Mess! I ordered a stepper, the figure is in stock, I waited a week for it, I don't answer the mail, it's impossible to find them on the phone, you keep hearing "six, five, seven and six again ..." and after 30 minutes, you learn the numbers in English, you get bored waiting and wasting your time, you hang up the phone and as they say, you leave them at their mercy! I'm sorry I didn't read the reviews before ordering. I could find the same product on emag and there I knew clearly that it was delivered on time! I read after, in the reviews that they are good at apologies but not good at logistics and honored orders.
So again, a mess!
