Very careless. I waited two weeks for a product that appeared in stock online when I ordered it. After long waits of 1 hour on the phone, their answer was "we don't know if we have stock or not, our suppliers don't answer. We may or may not have it". They told me that for the warranty they would send the phone to a service return. I do not know what this is, but the phone has never been exposed to water, the malfunction happened when I was at work. I pulled the phone out of my pocket and found it was completely stopped and I could not start it. I have more witnesses than that happened. I think this procedure is a lie meant to avoid granting the guarantee. Later I found out that this phone model has problems with the motherboard and it turned out that the problem is a design, LG engaging under pressure from customers to resolve whenever the malfunction occurs. If there was no question about the status of the phone that is "produced by the Emirates" I may have benefited from these provisions. So I came to think that this company has a policy of scamming the customer. Although I was an old customer, I deleted my account and I do not want to hear from them again.

I gave a star to the customer service department, which seems to have lost its employees, otherwise I can't explain how no one can take my call for a week. Ordered phone - received phone with charger for US outlet, no adapter for Europe in box, no menu with Romanian language included and without being fully compatible with 4G networks in Romania. Customer support is zero, it takes at least 1 business day to respond to an email about a product in service. Phones intended for the Asian market (at least mine had the first menu language in Chinese) with almost nonexistent warranty and without informing customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I tried to buy a product on 10 Sept. - I paid immediately and I waited for delivery details at 3 hours I receive the first mail as my order was picked up, after 5 business days on Sept 15, I contact evoMag for more details about my order, which I confirm is and will be delivered in the next week because the waiting time is 11 days. I do not recommend buying from Evomag. I will argue:
