I am sorry to say that I was LESS than impressed with the service we received from this place the past 2 days. After waiting for more than 24 hours to hear what could even be wrong with the car, the prices they gave us for the work that needed to be done was outrageous. Twice as much as a place such as Firestone. Then we were charged TOO much just for them to check the vehicle. I am sorry to say that we will not be using nor will we be referring others to the service department. I usually trust dealerships but in this case I feel like we were taken advantage of.

I just bought a brand new car from Nissan, and their customer service far exceeded my expectations! My salesman was the wonderful Chris Thomas. He was able to pick out a car that was exactly what I wanted while being within my budget. He was friendly throughout the entire process and very courteous, engaging in small talk, actively listening and offering refreshments. I also got the pleasure of speaking with the general sales manager, James Stallworth. He ensured I was satisfied several times throughout the entire experience, and was a very friendly and helpful guy.
I had an amazing experience with the finance manager, Mallike Caesar. He was very fun to speak with while also being very knowledgeable of the ins and outs of the contract. He explained each part of my contract in depth, and he readily answered any questions I had pertaining to my vehicle and finances. He provided spectacular customer service!
I really appreciated the opportunity of working with these three gentlemen today. I was greeted with a smile, and I feel like I was treated like family. I am beyond satisfied with my experience, and I would DEFINITELY recommend buying a vehicle through Nissan of Columbus!! Ask for Chris and Mallike!

James in the service dept kept me informed about my car. he made sure I had a way to work. also Anthony took the time to ride with me so that he could here the sound coming from my car and he fixed it for me..they made sure I had a loaner car when I had to leave my care over night and called me as soon as it was ready....those two men took very good care of me and my car....

I went to get my car engines fixed and I had a good experience. Very attentive staff and they looked out for my best interest. Very unusual when you go to dealerships. They had my car ready in one day. My service guy was TJ. He was great and the shuttle driver who took me home after I dropped my car off was Bishop and he was great as well. Both workers showed me top quality service.

Regarding the service department: Awful customer service. There is only 1 lady that ends up helping me every single time. Every one else literally walks right past me like they don't see me sitting in my car waiting to be helped. And this is after I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FOR A CERTAIN TIME. Talked to the manager and I feel like my complaint went in one ear and out the other. If my car wasn't under warranty I WOULD NOT COME HERE.

The service department does a great job! They listen to what you are experiencing, they explain what they have done and wait for any questions. The staff is friendly and professional. And the shuttle service is so nice when you know things will take a long time! They are being very careful during this time of self distancing, which is wonderful!

Our salesperson, Shawn, was terrific. He allowed us to test drive several different cars so we could decide which one best suited our needs and budget. It was 90 plus degrees the first day and pouring buckets the second time. He never complained or even showed the slighted hint of aggravation while we tried to decide. We ultimately decided to go with a 2013 Pathfinder Platinum and we couldn't be more pleased with it. Thank you Shawn for all your help!

On December 3rd, I had a fuel assembly replaced on my 2005 Titan due to the gas gauge showing full all of the time. On December 31st, my gauge suddenly showed totally empty with the low fuel light showing. I knew that there was fuel in the tank but filled it with 20 gallons anyway, the gauge stll pegged at empty with the low fuel light showing. I immediately drove to Headquarters Nissan. When I described what had occurred, the tech advisor TJ was extremelyt rude. He questioned me in such a way as to not try to diagnose the problem, but had the attitude that I did not know what I was talking about. In fact he insisted in going out to the truck to "see for himself". Additionally, when I expressed frustration about having just had this fixed, he had a flippant attitude and was not concerned about the problem not having my vehicle and making the necessary arrangement was going to cause. He finally told me to bring it in on January 2nd. I brought the truck in at 7:15 on that day. TJ was not there so I was helped by the Assistant Service manager who was extremely polite and helpful. I was very impressed by him. By 2:00 the afternoon I had not had any communication about the status of my truck so I called and asked for TJ. I was told that he was at lunch and the would leave him a message to call my back. By 4:00 I had heard nothing once again. I called back but was not able to get anyone to answer the phone for 30 minutes. Finally, I called and spoke to the operator who finally connected me with the service department. Once again TJ was not available. He finally called me back about an hour later only to tell me he would have to call me back once he found out what was going on. I finally learned that a new part would have to be ordered and it would be the next day. I fully understand that mechanical issues happen, but the lack of concern empathy, and communcation that I experienced by TJ is unacceptable in my mind for a service advisor and how he interacts with customers. I finally got a call the next day that my truck was available. Luckily, again TJ was not available and I was helped by the Assistant Service manager who again was personable and professional. If I need warranty service again, I will only go back to Headquarters as long as I do not have to deal with TJ

David Walters was the Best! From the moment my husband & I pulled into the lot was an experience like no other, there were no "shark salesmen" swimming to come get you the moment you hit the lot, I was able to look on the lot in peace and able to make up my mind without having someone hovering over me. I could browse and see the features, options and price of the vehicles without feeling pressured to decide on a dime. Then the moment I walked into the dealership and let someone know I wanted to test drive a vehicle salesman David Walters was there the whole step of the way. He was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicles they had to offer which impressed me beyond believe since I had learned more on the internet than from several other dealerships over the last few days. David went over every inch of the vehicle and features with us like a scholar. He was straight forward and for a car salesman is considered a rarity. We got into the vehicle that offered Everything I was looking for with the price and payments I was looking for with NO money down which was an added bonus!! I love this dealership the Whole experience was wonderful!! Thanks David you have made the Mitchum family a Nissan Family :)

I recently purchased a used 2005 Nissan Frontier. Doug Montgomery was an excellent salesperson. He was patient in finding me the right truck for our daughter and not trying to talk us into something out of our budget or something we really didn't want.

Frankie Elliston made the buying process easy and fair. I think both the buyer and seller came away happy with the deal. That's the way it should be.

Overall, excellent experience. I would definitely purchase from them again.

I recently brought a New 2015 Nissan Titan from Mike Jones at Headquarter Nissan!!! I love my new Truck!!! Mike was so polite to work with and got the best trade in value for my older truck! He showed me all the features of the vehicle, and took the time to show me how to use each one. He answered any questions I had. When I forgot how to use one of the features on the truck I called him up and he was able to walk me through it over the phone. I would definitely recommend using Mike Jones at Headquarter Nissan!!!

Employees are out of this world great. Customer service is 5-stars but there seems to be a disconnect with legit appointments and walk-ins and the way the work is handed to the technicians. I spent over 6-hours there and I had a 0945 appointment and left close to 4:00 pm. And I have to return because the parts weren't on hand. According to the technician, it'll take around 2 - 3 hours to complete the work one the parts arrive. Not looking forward to it. Their saving grace is the customer service...good thing.

My husband and I first stopped by in November of last year just to look at the selection of cars. It was close to Christmas, but we spoke with Kenny Stelting and told him we would be back at the beginning of the year. Kenny kept in touch with us during that time to let us know that he was there to help us when we were ready. Last night, we bought a 2012 Nissan Versa from our friend Kenny. He was helpful and answered all of our questions, as well as got the price down to what we were looking for. It was late when we finished last night, so Kenny asked me to come back by today just so he could make sure the car was checked out thoroughly, which is something he did not have to do. I LOVE my new Nissan and I am so glad that Kenny helped us get it. His customer service was excellent and he is a real asset to Headquarters Nissan. Thank you Kenny Stelting!

The process was a bit long but at the ends my sales person, Mr. Nate and General Manager, Mr. Jackson, were very helpful and understanding. I purchased a 2010 Altima at another dealership last October. I have had all regular service with Nissan. I have taken my car in for a/c problems 7 times. I have had 2 loaner vehicles for a grand total of 8 days. My car was under warranty. I am on a first name basis with at least 5 people in service, yet the a/c is still on the blitz. I will be picking my car up this afternoon for yet another repair. Unfortunately they can't get the a/c to act up on them except once.

Frankie is such a people person! He builds relationships and makes Nissan feel like family . No pressure, took his time, answered questions and even allowed me to take a car home so I could further checkout the headlights. I have a 2011 Rogue and felt comfortable in this newer model.

Brought my daughters vehicle in for a full detailing $161, the car was recently cleaned at a local car wash so it was not in bad shape, the center console was half heartedly wiped down, still had a splash spot from a soft drink that had dried. Behind the gearshift was dirty and not wiped. The floor mats were not washed and still had road salts in the threads. Seats were not wiped thoroughly. Door jams and lower door was still dirty. I didn t look under the hatch for further missed areas. I will be returning this weekend to have the vehicle issues taken care of.

Entered the Service Department with a lot of maintenance questions. My purpose for the visit was maintenance oil and filter change. However, questions referred to (1) wipers replacement (2) tires and tire pressures (3) radio operations. Bernadette answered each question and gave true and simple explanations. She also explained what I can expect during and after my next service. She also gave me the time that I would have to wait for completion of the current visit.

I took my car in for a "Mini-Detail" and pretty much paid $50 just for them to vacuum my car and make the tires shiny. The door jams and insides of my door were still left dirty my trunk wasn't even vacuumed out. My car looked exactly the same as I had dropped it off. I'm not one to complain at all ever but this really upset me when I was expecting my car to be cleaned.

Headquarter Nissan goes out of it's way to help veterans. I am a 22 year veteran of the Army. I am used to the types of car dealerships that spring up around military bases with the sole purpose of taking advantage of service members. That is not the case here. Jeff Bell and all the staff at Headquarter Nissan made it clear that they were willing to do everything possible to make my car buying experience positive. The free oil changes for the life of your vehicle is what brought me in to look. It was the was friendly and helpful staff that convinced me that this was a good place to do business. I was upside down on a used BMW that I got ripped off on at another local dealership. Jeff Bell and the guys in the finance department were able to help me to trade in for a brand Nissan Juke and I absolutely love it.

Car with 56,000 thousand miles on it air compresso...

Car with 56,000 thousand miles on it air compressor going out. When I took it in they told me it was a leak in my air conditioner hose and paid to have that fixed and it did not fix issue. After paying 500.00 for an something that didn't fix the issue and then asking me to pay another 1,200 for an air compressor that is clearly still running. I feel like a proper diagnosis was not done on my car to find the route cause now you asking the customer to keep paying 500 plus repair bills until your staff gets it right during a pandemic. Poor customer service, bad business, I have owned three Nissians and I have never had such a poor customer experience. I do not recommend you do business with this Nissian dealership

Update: If you ever run into components running out very early in the ownership of your car please contact Nissian of North America and fill a complaint. That help me in this situation.

It first started out not so good. I was very unhappy with my sales rep. The sales manager called me and set me up with a another salesman named Steve Riley. He was fantastic! Bent over backwards to make sure we were pleased and got us in a new car driving off the lot that night. I'm very glad that I gave them a second chance. I almost went to another dealership because of the first rep. If you are looking for a car, ask for Steve!
