Does not respect the warranty conditions. I do not...

Does not respect the warranty conditions. I do not respond to Email. I bought a LG G4 phone that broke down in my warranty and when I turned to the LG service, I received the answer: "Product of the Emirates. It does not fix it." Very dubious. I will never buy anything from this company. I come back and complete this review. After the LG service response, I addressed myself to the seller, EvoMag. They told me that for the warranty they would send the phone to a service return. A courier came in, picked up the phone and in a few days I got the answer that the phone lost its warranty because it has the Moisture Sensor activated. I do not know what this is, but the phone has never been exposed to water, the malfunction happened when I was at work. I pulled the phone out of my pocket and found it was completely stopped and I could not start it. I have more witnesses than that happened. I think this procedure is a lie meant to avoid granting the guarantee. Later I found out that this phone model has problems with the motherboard and it turned out that the problem is a design, LG engaging under pressure from customers to resolve whenever the malfunction occurs. If there was no question about the status of the phone that is "produced by the Emirates" I may have benefited from these provisions. So I came to think that this company has a policy of scamming the customer. Although I was an old customer, I deleted my account and I do not want to hear from them again.
