I ve been coming to Headquarter Nissan for oil changes for a couple of years now and they have the best prices in town for that service. They ve also been trustworthy when they recommended other service.
My big complaint is the diagnosis fee if you want them to check something else.
They do good work on other makes besides Nissan as well.
Was told they would be paying for my tag because it was included in my purchase price and my payments would be $333 a month. Made me pick a plan for the car that I didn t need and raised my payment to $375. AND wanted to wait til after i signed everything and payed the down payment to tell me that they would not be paying for my tag and i had to get that on my own. Definitely will not be buying another car here.
Went in and found the car I was looking for easily . The price was fair/ no a fan of the taxes tho but whatever. If you are wanting a experience employee to help you with everything you need, Abel Diaz and Terry Browning are the best people for the job. They made it easy for me to get set up with the car I want . Only 4 stars because finance sucks there .

Had the worst experience here the other day for a recommended mileage service. Maybe if I hadn't had an ideal Nissan experience at another location, then I wouldn't have anything to compare it to. They seemed unorganized, nobody paid much attention to me and I pulled into the service area. Then I was told I was headed the wrong direction, had to back out and go around. Then when I turned around, it took awhile for someone to ask if I needed anything? I made an appt online a week prior. The time the service took was fine but I was disappointed I didn't get a courtesy rinse.

For a first time new car buyer with a very low credit score, Headquarter nissan provided me excellent Service and good deals. They helped me get the exact car i wanted with a great low interest rate. No hassle at all, they even threw in a couple of free goodies to go along with my new 2013 nissan altima. I really didnt think i would get approved or even walk out the door with keys in my hand. :)

I'm having a conversation with the person that's with me at headquarter Nissan and the guy that was helping me. Overheard my conversation with my friend that I was with took my information to his boss and they try to use my information against me and charge me more for the car that I was inquiring about in so that being said I told him to take a hike and I went somewhere else because that's bad business I said that I was trying to buy a car from somewhere else and I was telling my friend how the people are treated me and he went to his boss and start trying to repeat what I said which was wrong messy and bad business I will never recommend anyone to go there

I'm a senior citizen, disabled, and a widow of a purple heart soldier. I bought my Nissan around 3 years ago maybe 4 and whenever I had a problem the employees at headquarters Nissan always made me feel so comfortable and I knew whatever they were doing it was going to be right and I thank you.
This place wanted to charge me $1586 to fix my rear hatch. They said it needed a new rear control unit and shocks. Turns out I had hit my master switch by accident and there was nothing wrong with it. I would not trust these people at all.
I have to say, this was one of the most pleasant and easy experiences I have ever had with a car dealership. The salesmen were great. The cars looked good. But the experience was really made special by one employee who went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of and that I was satisfied. I would just like to give a personal thanks to Taylor Adkins, you turned a good experience into a phenomenal one.
Can t speak any better or Abel Diaz at Headquarter Nissan. It was like dealing with a friend and made the whole process as painless as possible. Even made sure we got what we needed for our trade in and into our suburban without a hitch. Followed up when we were hesitant and asked what he could do to make us happy and close the deal! He came through like a champ and drove off the lot in a new car.

Based on this actual visit, I was highly aggravated with the service tech who signed me in. I had a 5:00pm appointment for an oil change and did not leave til right at 7pm. I spoke with a lady named Mharley, she actually checked on me while I was in the waiting room. My car had been ready for awhile, but no one came to let me know. They forgot about me. This was the first time this type service has happened to me. If it was not for the cheaper synthetic oil changes Nissan offers, I would totally take my business elsewhere.
I had an appointment for an oil change at 10:00 on Feb. 2, 2021. I was ready to leave at 10:45. I have never been out of there in that short of time. I was very pleasantly surprised.
Every time I come in here for an service, I am in here for 3 hours at a time. Why do I have an appointment if it serves not purpose. The only reason I come back because it s the only one in 50 miles. Literally the worst Nissan I have been to!
My service advisor, Chris Arevalo, went out of his way to ensure that I was kept up to date about my vehicle although he was extremely busy. He then took the time to honestly explain to me what issues were affecting my vehicle and how I could have them addressed.
Our salesman Abel was absolutely wonderful in helping us get our new 2021 Rogue that I absolutely love. The finance guys were wonderful and patient with my husband and I. We will definitely be back for any future car purchases.
I wish there was an option for 0 stars. If i had to sum up my experience here in one word it would be "painful". The customer service at Headquarter Nissan of Columbus was nothing short of abysmal! Multiple people here lied to us on more than one occasion, from Barry the GM to J.D. the service manager to the technician in the service dept. Our issues started in the service dept and got elevated to the GM and only got worse from there. Neither the service manager nor the GM will call back when they say they will. Our truck was there for a month and they NEVER could tell us what the problem was. Their first diagnosis was a "loose spare tire under the truck making noise" when they tightened the hanging tire and the noise came back they told us we needed a new engine. When I asked what was wrong with this engine...they said they did not know but it needed to be replaced. We had issues as well with Corporate Nissan and the warranty claim, but I want to be clear I do not hold Headquarter Nissan accountable for that. I know that is out of their hands, my issues with Headquarter Nissan are all customer service related. Our truck sat there for a week and a half AFTER telling us we needed a new engine, without being touched, and without a phone call to update us on the status. After 3 weeks of our truck sitting in their shop, my wife and I went to speak with the service manager about how long it was taking. The service manager showed us a car that has been in their shop for 6 months and said "at least your truck hasn't been here since September". On what planet is that anything remotely close to acceptable?!?!? The service manager and the GM were dismissive,rude, and disrespectful especially to my wife. Headquarter Nissan will never get a penny of my money again. I love Nissan trucks and cars, I will definitely buy Nissan again in the future... but I will not buy from Headquarter Nissan. Nissan of Lagrange is 45 minutes away and a world of difference in customer service! I will gladly drive to LaGrange from here on out.
I took my Nissan Sentra here on 19 October 2013 to get detailed because we are trying to sell our car. When we went to pick it up and it was WAY WORSE... I asked what the brown stuff was on my seat and they claimed it was something I had spilled....LUCKILY I had taken photos just hours before to post the car on craigslist to sell. The man helping us said they just couldn t get it out. HOWEVER, the spray or whatever it was that they put on there had also hit the seat belt buckle and surrounding areas. I could literally swipe my finger and it was covered in brown sticky stuff. When I said it was not acceptable he replied with FINE, come back at four. I would NEVER trust these people with my car again, let alone waste any more hours waiting. I did demand a refund and got my money back. Unfortunately, now I am stuck trying to figure out how to get this out without damaging my light grey seats. If I could post pictures here to show everyone I would. I never write bad reviews unless I feel it was so bad I need to warn other people. STAY AWAY.
It was probably one of the best dealership experiences I ve ever had and I have purchased cars all over the country from Washington state to Arizona to Colorado and I would highly recommend this dealership. Being so close to multiple military installations and colleges you would think that the dealerships would know how to approach and handle people. Well This place figured it out and did an amazing job. I work a lot with students and soldiers at Fort Benning and I will steer as many people I can to visit this type of dealership.

I have purchased three vehicles from Headquarters and made all payments on time I traded my last vehicle a 2016 Altima purchased there for a Suv through another dealer in May I have been trying to be reimbursed for the extended service plan that I had on my Altima since then I have spoken with the person who sold me the plan Katey Stallworth several times and another person from the store twice l had three years left on the plan and I would like to be reimbursed l would not like to leave the Nissan family with a bad taste l may come back
Received oil change fairly fast. But I had asked about my tire pressure warning light. They did not fix it. I went to another shop and had it fixed. Did not receive invoice when they were done.
I first talked to Quinten Jackson on line about wanting a newer truck. Upon arrival at the dealership he hooked us up with veteran sales associate and truck pro Mr. Al Taylor. I was prepared with multiple documents to work out what I thought would be a difficult deal and trade-in on my Nissan versa. Minutes later, Al had my wife and I at ease with no haggle pricing, easy peasey trade in offers, and simply put the best auto buying experience we have had in a long time. I was out having dinner at a local restaurant and I saw salesman David Walters and inquired about a Nissan. He was very friendly and actually left his food to come outside and look at my car that I wanted to trade. He gave me his card and told me to meet him the next day at 10am. When I arrived at Head Quarter Nissan the staff was very nice and David got all my information and we searched the lot for the perfect car. I was kind of nervous about getting another car b/c of a bad experience with a car salesman at another lot. Mr. Walters was very patient with me and has a wonderful sense of humor. He made my experience at Nissan very pleasant. We actually ran into a road block but Mr. Walters worked his magic and I left the lot with a 2014 Nissan Altima with an affordable note. If you are thinking about getting a Nissan David Walters is the BEST salesman at Head Quarter Nissan. Thanks to the good lord and Mr. Walters I will start my new year off riding in style.

I'm somewhat new to the Columbus Area But i LOVE every Nissan Ive ever owned so I cant see myself bringing my vehicle to any other place for exactly the reason that i went there recently to get my oil change. Even on a day where everything seems off and you still have to bring your car or truck to the dealership for whatever reason and then you happen to run into somebody like Carrie E in the service department. She gave me the kind of service that made me feel like I had been goin there for years. More than friendly, more than knowledgeable and extremely helpful but by the time i left there it didn't matter that my day was extremely long and finally winding down but that it ended with someone who doesn't know you to go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with your visit. When I drove on the lot I knew I was at the right dealership. I had a feeling of what I wanted to purchase. However, I wanted something unique and special. I walked the lot and I noticed that no one was hassling me. That was a plus!!!!!!!!! I needed time to feel out what I hoped to see on the lot. As soon as I saw the Nissan Altima in Silver with black and silver rims I said, this is it . As soon as I turned around to go and speak to someone a nice young gentleman came and said, Did you find what you are looking for ! I said, Yes Sir I have ! He introduced himself as Chris Thomas and I introduced myself as Ms. P. White. We talked for a while about the car and then he asked would I like to go on a test drive? I said, Yes and we did. The car was great but the drivers seat was excellent. Upon our return to the dealership we talked numbers and all I can say is Outstanding Work by Mr. Thomas just outstanding. My car is one week old and I am still excited as if I just drove off the lot. I had the best experience I have ever had at ANY dealership I have EVER purchased a vehicle from! I started out renting cars and the rental manager, Alejandra always went above and beyond to satisfy us as customers. My salesman when I was ready to purchase was Mr. Tim Fair who absolutely lives up to his name. He and the financial manager did all they could to get me into a vehicle at an AMAZING interest rate. I have a lifetime warranty on my car that will fix anything on the engine and transmission even after I ve paid the car off. Salute Headquarter Nissan! Originally were looking at Lynch Nissan in Auburn, but I was treated rudely and rushed. I am glad I made my appointment with Ron because he was a great help. He took the time to make sure we knew all of the options available. Super happy, but detailing took a very long time and the car was still dirty with cloudy windows. We had to wash the car again when after we arrived home.
The service for cars is terrible. Whats the point of making an appointment for service when you still have to wait over 2 hours just to get a simple oil change. This has happened on more than one occasion. They need better handle time.
My baby (my car- an Infiniti) broke down and I had her towed to Nissan. I worked with Marq - with a Q, don't forget the Q. He communicated with me frequently to let me know the status of vehicle and updated me when he received from the towing company. I usually just to to Infiniti dealership in Atlanta, and was very nervous to intrust my car to a new person and place. Marq made the transition very easy and should I every have an issue again it is good to know I have local option available to me know. For for you service needs Marq (with the Q) is your guy.
Exceptional sales experience from start to finish! We arrived just as the store opened and started looking at the vehicles on the lot. We were approached by Trovon Johnson who kindly introduced himself. I was up front with him and told him we were not ready to discuss anything with a sales person. He graciously respected our wishes, handed us his card and gave us some time look around on our own. We were considering gently used vehicles and had many cars to explore. Trovon gave us plenty of time and came back to us when he saw that we had zeroed in on a vehicle we liked.
We discussed with him what type of vehicle we were looking for, the options/features we d prefer and the budget we had. While our budget and our needs did not exactly match, he did not scoff nor make any negative remarks. In fact, he understood us and gave us a few options we had not considered - like taking advantage of sales and rebates on a new vehicle. He was not at all pushy. He did not try to up sell us on anything. Other than helping us to consider things we had not thought of, he really let us lead the sales process.
Once we found the vehicle that could possibly meet our requirements, we told Trovon we wanted to talk about figures before we go for a test drive. We did not want to fall in love with a vehicle and then agree on a price with our emotions instead of a level head. He was happy to oblige and spoke to the sales manager, Devon. They both sat with us and listened to what we needed in order to move forward. Trovon and Devon went above and beyond to come back to us with a figure we could all agree upon. After the test drive, we were pleased to give Trovon and Headquarter Nissan our business and purchase a new Nissan Rogue.
The entire staff in the showroom, the business office and the finance office were all so courteous and accommodating. Not once did we feel like we were just another sale. As it was a Saturday and the end of the month, the store was incredibly busy. As TJ was getting our car cleaned up and ready deliver to us, he made sure to repeatedly check in with us while we waited our turn with the finance department. He made us his top priority throughout the entire process.
We were extremely pleased with the entire experience. We would highly recommend doing business with Headquarter Nissan and would be happy to work with them again in the future.

The price I received online was not the price I was charged for service. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes just to use a coupon. I had already waited an hour just for my oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment.

First of all... I would like to say, I've been dealing with Nissan off & on for years. We came to Headquarter of Columbus to service our vehicles... I Love my 2019 Frontier pro 4x truck. I want to reprimand a few team members for a great job . I brought my truck in for service & Tj was our advisor, he understood what we needed done & kelped us informed with the situation. We for a job well done. Also, the Master mechanic Anthony who was very knowledgeable & informative about our vehicle & fixed the problem at hand. last, the salesman James, he gave us a great deal on a 2016 Lexus Es 350. I had a great experience looking for my first new car. I had lots of questions and was a bit anxious. Devon really helped me feel at ease and while we looked around together. I was really thankful to have someone be so patient with me.
I get there a few minutes late to my appointment (0900) due to traffic and wasn't really greeted well at the front. I just assumed it was like everywhere else I had been in Georgia and people were rude here so I wasn't as offended. I told the ladies at the front I had an appointment set and one said she would let the mechanic know I was there. The receptionists were doing something else I guess because they didn't really acknowledge me (one was on her iPhone while I was standing there but it could have been business related, I don't know). The original lady came back and confirmed what I was there for and the appointment I had set up a week prior.
I'm sitting in the waiting room with snacks and water passing the time. I didn't realize how long I had been there until 2.5 hours later and was wondering what was taking so long (tire rotation and oil change). I missed my last two check ups so maybe they found a bigger problem.
By hour 4 I let somebody know how long I had been there and she had a little mini freakout because I had been there for so long.
Turns out THEY HAD NOT EVEN CHECKED MY CAR YET.
The receptionist was supposed to give me paperwork to fill out but never did. However, they confirmed why I was there as well as who I was when I arrived; I don't know how that got messed up.
One of the managers came out and personally apologized to me for the issue and gave me a free oil change as well as a 10% discount to a couple of other replacement parts I wanted to get. I'm not one to try to milk the disgruntled customer card because I'm not an A-hole but it was ridiculous. I worked a customer service job so I know it would be wrong to yell at the manager when it clearly wasn't her fault.
They charge a lot for labor but I'm a new car owner so I don't know how much I should have to pay for labor.
The best part was when I was reading the Nissan customer service expectations, the first one was: "We Will Respect Your Time." I really do love irony.
Crap happens; It just happened to be my turn on a beautiful Saturday morning wasted. I left there at 1450 which puts my total time there at a little over 5.5 hours.
My sales person was Daryl B. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I was able to test drive two different models. I ended up buying the Altima SV. I like the vehicle very much, have enjoyed driving it. Daryl explained everything and answered all my questions . I was also very impressed with the amount of inventory. Mr. Byrd worked with me. He is definitely one of the best salesmen I ve ever worked with.

It was decent... just felt like it was an early morning so no one was in the mood to talk. When I got My Receipt I had to ask the rep questions about the report on my Vehicle instead of that person telling me as soon as I was ready to pay. Nissan isn t a bad dealership it s just that customer service isn t everyone s forte . The reps that answered the phone to make an appointment with sounded annoyed and didn t sound like they don t like there job. Better customer service can help the experience. Without customers there will not be a business. So take consideration with customers. I have been a loyal customer for years. Don t run away your customers with bad customer service.
