I had a scheduled appointment at 10 am to look at a few lights that had come on in my vehicle. When I dropped my vehicle off at 9:45 am for a 10 am appointment they informed me it would be 2-3 hours before my car is finished due to be upcoming lunch hour. 2:30 pm had rolled around and I had not heard anything about my vehicle so I gave them a call. After being on hold for 10 minutes while the gentleman who answered the phone looked for the technician who was working with my car which he could not be found and I was told they would call me back. 15 minutes later I finally hear back and they tell me they just looked at my car (keep in mind it is almost 3 pm and I had a 10 am appointment) and it might be a wiring issue so they need more time to look at it and asked if they could keep it overnight. I was unsure at the time if I would have a ride home from work and a ride back into work in the morning so I told them I would have to call them back and let them know. No more than 5 minutes passed before I was able to return their call, the technician did not answer my return call so I left a voicemail around 3:05 pm. No return call from him so I called back at 4 pm, no answer, voicemail left, finally called back the last time at 5:30 pm, 30 minutes before they close, to find out he had left for the day, without calling me back with a status of my vehicle and not knowing if I was coming to get it that night or the next day. Long story short, customer service is not their strong point. To get something done or an answer with the service department you have to ask for the manager. It was a very negative experience for me and I didn t receive my car back until 3 pm the following day.
