought it the same day. Of course, I was ready to do so and had a pre-approval, but this was the first dealership in GA that didn't actively lose my business. I'm looking forward to a continued relationship as I service my vehicle in the future, and hope that this review will get updated with that extra star.

We were very happy with the sales people (Deryl and Melvin) who took time to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything that we needed while we were shopping for our vehicle. Unfortunately, that day seemed to be one of the busiest that they've had in a while, because we arrived at 10am (Saturday the 28th), made our choice just after noon time, and then from there until 6pm, we were waiting and waiting and waiting to go in and finish the final paperwork. By then we were so tired, that I'm reasonably sure that I probably ended paying more than I wanted, because I was too tired to get to all the fine print. Nevertheless, the people were always courteous and helpful. Buying the car that we really wanted was truly worth the wait. However, being a diabetic with neuropathy took my feel to a whole new level of pain. I feel like there should have been at least two (2) more other people working on final paperwork. To have just one person doing it had to be murder for the poor lady who was doing it; and doing it wonderfully I made add. Overall, I had a good time, but it came at something of a cost. I'd go further into the service dept ratings, but this box says sales so I'll end this by saying that the Sales team people are the best. They made an uncomfortable situation seem a lot better.

I wrote a review a few weeks back. I've looking for it to see if there is a response. I can't find it anywhere. So I'll rewrite it. I own 6 Nissans, 4 2500 vans, a Titan and an Armada. I love the Nissan product and my salesman. The service department needs an overhaul though. I had an appointment for an oil change on one of the vans. Tech was there early, waited while van was getting the oil change. 3 hours later my tech is still sitting there waiting. I called my salesman to see if he could help. Tech was on the road within 45 mins. Took Armada in with oil change appointment at 9 AM. Didn't wait. Started calling service department at 5 PM looking for my car. They couldn't find it. Called my salesman again. A twin to my Armada came in with a different issue and our cars got mixed up. My car was ready by 7 PM. Took my titan in to the scratch guy. That service really has gotten a lot of takers and now they make appointments. Made an appointment for the following week. Arrived at 8:15 AM. At 8:30 AM service writer asks if I want my oil changed as it is due. I informed her that, no, it is not only not due, it was just changed 2 months ago. At 10 AM I go looking for my truck, it is just now being taken over to the scratch guy area! 10:30 AM my tuck is brought back saying the scratch is too deep and it can't be repaired without going through the body shop. Can we make an appointment? NO I DON'T THINK SO. I call Headquarters Nissan when I get home to complain. The CSR that answered the phone said the manager was unavailable, so I left a message with her to have him call me back. It has been a month and I'm still waiting for his call.

We were greeted by a friendly salesman, Phillip was pleasant, humorous, and put us at ease. He and his manager, were both awesome to deal with and wanted to make the sale happen. We got the car we wanted and felt like we got a great deal.
The only complaint would be, how long the process took, but other than that, we had an awesome experience. We love our new Rogue Sport SV.
