I had a truly great experience at the service department. Way to go Headquarter Nissan....finally a service provider that had the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. A service provider who cared for me as a customer and went out of HIS way to make sure my customer experience was top notch. I have been a loyal customer for years but prior to this visit, I always felt like a number, just a quota to be met. THANK YOU Chris for going above and beyond for me personally. I hope you will be there at my next servicing. Usually it's a new crew to meet and greet me at every oil change. Let's break that cycle, I want to see Chris at the next 5,000 mile servicing.
