Poor, It was my 2nd time and sad to say I will be taking my vehicle else where for service from now on ! I am a disabled , 58 year old woman, native american . Maybe I'm wrong, but , 'Will' my service technician, made me feel like I was beneath him, stupid,& didn't listen to me. I think I deserve a Little respect! I think I have earned it!!!
