Do not order from evoMag! - "Choose, order online, we deliver or do not deliver, not at all simple and very uncomfortable!"
This company's motto is "Come on, Come on!" Simple and Comfortable! I tried to buy a product on 10 Sept. - I paid immediately and I waited for delivery details at 3 hours I receive the first mail as my order was picked up, after 5 business days on Sept 15, I contact evoMag for more details about my order, which I confirm is and will be delivered in the next week because the waiting time is 11 days. I understand this update in quotes about my order status. Just on Sept. 17, receive an email notification with clear information "Order # xxxxxxx." The ordered product is not available, we sent the mail (SPAM folder) with the alternative (s), and I'm waiting for your reply. The next mail informs: Hello,
The ordered product can no longer be supplied.

I received no reason for this decision except "The ordered product is not available." - "can no longer be supplied". I did not get any excuse for the inconvenience, and they did not even realize that although they took the order the same day, they were conspicuous after a week to let me know that the product was never in their offer. They could check the next day with the suppliers and get the same decision and yet it would not have been a problem, I would have understood 24h reasonable, but keeping the money a week I can not find the same product available in other stores is inadmissible , waste of time and money on my account !. I was not even noticed that although the inferior recommended products, in which case I would opt for one of them, I would get a return of the price difference. Not to mention that in the mail in which the store sends notice of receipt the order comes with the title of the sales agent XZ took the order and then in the delivery denial mail the same agent is signed with Sales manager wishes "An excellent day" because I do not want still deliver the ordered product, that I can not buy it. At the very least, we have the decency to look at what we are editing from the preset emails sent to our clients.

I responded to their notification of alternatives in which they can counter offer the missing product in the offer - which they currently have on sale with supplier stock - with a similar or better product.
