Service department is always very slow, and this particular day was understaffed. I waited in my car for assistance for over 20 minutes and I was the only one in line. All other cars were empty. I walked inside to get serviced and the service desk told me to wait outside in my car until someone came out. Then the service took over an hour and a half. I almost rather go pay for an oil change rather than spend half my day here. But the waiting area is nice and I always bring my laptop to hook up to the great internet to do some homework. I will say this is the least amount of time I spent in the service department. My very 1st visit was beyond horrific and left me in tears. This time, no tears- just a long wait as usual!

Went in towards the end of the day on a Saturday to look, and ended up purchasing. All the staff were easy to deal with and worked with us to meet our needs. Folks even stayed well after closing to help us.
We did have a minor issue with the vehicle after purchase, however the folks quickly resolved it on the next business day. I highly recommend you check Headquarter Nissan if you are looking for a vehicle!

The sales staff and new management at the dealership were exeptional, unlike any other car buying experience out there! I ended up leaving with the brand new body style Nissian Altima and it is awesome!! The gas mileage is great as well as all of the features I got such as remote start and back up camera (didn't even get the top of the line!) but my favorite thing about the car is definitely how comfortable the seats are, if you haven't sat in one yet you really need to! Over all it was a pleasent experiance and I will be reffering all of my friends and family to Headquarter Nissian for their future purchases.

Came in today for the paint Butler application and had not been able to wash the car prior to service It was cleaned inside out and vacuumed. The only complaint I have is that it took four hours and that is more of an inconvenience than an actual complaint. all in all I am very happy with the service.

I normally don't do reviews but I had the best and easiest experience here working with Devon. I didn't feel pressure or feel like I was being haggled. I told him exactly what I wanted and he did everything he could to make it work for me. Came in an Altima and left in a Maxima. I definitely recommend HQ Nissan to anyone who needs a new car.

Since I purchased my vehicle at Headquarter Nissan...

Since I purchased my vehicle at Headquarter Nissan, with the exception of maybe 2 minor service jobs, I have always taken my car in to the dealership for service jobs. Well today, I called in, attempting to schedule a service job. I got a price quote and an estimated wait time. My wait time was approximately 4 hours if I decided to wait for the car and longer if dropped the car off and left it. I was also informed, if I decided to drop the car off, a shuttle could take me to work or back home and I would get a call sometime that afternoon, whenever the service job was complete. Well that did not work for me. I did not want to be stranded without car for an indefinite amount of time. I voiced my concern about that. However, I had the CSR tentatively schedule an appointment for me and got off the phone. Approximately 20 minutes later I called back and inquired about a loaner vehicle. Which is what is typically provided at other places, when they have your car all day, so you're not stranded. When I inquired about a loaner, I was informed by the service rep there was no way to guarantee that I could get a loner bc availability is determined by their rental service. I was told that I would just have to bring the car and see and see what happens. As a customer, for many years, I was extremely upset. I repeat. I have been a patron of HQN for years. 99.7% of all of my services jobs have been done by HQN. So when they cavalierly brushed me off when I inquired about a loaner and basically give me, "An I'm sorry but". I became upset and justifiable so. I thanked the rep for her time and got off the phone. After some consideration, I called HQN back and cancelled my scheduled appointment. At this time, I am currently in the process of looking for another place to get my car serviced. As a loyal customer, it is nice to actually see how HQN really feels about my business. I do not think I will frequent them again. Thank you HQN for showing me just how much you value your customers. It was a real eye opening experience.

When I had to come in for a repair, Carson did an amazing job making sure that I understood my car's issues and kept me informed with the repairs. Jessica, in the rentals department, greeted me with a smile - even though I was in a hurry. She pleasantly put me in a rental car for the day so I wouldn't have to wait. I told her I had an appointment with TREY BANKS .....TREY BANKS made an appointment with me, and when I got there the day of the appointment on possibly seeing about buying a car...He was not there and did not even give me notice about not being able to meet with me anymore. Also, I'm not even from Columbus, so I really could have saved gas and a wasted trip. However, I had the meeting about a "car" with MARLON COLQUITT and he was rude and "ready to go get his car from across the street". Marlon was not helpful at all and I am very disappointed with "HEADQUARTER" Nissan. He Was not professional at all.

I just want to say thank you, thank you, thank you!!! This visit/service was absolutely amazing!! Everything was done right the 1st time! I started taking my vehicle all the way out to the LaGrange location due to several issues I always had with the Columbus location. However, this time it wasn t the case!! I m happy to say that I m excited to go back to Nissan Headquarters of Columbus, and incredibly happy to use my local Nissan Service Department again! Keep up the good work!!

Scheduled an appointment at 8:30 am to have a recall issue for my Maxima taken care of before I traveled out of town. The communication on the status updates on my car was terrible. I was Informed that it takes 2-3 hours for the recall to be processed. When I went back to check on my car around 1 pm, the mechanic was just pulling my car around. They stated they had to wait on the part. At around 5 pm I ended up having to get a rental because after taking all day, apparently the part was defective. Now I understand that these things happen, but once again the delivery of this information could have been done a lot earlier in the day. I finally got my car back the next day around 11 am. I will never bring my car back to this dealership for any type of services.

If I could rate this place more than a hundred times I would. I have purchased three vehicles from Rebecca, and she literally is the greatest! Anyone and everyone who reads this- I highly recommend you seeing her. You will not meet anyone who is like her- AMAZING energy, someone who listens to to everything you want and doesn't stop trying until she gets you there! Not only is she an awesome person to be around she genuinely cares about her customers and you can see it. For all outside Columbus drivers beware. Do not do business with this place. The experience my wife and I had was exactly what we all worry about when going to buy a car from a dealership. Below are the events that happened when we tried to buy a car.

-Discussed from 9am to 11am with sales agent on general q&a about an Armada.

- Was adamant about driving two and a half hours for no reason and would really like to work out a deal before going

-12am agree to drive from Suwanee to Columbus. I asked her "what needs to be done to secure the car (2hr drive)". Response was "Nothing...I have the car in the sold lot and the keys are on my desk, so no one can put an offer in on the car"

-I texted the sales agent when we were 30 min out from dealer to say we are almost there

-We get there and she hands us the keys to check out car (why I still question)

- We review car and we are excited about the test drive. (My wife and I had test driven a few so really as long as no issue, we are ready to make deal)

- I look at the agent after reviewing the car and said ok so we going on a test drive. She looks at me and says "I am sorry we just sold the car."

- Takes me to GM who appolgizes and says he will make things right.

- He then indicates that the same thing happened 3 weeks ago

- Goes even explains the guy was supposed to come in with his trade-in later in the afternoon but arrived early (made me question that the deal was already underway and we were the pawns "have a couple coming from Atl...")

-The GM said he wants to make it right and will find a "like car" (auction is every tues) and give him 24 to 48 hr to make this right.

- Fills our tank and says will be in touch

-Sales agent returns with a tears in her and appolgizes said this should not have happened and that she had the keys on her desk.

Needless to say it has been 4 days and no contact...no email...nothing from the dealership. Really stinks cause I do believe in second chances and understand that things happen. In this case all I can do is im form others to be aware.

My experience was not a good experience. I had a 2 hour appointment that lasted 5 hours. After finding an issue that took more time to correct, I should have been notified. I had taken a shuttle home, waiting on a call after 2 hours to carry out my earlier appointments before my late Afternoon appointment that never happened, and no call. Make sure you call the customer when this occurs. I was promised a percentage off my next visit.

I was an active duty soldier stationed a Fort Benning in November 2014 when I was looking for a blue 2014 Nissan Sentra with 3 certain package features. HQ Nissan didn't have it but did find it in Macon, Ga. and told me they could have it for me in a day so I asked the sales guy for the asking price and was told $24,600.00. Well, I had already done some research on this vehicle so I gave him an offer of $22.000. He left and came back to tell me they would not take my offer. I went to Butler Nissan Macon, Ga. and got the SAME EXACT car for $21,300 out the door price. I had to travel an hour and a half but I saved $3,300. Butler Nissan took good care of this soldier.

Part of the purchase agreement for my Jetta was free oil changes. I have had the car for 2 years and every experience I have had has been poor. The most recent was bad enough that I have decided I would rather pay 30 dollars somewhere else than bring my car to them for free. As usual, I did not get a call letting me know when my car is ready for pick up, but this time I got my car back with both the 12v chargers not working. Not long after the oil change, my car also started leaking oil. Did some investigating on the latter, and it turns out the filter was put on improperly.

So we went to look, just to see what was available that would outshine the vehicle we already had. LeVan Johnson was our sales representative, and understood immediately what we wanted to see. We test drove a phenomenal Nissan Titan, and that was the end of the story. I love the truck, I love the service we received, and just couldn't be happier! Friendly service, Fair negotiation, great product knowledge. I bought a pre-owned vehicle and they make sure to service it put new tires on and clean it inside and out well for me. The person that owns the car before me still hasn't turned in the spare key which was unfortunate because I ended up getting locked out of the car and having to call Pop-A-Lock I'm still waiting on the key. Overall four out of five stars just because of the issue with the spare key.

I was in and out in less than an hour. I couldn't ask for better service. They even have free snacks and coffee while you wait for your maintenance to be completed. My experience at Headquarters Nissan has been top notch for both buying a vehicle and getting scheduled maintenance done. Strongly recommend this dealership

I made a service appointment 3 weeks out. I wanted the deal but 3 tires get one free. I spoke with a guy he told me what kind of tires they had and pricing. He wanted to make sure they had them in stock. My appt was on a Saturday I dropped the car off Friday night. I got a call Saturday morning stating that they didn t have tires in stock and wanted to order them and wanted me to bring my car back that Monday or Tuesday! I feel like that is not great customer service then the tires offered were at more expensive. I was not offered a discount or anything not even an apology for the inconvenience, why even ask me what tires I want to make sure they are in stock and supposed to have documented it but when I arrive I get a call the next day. I told they rep don t worry just change the oil. Things should be handled a lot better.

Normally my visits to the service center are exceptional. However ...this past visit was horrible. I arrived about 7:40 for my oil change appointment. I waited outside about 15 min due to there were no service advisors. Employees walked up to me and advised that a service advisor would be there soon. When I asked why the delay I was informed there was a team meeting. Why was I scheduled as a customer during a time a team meeting was held? When I was finally seen.. it took 2 hours for my oil change to be completed. Also it was noted on my service notes that my air pressure was checked in my tires . However when I checked my tire pressure upon getting in the car and driving it read 31 psi ( not 35 or 36). Very dissatisfied..

We know the salesperson and chose to wait for him but when we have our own financing it shouldn t take almost 9 hours to buy a car. We were told to go to dinner and come back and we would be reimbursed, and we are still waiting on the check. If it weren t for knowing the salesperson we would ve bought elsewhere.

I took my daughter s vehicle in for dim headlights and an airbag light that had come on. It was difficult to get someone to answer the phone every time I called. Unfortunately, there was no good explanation for the airbag light being on and it came back on when we left. When I called back and got someone on the phone, I had to leave a message for my advisor, whom never called me back. This was frustrating to me. Other than that the headlights, oil change, and tag lights were taken care of.

The show room is very nice and everyone was very courteous. Our sales person was knowledgeable and very helpful during the sale. After the sale he was very knowledgeable about showing us how our vehicle operated and worked. He was patient and answered all our questions we asked. We really love our new Nissan rogue sport and would recommend that to anyone. Our overall experience was very good and will come back again for our next vehicle.

Wouldn't waste my time again. The original salesman seemed like he wasn't really concerned about helping us get a vehicle off the Rip. I know they didn't submit our application to get financing because we usually get an alert when our credit is being checked! I guess we weren't light enough! We will go get help elsewhere!
