Not ignore me when I pull into the service bay are...
Not ignore me when I pull into the service bay area to drop my car off (with an appointment.) Value my time and make the service experience smooth and not a stressful event. This is the second time I have scheduled an appointment for service only to be very dissatisfied due to non-caring and nonchalant attitudes of the employees.
1. I was ignored completely in the service drop off area for 15 minutes.
2. Checking out was a nightmare due to extremely long wait time from the time my car was removed from the service area.
3. Scheduled service appointments are a joke...
4. When I asked if there was someone there that could help me at the drop off area, I was told everyone was on break...Really!!!! I had an appointment, why would all service advisors go on break when they are expecting a drop off?
