My husband and I took our vehicle in after hitting a deer. Damage on the drivers side front. We were told it would be done within the week. A week went by, no word. We called and they said who told you it would be done in the week? We had to order parts and they are on back order. We will call with an update. A week went by, no call and no update. We called again, and they gave us the run around with no awnsers. After a month of back and forth, having only one car for our family, and absolutely no follow up on their end throughout the entire process, we finally go to pick up the car. Little to our surprise, the car wasn t completed. They tried to pass off the car to us with the hood still damaged and the driver side mirror not working. Needless to say, we took the car with the plan to take it elsewhere. Now, after trying to take it somewhere else to complete the work they didn t do, our insurance is STILL waiting on receiving a bill from finish line. Without the bill of services, we cannot get the car fixed at a different location and have insurance cover the expenses. We ve been waiting on a bill for over a week and NO response from Finish Line The service here is absolutely horrible and the communication was non existent from their body shop. They've treated us horribly and we would never consider taking another vehicle to them again.
