to tell you briefly my experience, I bought a refurbished laptop, I opted for pickup, I paid it at home, I signed the invoice, I waited and received the product, I went to the test bench, I opened the package and I checked the product, on the back of the laptop a cover behind which should be a small filter that protects the cooler, I removed the cover and what to see, a small dust coat on the radiator, missing filter, I went to service and return for to write on the invoice this aspect, the surprise, the answer of the lady from the return, I quote: "well you didn't sign the receipt on the invoice ?, what do you expect from a refurbished product, that's how these are used, it's normal" I ordered the return of the product
