I took my car in to get a recall after one of the service tech stopped playing laughing and talking to the female serivce techs he came over to me he asked my name and what seem to be the problem this morning I explained to him I had an appointment and I also wanted to get a part on the car looked at because of malfunctioning as I explained I had an extended warranty on the car but it was on my email the service tech told me he wasn't sure what it cover and to give him a minute he returns with a supervisor who then says he needed to check the part out and that diagnosis would be 110 and if I would get it fixed with them those fees would be included with the actual maintenance fees I explained to him that one of the service techs previously spoke to me last year about the issue and they called the warranty then told me it was covered while cutting me off when I explained the visit to Nissan on last year about the issue (which actually was a great visit) we both started getting aggravated after a bit of back and forth that could have been avoided by just saying well ma'am I can call your extended insurance company and get this information and let you know if this particular part still is covered or something of the sort would you give me a few minutes to do so he was rude and so was I I asked for a someone over him and he lied and told me there wasn't anyone (I hate disloyalty) after telling him I'd pull up and call the corporate number a new guy came out and was even ruder instead of apologies for his rude staff he talks over me as well then tells me what he was going do so I told him good bye and left I would never leave my car with anyone ion trust many people love there cars dogs etc and I am the same with my vehicle I require total trust with my vehicle instead of them taking the few extra sec. to verify the information and tell me an accurate prices and assist me they where rushing because they had so many cars coming in behind me (Did I say I had an appointment I cleared my schedule for to get this situation handled if not I did) at one time QUANTITY OVER QUALITY for them I guess in 2016 I had absolutely great service from them but this time they acted as though I was wasting there time Or something I made an appointment took 20-30 mins out of my time to make it and I was actually in a great mood at the time of entering ion get upset really so I still was happy after leaving I just wish people would leave there rudeness in there offices #BUTGOD
