Edencrest Review

Well we stayed with Eden Crest Dec 23,2020. This was my three kids their kids and their kids (14) people. Dec. 24th we lost all power to this cabin due to a snow storm. We had no heat the only way we could get hot food is they did have a gas grill. On Christmas Day I call Eden Crest and asked if they had an update. I asked if they had heaters so we could keep warm at 19 degrees out side. We could see our breath inside the cabin. The lady told me when I call I can t help you with electricity and I can t help you with heat We stayed that night. Oh the road to the cabin was a sheet of ice. We got up Saturday morning say we re leaving I had enough. The road was so bad we ended up in a four car accident. Couldn t get out to 911 so again I call Eden Crest for help the lady said oh it s not 9:00 yet I can t call. I m like WHAT!!!!
It wasn t long after I called a truck full of salt and chains on the tires came up the hill drove right by us. They probably wasn t from Eden Crest but the point is they could have done something.
These people only care about your money after they get that your on your own. Believe me my husband and I paid for four nights for everyone. Almost 4000.00$ . We didn t get no money back. Oh what they did do is gave us one night free but we had to pay for a night. What a smack in the face. Very very disappointed in this company. Will never go to the mountains again for Christmas. Not a good experience at all.

We stayed at Hugs 'n' Kisses in Gatlinburg April 2019 and LOVED it. The cabin was clean and well equipped. Eden Crest was quick to respond with our questions and they were very courteous. We are definitely renting from them again!

The rental was absolutely beautiful! It was just the right amount of space for our family of eight. Everything was clean and orderly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay (4 nights) and look forward to coming back soon!

My party booked several months ago in anticipation of nice quality time . 2 rooms didnt have electricity and the TVs did not work. So after moving into our cabin and getting unpacked, we had to move to another cabin in the middle of the night. Guess what.. a few of their tvs did not work either but maintenance did come and fix it. A day later they made us move back to the other cabin. we moved 3 times in a 4 day trip. They acted like they were being kind by offering my party of 12.... 4 free tickets to an attraction when it's on the site that xplorie is offering that anywa . We will NEVER BOOK with them again. I just so happen to be a travel agent so none of my clients will be coming here. TRIP FROM HELL. Once we were moved back into the original cabin..the issues were fixed for 40 min and back out. 2 rooms could not watch tv and slept hot due to not having power and not being able to turn on the ceiling fan. Those 2 rooms did not have windows to let up. The tickets they offered were never used due to it being 12 in our party. Like I said...trip from hell

Love the Eden Crest app. It makes check in a breeze. Cabins are always clean and beautiful. Great location to all the attractions.

We've rented a cabin from Edencrest several times over the past couple of years. Never the same cabin twice, but always in the same location of theirs. We absolutely love these cabin rentals! The location is perfect for us in that it is close enough to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge to make doing the tourist thing simple and easy yet they are far enough away and secluded enough that you can easily unwind and get that 'remote cabin in the mountains' feel. The cabins are always super clean, well decorated, and have more amenities than you can shake a stick at. We usually stock up on groceries from the local Kroger first thing, and then make full of use the kitchen the rest of our stay. When we're not in the hot tub, or playing billiards in the cabin, we're out walking around the mountain enjoying the air and scenery. We try to make it to the area for a yearly spring vacation and will continue to do so for many years to come and all our stays with be with Eden Crest.

It was perfect. I had a stroke a couple months before this trip. We took a family vacation.

I stayed at Smoky View with a Twist from 7/14 to 7/21.

Cons:
1. The owners sold the cabin and/or changed rental companies between the time when I made the reservation with Eden Crest and the time of my stay. This made things a bit confusing during check in, because everything had to be forwarded from the new rental company to Eden Crest to me.
2. This is a 5 bedroom cabin that easily sleeps 14. However, there is only an 80 gallon water heater. A cabin this size needs an on-demand tankless water heater. We took a lot of cold showers. It would have been really bad in the winter.
3. The driveway is really steep. We had to back up the drive to park. Would not want to try to stay here in the winter. Also wouldn t want to show up the first time in the dark or during a storm. I never would have figured out how to park.
4. One of the shower heads was almost completely clogged. Luckily, I had some pliers in my truck. I was able to remove the head, soak it over night, and scrub it clean. Whoever gets this bathroom next can thank me for a comfortable shower. Before I did this, the water was like laser beams!
5. The cleaning crew was way behind. We were told we could check in between 3 and 4. I got a text at 4 saying it was ready for check in. The cleaning crew, however, wasn t finished until closer to 5.

Note: NONE of these cons have anything to do with Eden Crest. They are for the cabin.

Pros:
1. I cannot stress this enough: We have been staying in Pigeon Forge for a long time, and this is by far the most beautiful view we have ever had. Amazing! Fireworks show from Dollywood every night. Gorgeous!
2. The folks at Eden Crest bent over backward to keep in touch with me until they knew we were checked in okay. They had a situation that was out of their control and they made the most of it.
3. Our kids loved the game room with the bunk beds. That kind of stuff is what thrills the kids from 3 different families that only get to stay together once a year.
4. You are right across the road from the Dollywood/Splash entrance. Very convenient!
5. You can only see one other cabin from this cabin - privacy is nice.
6. The WiFi, TV, etc. all worked well.
7. Comfortable parking for 4 vehicles.
8. Did I mention the view? I want to go back already.

Horrible, horrible service. They literally left us stranded. Water sprinklers stopped working, and they would not send anyone to repair them. Just said get out. We had been drinking all day and they could care less. They just kept repeating that we had to get out. This made us really upset because we had no idea where we could go - all hotels accepting pets were sold out!! We thought we would have to sleep in our cars in the rain. It was horrible. As you might imagine it isn t easy to find another place to stay on a Friday night in Gatlinburg in the Fall. Additionally, they said they were going to call us back so we thought we were waiting to hear whether or not they were truly kicking us out due to the sprinklers not working, and the next thing we know there s police at the door saying they had told them we refused to leave!!!! They finally found a place for us after being pressured to do so (perhaps by the police, who felt very sorry for us), but the place they sent us was disgusting. They also promised us a full refund and then refused to honor it. We are in the process of filing complaints now. Truly the worst vacation experience I have EVER had. I am sure they will write a snarky reply but having dealt with them myself now, I promise you their responses are bologna.

We have stayed for the past two years at the Black Bear Hide-a-way and loved the cabin. Very roomy and clean. This past year we had a couple issues 1. the animals getting into the garbage 2. The coffee pot was broken prior to arriving. We called Eden Crest and they arrived that same day with a new coffee pot and emptied the over-flowing garbage cans.

We have stayed with Eden Crest on several vacations. I would highly recommend this rental company because the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We wanted to stay an extra day on our last vacation and they graciously accommodated our stay. I will definitely be staying with them again.

Absolutely amazing! My husband and I had the opportunity to stay in one of Eden Crest's 5 bedroom cabins with family in the mountains of Pigeon Forge. This was my husbands and mine first stay here. We were astounded by the cabin itself and views! The property was very clean and safe. The staff were very professional and easy to deal with. Thanks for the wonderful memories. Looking forward to many more in the future.

I LOVE Eden Crest! We've stayed twice this year in different cabins that were both beautiful! At our last stay we booked a show through them as well and got the best seats at the show. We will continue using Eden Crest for all of our future stays.

Our family loved our stay at Smokey Mountain Getaway managed by Eden Crest rentals! We're booking for a longer stay in June!

We went in August of 2018 stayed in a 25 person cabin for 4 days and the experience was awesome! From reserving the house and the dates to checking in and checking out. Eden crest rentals was such a good experience! The house we stayed in was amazing and in good condition. Would definitely recommend people using Eden crest and me and my family plan on using them again summer 2019!!

We had a Great stay at Eden Crest Snow Bear Cabin! The accomadations were great and just what we needed!

Had to cancel due to the covid-19 which is an "act of god" and can't get any refund! $850 gone! Made a reservation before the stay at home orders happened. Haven't been able to work so I've depleted my savings. Look up the company on BBB. Several complaints and unaccredited!! Wish I would have before all this

Really enjoyed our stay, very kid friendly but property was a little dated. Overall would recommend.

We love traveling to Tennessee and always do with EDEN CREST but this last trip we were a little disappointed with the cleanliness because the carpets very dirty and stained escarelas, also windows and furniture of aireacondicionado very sucias.los faith kitchen cabinets outside and badly damaged already. otherwise very good very broad all, good place, easy to reach and very good vista.otra tv thingy some controls funcionanan maybe not worn the naterias as salin of 3 jyegos and fourth floor. but had a good time although we were not offered good atention of Sarah, service client of you office,when asked qwuedarno one more night at least at a low cost for the inconvenience we had said we could have ficho before and again llumpia, somewhat uncomfortable for us that we will vacasionar, have to have people lumpiando better as they should have done before ... thanks ...

My family has vacationed with Eden Crest for the past several years.
We have stayed in the same cabin for the past 4 years and plan on doing
so again this year. We have always had good experiences with Eden Crest. The cabins are spotless, the employees are friendly and courteous, and the rates are comparable to other agencies. I would
recommend Eden Crest to anyone.

Let me tell you about my experience with Eden Crest Vacation Rentals, Inc. via Vrbo.

We chose this cabin through VRBO because they accepted dogs.

We arrived shortly after check in, the house was easy to find. It was really close to another rental full of college kids, with at least 12 cars outside, they told the young teenage girls with us that they were gonna party loud, and to call them not the cops if we were bothered.
The house was nice, albeit very muddy right in front of the stairs to get inside, and there was no mat inside to store shoes on, so we had to use a towel to prevent mud from getting tracked everywhere. The house was cold, and we set the temperature at 72, which made the upstairs unbearably hot, and the downstairs manageable. We couldn't figure out the fireplace, and ended up calling to get it looked at the next day (the pilot light went out, and the nice worker got it lit) but it blew out about 30 minutes later, and we didn't want to deal with it again, but would have been nice to help heat the main floor which was cold all weekend. It wasn't exactly "rental" clean when we arrived, which during a pandemic was truly worrisome, especially with zero cleaning products provided.

It snowed and they do not plow/scrape the roads which are super steep, but luckily there was no one coming in behind us so we didn't have to rush out the door and could wait for the hill to melt.

The hot tub was small, basically a 2 person unit, and the water was cloudy but smelled ok, there was no place to hang towels or clothes near it, which would have been nice. We did see lots of trash on the hill right next to the hot tub, which was unsightly.

Before cooking food I had to clean some pans as they were put away dirty, and did so with the utensils we used just in case, which was hard to do without a scrubber/sponge. The kitchen also didnt have a single decent knife, it took forever to cut chicken. We cleaned up the best we could with only 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 trash bag and no laundry detergent or cleaning supplies besides a roll of paper towels that would fall apart once taken off the roll.

YESTERDAY, 2 days after our check out, we got a call and were told we would be charged an extra $250 for "excessive pet hair and pee on a bed", even though we already paid extra for pet cleaning, and had no way to clean the fur stuff up ourselves. And, no one peed on any bed...

The pictures sent do not show pee on a bed, nor excessive hair. What they do show are muddy towels from us cleaning up muddy feet/shoes constantly because the front stairs go right into mud. I refused to pay $250 extra for a handful of dog hair on a bed spread. The photos that were sent were taken against a concrete floor (not the flooring in our cabin) and sent two days after our check out.
No one has responded to my texts, calls, or e mails. And this morning Eden Crest debited me $125 without any further contact or explanation.

Easy check in. Clean. Secure. Always a great time with an amazing view.

our family stayed in morning glory.... Great house with great views, however our family will never book again with eden crest rentals... They made our rental process and stay extremely unpleasant. Eden Crest has some staff who are very rude and are unwilling to help out their customers. Most importantly they did not offer our family a discount that was advertised on their own website. THey ended up charging our card additionally for nights that were supposed to be free as advertised on their website. "Morning Glory" was a great house, but Eden Crest needs more structure and needs to work on their customer service and they need to uphold their commitment and fulfillment of the special discounts that they offer on their website.

My wife and I along with my mother-in-law stayed at Bear Heaven for 4 days in April. Upon arrival the cabin was extremely clean and smelled wonderful inside! The cabin had everything we needed for our stay, and the weather was still chilly so we made use of the gas fireplace and the hot tub. We loved the location of the cabin, which was quiet and private but within a 10 minute drive to the heart of Pigeon Forge. The folks at Eden Crest were super nice and helpful and we will definitely use them again in the future, along with recommendations to all our friends and family.

Stay was great! However, the garbage was full and we had to leave the last day of trash in the neighbors can or in the house. The washer was broken. Don't like the drive to get there. Roads are way too small for vehicles to safely pass each other. The house was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stat.

The Poolish Behavior property certainly does not live up to the pictures shown on-line. The property is definitely dated and in need of much maintenance. Most of the mattresses needed replacing , video games and equipment did not work, fireplace did not heat up in one bedroom, hot tub dirty (algae), smoke detectors on the walls without battery, pool area very used , roaches in bedrooms, kitchen major appliance literally falling apart. The maintenance staff did come and clean the hot tub, but that was the only issue that was addressed during my stay. I wished I had reviewed some of the reviews of this property before I drove 11 hrs from Florida, nothing has changed and my experience was exactly the same as the bad experiences noted, therefore nothing is likely to change in the future.

Had a great time all around, the service was fantastic as well as the amenities. John M. was a lovely and accommodating host too.

Eden Crest was a pleasure to work with. The accommodations and customer service by their staff were both top notch. Highly recommend!!!

We had a fabulous time while staying in our cabin. The cabin was clean and everything we needed was furnished. Such a beautiful place to have a vacation. We would definitely recommend Eden Crest to anyone. Thanks Eden Crest!

We rented the BIGGEST cabin back in March of this year and had BED BUGS! They did little to nothing to assist! Even though O called weeks before to make sure the cabin was inspected and ready! Smh

We rented this cabin for Thanksgiving week. We truly enjoyed our stay and really never needed to leave. The cabin is very spacious and everyone had their own spot to retreat to. One of our daughters-in-law spent much of her time on the deck next to the outdoor fireplace reading! The pool was indeed cold, but no colder than a lap pool. There was a smell of chlorine, but not overwhelming. It is, after all, an indoor pool, and the adults sleeping downstairs said it was not a problem. Our adult kids and grandkids loved the cabin. Our sons loved the game room. Everyone would swim then the adults would jump in the hot tub. The theater room was very comfortable. Wifi is spotty, one day we were easily able to access Netflix, the next we were not We were always able to access computer wifi. But folks, you're in the mountains! Bring DVDs or download movies if you are concerned. A pleasant surprise was how well the kitchen was appointed! There were plenty of pots and pans to cook Thanksgiving dinner, pyrex, bakeware, and extra paper towels and tissue. We will book this cabin again!

Had a few minor issues but they came and fixed in a timely manner. Felt safe in the area and enjoyed quality time with my family. Thank you.

The Cabin was amazing! I was ready to move in and stay forever! Very clean and spacious! Best layout I have experienced in cabin rentals!

Our family enjoyed a delightful 4 night stay in this wonderful home. The weather was rainy most of our visit, but there was so much for us to do and enjoy in the home, we did not notice. From 3 years old to 94 years old, it was a delightful place for a family reunion. We all enjoyed the comforts of home and the luxury of being together as a large family.

Major LEAK in 1st floor bedroom. Infestation with BEDBUGS. Property is Rising Eagle Lodge at 1411 Eagle Cloud Way, Sevierville, TN 37862. The owner is Andrew Entrakin and the property is managed by Eden Crest Vacation Rentals. The rental was from 6/21/18 thru 6/24/18. The water damaged bedroom was on the first floor. It was saturated ceiling to floor. The bed also sustained water damage along with the bed frame. The smell was unbearable, damp and moldy. Several guest were victims of bedbug attacks only to be told that it was wood ticks, as a band aid fix. 7 households have to now take additional measures not to bring any pest home. Those who were bit have had to seek additional medical attention for steroids and topical ointments. This vacation was a nightmare. The first bedbug incident resulted in the property group sending out a pesticide specialist who tried to sway us that it was wood ticks, instead of bedbugs. He sprayed only the bedroom where the individual slept who sustained bites on the first night. Our last night another guest was bitten and injured their back while attempting to get out of the bed. We also were able to capture a few bugs and showed them to the exterminator. Replacement/repairs of the cabin are overdue and this property needs to be shutdown until proper repairs and bud treatment are complete for future guest. These are major health concerns due to air quality and the infestation of bedbugs. Unfortunately this specific cabin is booked until the end of July.

This cabin was beautiful!!!! It had everything we needed for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Very clean, easy drive to get to it and the views were amazing. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone. Thanks for a great time.

We have now stayed in 3 different chalets with Eden Crest and have been absolutely satisfied with the cabins and pleased with the customer service, both before and during our stay. We have found Eden Crest to be the best value for large chalets in Gatlinburg!

Would recommend this cabin to anyone looking to relax and get away from it all.Feels very private but a short distance to everything you would want or need. Take advantage of the attraction packages that they have for you.

Lord yall.i had a ball.everything was so close and I had my choice to Gatlinburg or peigon forge.it was so great.just like home and then some.the staff was at our beckon call 24/7.THEY WERE SO GREAT.and the pictures of the cabin dose not justified the cabin.it was totally awesome.beds were so so great.i have stayed in many cabins in tn.and Eden crest beats them all hands down.will be going back in the very near future.

Loved the location- away from traffic. No draperies or blinds on front door, no counters in bathrooms, no toilet roll holders in bathrooms. Well kept, cute decor!

This agency failed to let me know that construction is going on all around my cabin. We were just woke up for the third morning in a row at 7:30 am from hammers and concrete machines... When I called the office to confront them about this they explained that it says on their website that construction is going on in the area, which is NOT true. Why wouldn t the employees or the booking person on the phone explain this? Very shady business tactics. The cabin was filthy upon arrival, and pool is not heated, Wasted lots of money on a 5 day stay with this company. Not safe for children at all by the way, there is supposed to be a pool alarm, yep not one... and the railing on all floors is so loose it could fal off if you barley push it. Construction ruined my whole entire trip... You obviously can not trust this origination to disclose what s going on before they take your money. We drove a long way to stay here, my weekend would have been better spent in a hotel. Avoid at all costs. Very unprofessional...

The home we stayed at through Eden Crest Vacation Rentals was incredible. Very clean, plenty of room, and the most amazing view. The people we interacted with through Eden Crest were also very friendly and prompt. I would book through this company again and recommend it to any other friends/family.

My husband, daughter and I stayed in Hugs and Kisses in the Black Bears Falls Resort in Gatlinburg.This cabin was great! We had a fantastic view from the front porch and we could see the Ober Gatlinburg tram lit up at night. There is a pond next to the cabin and the frogs serenaded us at night. This is a very nice 1 bedroom cabin with a sofa sleeper, but was not comfortable. My daughter decided just sleeping on the sofa was better. We visited the pool and it was very nice and had plenty of chairs. This resort is very convenient to Gatlinburg and easily take the back roads to the end of the Parkway to go to Pigeon Forge. I highly recommend this cabin for a couple plus one.

We have only been here for an hour and a half now and can't leave bc we can't lock our door. I have called 4 times and each time they tell me the maintenance man is around the corner. We can't leave to go get food bc we have our belongings in the cabin. I am already very dissatisfied.

We have stayed at the Owl Pine Lodge for two years in a row. Everything about the cabin itself was wonderful and dealing with their staff from the point of reservation to anything that had come up during our stay was very well taken care of. See you next year!

We rented Above it All cabin. It was a great place. It was nice to see the place as described in the pictures. By the time we went the branches had grown and missed the view but we still saw some nice views.
Everything was well maintained and stocked. All the light fixtures had labels. The place is a bit hard to get to but the drive up is fun.
We had a great time and we would highly recommend this place.
The few things that need a little bit of help would be, few more trash bags, extra towels. Might need to upgrade the washer and dryer.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The location and view was wonderful. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.

We checked out..a couple hours later I called to say I had forgotten 2 ladies' blazers and a dress in the master bedroom closet. Someone was supposed to call me back. 3 days later...no call. I called and was told cleaning crew did not turn anything in. I said but it was not in my car it WAS in the closet. I told her the cleaners must have taken them. She said they havent had trouble. That was it..conversation over.
I called back and spoke to a manager. I was being very nice as well. I know I left it there and told them I'd pay to have it sent back to me but they canNOT STEAL from guests either.
I want them to ask the cleaners face to face whether they took it or didnt even look in the closet.
I was not happy with their lack of help. :(

Booking our Gatlinburg weekend through Eden Crest Vacation Rentals was a great experience. All of the reps were responsive and courteous. The home we booked was beautifully cleaned and we were able to get in a little early, a big plus since we were traveling from so far away. We will definitely rent through Eden Crest again.

What an amazing time we had on our family reunion loved the property. However we were not happy with the maintenance service. We needed a plunger and it took a day to get it and when they brought it they just left it and didn't even take care of the restroom. We had a problem with the hot tub with all of the water exploding out of it. We called and never received a service call, so we were without a hot tub for the remaining 2 days. Even with these issues I would recommend staying at these properties they were amazing! Just need a better maintenance company

The best romantic getaway. We didn't have to worry about anything. The location is gorgeous and secure. This was an excellent accommodation for a weekend getaway and the hosting company was so responsive. Great way to spend a fall weekend.

We stayed at the Above It All cabin for seven nights! There were 11 individuals; two families and the amount of space was perfect. The views from the property were absolutely amazing. The cabin was at the top of the mountain and was very secluded. Eden Crest was very easy to work with. We had a few issues with the hot tubs not warming up, the DVD players not working in all the rooms, and the toilets not flushing properly, but it was nothing that really turned us off. We did come home to our cabin at 86 degrees and a broken a/c one afternoon. Eden Crest had someone at the cabin within 45 minutes and they were able to fix the issue about an hour later. They understood the need for this to be taken care of ASAP. Our recommendations to the owner/ Eden Crest would be: Replace carpet in the upstairs bedroom as it smells very poorly, provide better knives that can cut through veggies (they were that dull!), provide better pots and pans (they are very dated and falling apart); provide more outside lighting around the back of the cabin (it was very dark and a little scary taking our dog out at night). Overall, we had a great stay and would stay at this cabin or with Eden Crest again!

Spent 4th of July week in Gatlinburg, TN. Cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Kids loved the hot tub and the video games. The way the cabin was set up, they had the run of the lower level. During the day, we were out hiking and exploring. At night there was plenty of space for everyone to have their spot. Grandma on the deck, the boys watching soccer, and the rest working on a puzzle. Great time. We would rent from here again.

I planned our youth ministry winter retreat at Eden Crest in Hemlock Lodge. The layout and size is perfect for our huge group. Plenty of space. There was some issues, but maintenance and other decision makers worked the issues out with us in a timely manner.

So I live in Michigan, but have always had a heart for the Great Smoky Mountains! I'll never forget my first stay at Eden Crest Resort. Me and a bunch of girlfriends wanted to get away for a few days. Me being the planner, searched high and low on the internet for the perfect getaway! I am so happy that I found Eden Crest's website. It was very easy and accommodating to navigate through all of the beautiful different cabins to see which one would be the perfect fit for our wants and needs. When we all arrived after an 8 hour drive, we were so pleased by how nice the staff was! We were even more pleased with our GORGEOUS and perfectly clean and quaint cabin. We had such a blast touring the town by day, and relaxing in the cabin looking out to the smoky mountains in the jacuzzi by night. I've stayed at Eden Crest Resort 3 times now. Twice, I planned the trip with a bunch of my girlfriends. And the 3rd time, I planned one in September of 2015 with friends for a marriage retreat. We all had a blast, and the cabin was more then spacious enough for all 16 of us. Me and my husband would love to return one day soon with our one year old son! I just love Tennessee, and Eden Crest Resort will always be my very first pick when I want to come back for a visit! :)

This past weekend I had a great experience in the mountains of Tennessee. The surrounding area was fantastic and had a lot of interesting things to do. The housing was extremely clean and John Mulligan runs a fantastic company. 10/10 would recommend again.

Stayed at Wavyleaf Retreat. No problems what so ever. Lock code was communicated in timely manner and the cabin was clean. The sofa and loveseat could use to be replaced, that would be the only knock on an otherwise great stay.

In April my 4 sisters and I stayed at Eden Crest's Owlpine Lodge. What a beautiful cabin, we could not ask for more. The Eden Crest staff was very attentive checking on us to make sure everything was working well and in fine order the day we arrived. I was very pleased when we arrived to find that there was two inspectors at the cabin inspecting it's cleanliness and readiness for our arrival. I was very impressed with Eden Crest and will use their service on my next stay in the area. Thank you Eden Crest for an awesome vacation!!!!!!!

I've stayed at these cabins a couple times and there is no better way to stay during your Smokey mountain get away! Anything you would want or need is here. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.

Had such a wonderful time on our stay with Eden crest last spring. Cabins were ready on time and check-in check-out process was a breeze. With-in minutes we were able to take possesion of home. Lovely view and well equipped facility.

Staying at Paradise Mountain Pool Lodge. Really awesome house. Seemed like a lot of the video game machines weren't working, but eventually the repair men came to fix. Needs more place settings. A house that sleeps 24, there's only enough coffee cups for 6. View is great. Lots of room for the whole family. Wish there was a big porch for everyone to sit on together. One of the nicer places we've stayed in the Gatlinburg area.

Spent a week in Lasting Impressions on Legacy Mountain with my kids and the cabin was great, location was beautiful and Eden Crest service was superb. Great experience. Wish they offered more coupons like other places we have stayed for local adventures.

We have stayed with Eden Crest for 4 family vacations. They are one of the best cabin rental resorts around. Cabins are clean, views are amazing and they call to make sure you have everything. We love getting together in the mountains of Gatlinburg. I would recommend them to you and all my friends and family. Can't wait to go back.

Cabin was great! Clean and had everything we needed except extra towels! Not much of view but it was a nice cabin.

These people are very dishonest!!! My husband and I rented a 2 room cabin for my birthday weekend....for just the 2 of us!! 1 week prior to our trip we got the call that the cabin we chose was not available and they had upgraded us to a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom cabin at no extra charge.....great deal right!?! No, 2 weeks after our stay we got charged $475 for a pair of window blinds for a 2'X3' window....that was clearly broken at the time of our checkin!! I want my money back you thieves!!!

Eden Crest is our go to cabin rental. What sold us was that they allow pets in their cabins. To top that, the first pet is free!

Stayed in God's Gift cabin in Bear Creek Crossing for Easter week 2016. This home was gorgeous and so comfortable for our large group. The view from the back deck on both levels was breathtaking. We really enjoyed the game room, especially the pool table. Everyone fell in love with the area and hated to leave when our vacation week was over. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever experienced in any vacation home. We will definitely be back. Eden Crest was very easy to use for online booking. Great communication after booking and during our stay. Can't say enough good things about this awesome cabin and wonderful vacation.

This was an absolutely beautiful cabin. We had a wonderful time. It was close to everything and very easy to find. Would definitely return to the exact house next year!!!!

Very affordable cabin in a great location. The cabin is new so everything was very nice and clean. The theatre room and game room were a big hit with our grand kids. We also enjoyed the patio with F/P and grill. Lots of fun grilling burger and visiting. The area has many cabins crammed in a small are but this cabin had a private back patio area which we really enjoyed. The management company made sure we had a very stress free vacation.

We stayed at About Time this month. The cabin needs a lot of work. Furniture is very worn out and uncomfortable to sit on. Didn't have enough pans to even cook breakfast and the frying pans were well used. We went out and bought our own pans and took them with us when we left. Downstairs bathroom connected to bedroom was terrible. Looks like they tried repairing floor around toilet but wasn't successful. You leaned forward when you sat on the toilet and it rocked back and forth. Surprised we didn't fall off of it. Pool table and air hockey game were very worn out and damaged. Fireplace didn't work,
No chairs to sit on outside. The place also had Cock roaches. Wrote note to management with no response.

Absolutely Fantastic Service. Stayed in Laurel Estates - New units. Cottage was spotless and service was excellent - Received free amenity tickets that saved us a ton of money. Will stay again but will wait for all construction in the resort to be completed

My boyfriend and I we're there in September of 2016 and it was our first stay with Eden Crest. Our cabin was clean and everything worked nicely. We were just 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge and loved the location. There was easy check in by calling the office and advising of arrival. We will be staying with them again very soon!

We stayed at a 4 bedroom villa with 4 couples. It was lovely. Each couple had their own king size bedroom and own bathroom ensuite. We had a beautiful balcony and hot tub to enjoy as well. It was very high up the mountain so decided not to do much driving at night. We had a full kitchen and made all our dinners in the unit. Would definitely recommend and go again.!!

LOVE Eden Crest Cabins! We have been going to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg yearly, for the last 10 years. We have stayed in other cabins in the past but none have come close to what Eden Crest offers. You can expect clean cabins that actually look like the pics online. Prices are comparable to others but you get discounts to different places and restaurants. Great place to stay would highly recommend!

This company has horrible. We were not informed about the construction. The pool was ice cold. We checked the heater and it was not even on. And the construction workers kept peeking in on us making my wife uncomfortable. When we attempted to address this with the cabin company they came back five days later claiming we did damage and charged us.

My husband and I stayed here and we absolutely loved it!!! The cottage was very nice and clean and view was beautiful!!! We spent most of ours days hiking in moutains and the evenings relaxing with a glass of wine in the hot tub. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway.

We highly recommend Eden Crest! All of the staff were helpful and pleasant. We had a fabulous time and accomodations were excellent. Our cabin was spacious and very clean. We all enjoyed the pool table, air hockey, and hot tub. Staying at an Eden Crest cabin is the way to go when visiting the Gatlinburg area. We had a lot of fun grilling out every meal and the kids were much happier than if we'd stayed at a hotel. The grounds were well manicured and everything was first class. We look forward to coming back!

I've always had a good experience with Eden Crest with the exception of my last visit. The cabin was extremely dirty we had to buy cleaning supplies scrub the carpet and go to the office and get fresh bedding. The covers were soiled with other people's body fluids and the a/c didn't work. I was told that they would make it good but that didn't happen. All my other experiences were great.

Had a great stay in a newly remodeled cabin. Very impressed with cleanliness and quality of furniture. Would love to stay again!

This is the third year in a row our church youth group has stayed with Eden Crest. We were told that a movie theatre had been added to Magnolia Place. Our kids arrived ready to watch movies and swim only to find out that there wasn't a theatre and the pool has no water!! Our cabin also had an issue with roaches in the kitchen. A guest relations manager did contact me but never called me back with a solution. We enjoyed our first two stays with Eden Crest but this year was terrible.

We loved our experience here--PLENTY of beds and bedroom space for our group. It is a slightly older rental, but still in good shape. It was clean and we felt comfortable there. The only downside was parking, but that wasn't really that big of a deal. I would recommend this to other people with large groups and few cars.

We had a poor experience at Eden Crest- poolish behavior house. My family stayed in this large cabin in July for a family reunion. We were very disappointed we the state of the cabin. First, we were not allowed to check in until 4 p.m. but the cleaners had not touched a thing yet and then spent 2 hours cleaning the cabin! The pool cleaner came a few hours later and didn't treat our hot tub with chemicals, making the water stink a few days in. When we brought this to management's attention, they told us it was our fault and would charge us $50 to have the pool cleaner come back!!

In addition, Eden Crest misrepresented the property online. They claimed to have wii games, but none were in the cabin and when we told management, they did not bring any over. The pool table is in horrible shape, so bad that a decent game cannot be played. Online it boasts that their are arcade games. Well those games exist, but not one works!

On top of everything, the batteries in our smoke detectors had not been changed recently and started beeping insesantly the first night. Waking up most of the house!

When we told Eden Crest management, the offered us NOTHING. They seemed to care less about our family's situation! None of us will EVER stay in one of these rentals again or recommend them to a friend.

We stayed for Fall Break 2015 and were very happy with our accommodations. Our cabin had a ton of space and was very clean. The property location was perfect for us (near Dollywood and downtown Pigeon Forge). We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

I rented the cabin for 9 women for a women's conference and the cabin was perfect for our needs. The cabin was clean, quiet, and convenient. We did have trouble with the refrigerator freezing up and the air conditioner wasn't cooling as well as it should, but both issues were reported and promptly handled, even though it was a weekend. Overall, the ladies were pleased and would stay there again.

Clean place but

We had requested to change our reservation and after reaching over there, Paggie from Eden crest confirmed that it was taken care. Meanwhile we were enjoying the surroundings on one day before vacating and David called me we need to vacate on that day. This in in contrast with the earlier confirmation. The place is great but we were put in a tight spot. I had a car breakdown and toddlers meanwhile kept getting calls for the vacating property.. it was a horrible experience.

if you stay here you will regret it!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE. Disgusting cabins. RUDE staff. Will Steal your money.

We stayed at Fire Side Memories cabin in Pigeon Forge, we were very pleased with the appearance and the space. The pool table was a big hit with us and our group of friends. We stayed for a mini vacation and to attend the Tennessee Vols game, it wasn't a far drive and was also a blast for a mini vacation. Will definitely go again.

Misled us saying hot tub was none said wont be a steep drive to cabin it was.pool was dirty nobody cleaned it in 7 days we were there nope never renting from them again

Mountain Tops & Movies was the cabin we rented this year. We have a large family and needed this type of cabin. We generally stay away from "resorts" as the cabins are too close to each other for our liking, but our choices this year were limited, so we went with it. The view from this cabin was OUTSTANDING albeit WAY too close to many other cabins. We had 3 bear cubs come to our front porch on day one to welcome us - so we knew momma & papa wouldn't be far behind. We saw several bear - even had a "close encounter" with one - scary. All in all the cabin was great for our needs. The refrigerator is MUCH too small for a cabin that sleeps 12. The ONE oven rack is too small - had a near catastrophe while baking chickens!! Someone eventually showed up (too late for that meal) with the SAME size rack - said they'd have to order new ones - I hope they did for the next tenants. The kitchen was huge & awesome! The bedrooms were really nice - although the bedding is in terrible shape. You can replace those very inexpensively and it would do wonders for the overall look. The game room upstairs is wonderful - everything worked except the electronic dartboard. That was disappointing - but with so much else to do.....The theater room was nice and everything was in working order. But - please - please - it's time to replace that sectional. We've rented many cabins with theater rooms - and this one was the best ROOM - with the worst furniture. Of course the tiny washer & dryer (cabin sleeps 12) was an on-going joke - but again - it works! :-) We bring our own cooking items because most cabins do not have what we need - so I'll just say - none of the few plates match, cookware is low budget, not enough silverware for more than one meal - so bring paper plates, etc. We love the Wears Valley area - and will be back again for sure. If this cabin ever gets updated, we'd be happy to stay there again.
