Ordered phone - received phone with charger for US...

Ordered phone - received phone with charger for US outlet, no adapter for Europe in box, no menu with Romanian language included and without being fully compatible with 4G networks in Romania. Customer support is zero, it takes at least 1 business day to respond to an email about a product in service. Phones intended for the Asian market (at least mine had the first menu language in Chinese) with almost nonexistent warranty and without informing customers.
