The nasty thing is that if you choose to pick up the products from the showroom, you lose the right to return the product in case it doesn't work properly. The two watches I bought were an Amazfit T-rex (a 10 note watch) and an Amazfit gts (for my wife), after about 8 days I came back with that Amazfit gts because I realized that it did not records sleep parameters properly (I noticed this when I gave my wife the T-rex and then I saw the difference), my desire was to return the clock because it does not work in normal parameters, the explanation of those who deal with The return was that "the product cannot be returned because I could try it there in the showroom when I picked it up" meaning I had to sleep there for about 2-3 days to see if it works properly. After several discussions I handed over the watch to be sent to the service (knowing in myself that they have nothing to do with them) waiting for the 15 days to pass and to take my money back. The 15 days have passed, no one has contacted me. After another two days I decide to go there to see what it is about and to receive the answer that I have to wait a few more days for the answer to come from the service (Evomag being legally obliged to offer me an option after 15 days, replacing product or money back). Now almost 10 days after the expiration of the 15 days, I did not receive my money back on that watch.

However, I have noticed a constant of the last years: the desire to be little different from the rest of the online stores through constantly improved feedback regarding everything that happens with an order, both by email and SMS. It is among the few stores that offer details with names and surnames about the person in charge of an order, and this means something rare nowadays: taking responsibility.
When lifting products from the showroom, as well, the desire to streamline the activity and to shorten the time required to pick up the products. In a word, respect for the customer. Real respect, not the simple politeness behind which you feel the contempt specific to the big online stores that treat you from above and your customers and partners.
If I find competitive prices and the trend I noticed will continue, it will certainly increase the frequency with which I will buy from this store.

I did not give five stars because of the very long times, although they were within the legal deadlines, the times were forced to the maximum, anyway it is for me a unique experience for Romania.

I sent a Garmin Fenix 3 watch for service on 10.07.2018, on 11.07 2018 it was handed over to Evomag according to AWB. You order a product that appears in the supplier's stock (online stock), you wait 7 days of common sense (because you are told that it takes 3-5 working days), you give an email to ask what is happening, after which you receive an answer like "ok, we'll contact the supplier". And of course the next day they told me that the product was not actually in stock. After I canceled the order, I received my money only after 4 days. For such cases, an effort can be made to speed up the return of the money.

Didn't you have to contact the supplier right away? If your site is not able to automatically subtract -1 from the number of pieces available (how it works on PcGarage / eMag), then get personally involved to make sure that no such situations can happen.

It's hard for me to give a star after the experience I had with evomag. I took an xiaomi365 electric scooter in February, in May the first problem appeared on the control panel which was solved. In September the problem returned, but this time the warranty only covered the repair for a fee (380 lei). The reason was that water entered, excluded, the scooter had no contact with water although in the description scooters say, water resistance. I refused to pay this amount, which is why the scooter was sent back to me by the courier I paid. In conclusion, I can only say that you must avoid evomag not to suffer what I suffered and I hope that one day the authorities will do their job. I will file a complaint because I feel cheated by being evomag.
