We dealt with Stephen at this dealership and he went above and beyond to help us with our new car purchase. He was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, helpful and incredibly patient. We had a million questions and he promptly returned our texts and calls and went out of his way repeatedly to get us the information we needed in a timely manner. He made us feel sincerely valued throughout the entire process. When the man that was supposed to deliver our car cancelled, Stephen drove it to us personally (an hour and 40 minutes away on a Saturday night) rather than asking us if we could reschedule. He stayed late to do this. He really could not have been easier to deal with. You can tell that he really cares about his customers. We plan to purchase a new truck in a few months and would gladly work with Stephen again. If you go to this dealership, ask for him and you won t be disappointed.
