The technician lost the keys to the we were trying to purchase. No one from management came to apologize for the delay. Wanting us to pay to replace the automatic door opener. Salesman nice but the overall initial customer service was terrible.

Gm (a green relative - Ashley) talked to me about the key and replacement opener. After Ashley's involvement, the key and automatic door opener was found. Great that Ashley was able to get people motivated to locate the missing items, I wish that it would not have had to happen. Everything ended fine, but a tough first car buying experience for my son. He does love the car..........
