Edencrest Review

We are very unhappy with your service Eden Crest Vacation Rentals. Due to the recent fires we can t access the cabin we paid for. In contacting for a refund we were advised you would not be refunding us for the cabin we had booked for this weekend even though we can't access it. You advised that you don't even know if the cabin is still standing. But you can tell me that I am not allowed to go to the cabin or get my money back. I also saw other complaints on the Better Business Bureau from other people not getting refunds for cabins for the upcoming weeks that they can't access. And like me, you can t tell them if the cabins are still standing but you won't refund them. I advised this was the only time we could attend. And of course you don't care about that. I should get the service I paid for and if you can t provide me the service I paid for, you should refund me. Instead you make me change my date. I didn t pay for another date. I paid for December 2-4th. And then you tell me that you can t say if the cabin I paid for is even there, so if it is not there you will contact me to find another cabin. POOR POOR BUSINESS!! I will never use Eden Crest Vacation Rentals again. This is just bad business and very poor taste on your end. You have a lot of customers who have used you for years who will never use you again because of the way you are handling this. My husband and I will be sure to let everyone we know the terrible experience we are having with your company. Just bad business practices.

I have stayed with Edencrest vacations for the past two years and I will have to say it is one of the best vacation rental companies within the Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge area. The amenities that are offered with the cabins are top-notch along with the added benefits of shows and things to do around the cities that are offered complementary with your state daily. They've made it to where you don't even need to go to the office to check in and get keys or codes or anything for your property you can head straight there via the app.

Do not rent from this place. I made a rental for 3,000$, three months in advance, and drove 600 miles while pregnant to get here and was failed to be informed that someone else was staying in the cabin I was promised. I called the people and they forced me and my family to leave and said they d give my money back. Meanwhile I am stranded 600 miles from home in the freezing cold pregnant and no place to go, and still haven t seen my money. I called the cops and they did nothing for me because they were buddies with the person renting these cabins out. If it were up to me I would have this place closed down, if anything it is a scam. They kicked a pregnant lady out of a cabin she paid 3,000$ for because they screwed up scheduling.

Loved Picture Perfect! It was Perfect-almost! Views were awesome, cabin was large and roomy for the 17 of staying here. We made some lasting memories. Here's what could have made it perfect-the sink leaks horribly both at the neck of the sink and below. We think the sprayer is to blame for the leaking below-but it is pretty bad. I got the text at 4 that the cabin was ready, but when we got there the cleaning crew was still hard at work and they said it would be 5. We "wondered" if one set of sheets might have been missed being changed because there was a clothing size sticker on the bed-but we realize this could have happened in the laundry. For future renters, bring garbage bags, ziplock bags, and kitchen dish towels.

July of 2016 We stayed at the cabin Above it All and it was truly a beautiful place! The cabin itself was spacious and clean! We could not have picked a better place to have a family vacation! There were 17 of us and we all had plenty of room. Our overall experience was amazing! It is the place to stay!

It was a nice place..but it wasn't very clean when we arrived. The hot tub was broken (which os why we chose this one over 2 others) they supposedly sent someome to fix it while we were gone..but it wasnt fixed nor did we recieve a call to let us know anythjng or offer to move us to a cabin that had a working one. The grill ran out of propane 10 min into grilling..also did not get anymore. They also did not offer any kind of discount or anything because of the inconveniences. Definitely need to work on guest satisfaction.

I having been using Edencrest for several years for our church events, etc. You have always gone above and beyond with anything we need and working with us if problems arise. Thank you!!!!!

Eden Crest provided great customer service when we had a need. We enjoyed the ease of the check-in and check-out process.

Stayed at Above It All June 25-29. This cabin is wonderful. It is large, has pool table, hot tub, arcade, air hockey, foosball, 2 decks with an unbelievable view of the mountains. The driveway was quite steep and a little scary at first. Kind of challenging. But overall this was a great place to stay. We had a visitor right outside our door while we were there. Pretty scary as we didn't remember our door code and had to look it up on the phone while staring a bear in the face. We had 14 people, all immediate family. Grandma and grandpa, kids and grand kids. I would highly recommend it. About a mile from the main drag. Had a power outage for one whole evening during our stay. Couldn't do anything that evening which was disappointing.

My wife and I enjoyed our honeymoon and our first anniversary at this well maintained and decorated cabin.we loved the jetted tub in the room!
We hope to return again soon!

Wonderful stay with family in a great location!

We managed to find a cabin available at the last minute with Eden Crest and immediately cancelled our hotel reservation for the chance to stay with Eden Crest. We have stayed with Eden Crest on many occasions and are always happy with the accommodations and the helpful staff. On this visit, we stayed at Cherry Blossom (#11) which is located just across the main highway from the Dollywood entrance. This cabin is perfect for a larger family with with children/young adults. The check in/out process was convenient as always. We will begin our search for lodging with Eden Crest on our next visit.

We stayed in the cabin Mountain Fun for 4 nights. It is adorable and the owners have updated some of the furniture that currently appears in the pictures. It was clean and is one of the cabins in Bear Creek Crossing Resort that does not have another cabin directly across the street from it and on one side of it, so it is semi private. The staff at Eden Crest Vacation Rentals was great to work with, with the exception of when we tried to grill out for the 1st and only time. The tank was empty. When I phoned Eden Crest, their staff member told me it was the guests responsibility to exchange the propane tank on the grill and purchase a new one when it is empty. I told her in all the times we have rented cabins, we have never done this. She said it was not their responsibility so they would not be bringing one out for us to grill out. That was disappointing. I thought she might be mistaken, so I left a message on their office voicemail. No return call by the next day, so I guess that is indeed their policy. Unfortunately, that is not something we were willing to do at a rental in order to cook out. Other than that, our stay was very good!

The Eden Crest staff were very gracious and helpful when booking, checking in, and checking out. We needed to accommodate 3 different sets of adults, 3 kids, and 2 dogs - we were very happy to find a very nice cabin that would do this. We were about 20 minutes from the Parkway, in the mountains.

The view was gorgeous, the cabin was beautiful and nicely appointed, with multiple TVs throughout, but the configuration was different than we expected. We expected 2 private bedrooms with full baths, but there was really only 1 private bedroom (the second bedroom was a 3rd floor loft that overlooked the 2nd floor, including the kitchen, dining area, and living room/TV.) Basically, everyone had to go to bed at the same time because otherwise the folks in the loft "bedroom" had all the light and sound from the 2nd floor in their space.

The 1st floor had a two nice, spacious couch / TV areas, with a pool table, air hockey, and video games plus a full bath. The only problem was that the two pull-out couches (full size) were diabolical instruments of torture. I personally had to sleep on one of them, and I'm a heavy sleeper that has slept fine in many a sleeping bag, armchair, or pull-out couch. But on these particular pull-out beds, the middle of the bed was significantly higher than the head or the foot, so it was like sleeping on a triangle, with my pelvis at the highest point. I tried turning sideways to avoid the middle, and discovered that the springs were broken so the mattress would fall out of the frame. My 3 kids and I (on the two pull-outs), ended up just putting the mattresses on the floor to sleep.

For the amount of money we paid, I would have expected higher quality pull-outs. Pull-outs will never be perfect, but this was just completely silly. The experience did provide us with some good standup comedy material, but I would not book another cabin with the expectation of actually being able to sleep on any of the pull-outs. (Note: there also was a pull-out couch in the 2nd floor living room, but it had similar issues as the 1st floor pull-outs; besides, anyone in the living room disturbed the 3rd floor loft sleepers.)

We stayed at His Amazing Grace. The cabin inside is beautiful and has awesome views, the best views of any cabin I've every stayed in (which includes many). However, it's right next to/on a road that leads to a resort and the head of the bed in the downstairs bedroom is against the outside wall, so we got no sleep on Friday night for the traffic most of the night. Our friends said that the gorgeous upstairs bedroom was no better--very noisy. As nice as the cabin is, unless you're a heavy sleeper who won't be bothered by road noise, stay somewhere else.

One star being generous, this place of business is incompetent and lacks professionalism putting things politely. My family and friends spent thousands of dollars months in advanced to spend quality time together during this holiday season and celebrate the new year. Upon arrival to our cabin there were people already staying there. Confused and assuming there must have been some miscommunication we contacted Eden Crest Vacation and they agreed to put us in a condo for the night hoping to work things out by morning. 24 hrs later we are now stranded 600 miles from home, no where to stay, with their best offer a home with no hot water. We were guaranteed our money back and have yet to see a dime, this company is unreliable and irresponsible. You re better off just staying at home!!

After many visits to the mountains we fee it s safe to say this is the best place to stay! Every year we come back and try a different cabin, each being as perfect as the last. The one year we stayed at a different place we had a horrible experience. Eden crest is and always will be our favorite place to visit. With friendly staff, great amenities, and great locations you can t beat their beautiful cabins!

We have stayed at several Eden Crest Rentals properties within the Bear Creek Crossing Resort. Each stay has been a wonderful experience for our family. We have been more than pleased with each cabin we have rented! The service with Eden Crest is always highly remarkable! When we are planning a trip to Pigeon Forge, we always check with Eden Crest first!!!!

Our family stayed in Eden Crest's Mountain Fun Cabin. The cabin was clean and had all the amenities my family and I needed. Adequate, clean and comfortable sleeping space, jacuzzi, hot tub, game room for the kids with lots of selections for entertainment, fully equipped kitchen, access to indoor/outdoor pool, fast convenient check in/out process and friendly staff. Hiighly recommend them for your vacation needs.

We stayed at "A Time To Remember" and had a great time. The cabin was very clean and cozy. The view was nice off of the back deck as well. Very easy to get to the Parkway, but not too close that everything was congested with traffic. Overall, a great vacation spot!

Our family (of 15) stayed at Family Valley Lodge this past week, while this was our 2nd time staying in this cabin, were disappointed this time in the offices' response actions to our needs. Called re: the grill around 2:00p, maintenance came 24 hrs later next day, told us only 1 staff for maintenance. Called re: 3 family members being stung by wasps, 1 fr inside cabin on top floor. We believe they were getting in thru one of the windows. Found 1 or 2 roaches during 1st couple days, didn't think much of it, but on our last day, woke up to a kitchen of roaches everywhere. Of course spoke w/office & owners, both informed us of being sorry but nothing else could be done. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

Our place was amazing! Eden Crest was so helpful in finding exactly what my little family needed. They were thorough and always willing to help. The one small problem I had they resolved immediately after reaching out. I would highly recommend using them for any event, corporate booking, or personal stay!!

This cabin rental company is the best in the Smokies! We have used this rental company on numerous occasions, in every season of the year and every experience has led us to return to this company time and time again for an expected great experience. This cabin was wonderful! We went with a large group, 14 total, and it was so spacious. Having beds and bathrooms for everyone was a huge plus. Close to many scenic trails, downtown Gatlingburg and Pigeon Forge. Would go back in a heartbeat - highly recommend!

My family and I love going to the Smokeys; we have gone four times in the past 5 years, and every time, we book with Eden Crest. They are absolutely, hands-down the best booking service we have ever used. They make it so easy to find the best cabin for our needs, and they are a pleasure to do business with. Nice enough cabins, amazing views. Kind of close together depending on which one you stay in. Make sure to CYA by taking pictures both before and after you r stay. They will charge you without notice. Ran a 400.00 charge for a bear carving that wasn't there when we arrived. Would not view security video with us to prove we didn't do the damage.

We booked with this property July 16 , they asked for copy of my driver license and then on the way to the condo from Ohio they communicated to me at 12:10 they would send a code at 4:20 after driving 6 hours we get to the condo and then they tell us they over booked Nd have no where for us to stay ! 711.00 out the door plus another 400+ of food that will go to waste because we are in. Hotel that we cant cook any food in 6 adults and 3 kids ! Don't book anything with them !

Blackbear Hideaway was booked to celebrate the Logan family's celebration of their dad/Grandfather Doug's birthday, and it was an adventure to remember! The cabin was amazingly roomy, the location was scenic and well stocked with anything and everything we needed. We needed some light-bulbs replaced and it was done, quickly and efficiently. Our only regret is that we didnt have an extra day to enjoy all the amenities of the area AND BBH a little longer. Great cabin, great location and great for families of ALL ages!!! Loved it!!! Can't wait to go again!!

My family rented Mountain Shadow Lodge from Eden Crest. The Lodge was perfect in every way. Very clean and well stocked with linens to accommodate our large family. Every detail from the reservation to the check out was taken care of with complete courtesy and care. I recommend using Eden Crest for a very pleasant experience.

I would most definitely recommend Eden crest vacation rentals. I loved the staff. Answered any and all questions that me and my family had. We really enjoyed our stay at our cabin and would stay again.

Absolutely irritated with the whole experience and their unprofessionalism in dealing with the customer!
We stayed in one of Eden Crust s cabins Picture Perfect . As the name says, absolutely a picture perfect view outside a photogenic view filled with colors. But the cabin experience was horrible. The AC in the ground unit was not working, Hot tub temperature controller is broken and absolutely hard to navigate the buttons, outdated kitchen utensils and interestingly, the ceiling above stove counter top was leaking from the bathroom upstairs(there was a note to keep the shower liner in at all times to prevent leaking but despite our best efforts to keep the shower liner in, the bathroom floor leaked straight into your pot on the stove in the kitchen). So you better cover your pots while cooking.
Now, the attitude of the cleaners as they walked in ! We were shocked and so disgraced to see the cleaning crew closing their nose as soon as they entered the house as if they entered into a morgue. They were either too ignorant of the fact that people cook and eat, although different or they were outright not trained how to behave. Either ways, this was very unprofessional and uncourteous !
But the most disappointing thing was to see an email a week later from the management, charging us a fee of $485 for additional carpet cleaning. Interestingly, they had attached a few pictures with candy wrappers on the floor, sofa stain & beer bottles in the trash (wondering who put those bottles when our group doesn t drink beer). Still can t fathom why in the world anyone charges $485 for removing chocolate wrapper & juice stain from a sofa that typically comes out with a Clorox wipe. This was clearly extortion with a cooked up case, and some pictures that were too childish (like candy wrapper on the floor ? Seriously?). We have been trying to call for a week only to get a response saying manager is not available and would call back. Absolutely irritated with the whole experience and their unprofessionalism in dealing with the customer! Appreciate if we could resolve this...

We stayed at Bearadise. The cabin was great, clean, pretty stocked, great views!! I do however have a few statements that might be helpful for another renter. If you are traveling with a lot of adults (that drive) be aware there are only 4 parking spots reserved for your cabin, (maybe 5 depending on the size of your vehicle). I did not ask about this up front, because I was assuming a cabin that large would accommodate parking. We were lucky enough that there was an empty lot across the street from our cabin that we parked at. (But only if you have a SUV, no car would be able to pull in over the curb without tearing up your car) They (resort) did say you could park at the lodge (but that is an inconvenience if you are located far away from there).
Another was, I was a little disappointed in the swimming pool. It was not big enough to accommodate the whole community. Overall it was a nice place to stay. Staff was great. Just be aware of the above statements if they might be an issue for you. If not it would be a great place for you to stay.

We booked our first trip to the Smokies through Eden Crest and they made the process so easy! If I had any questions, I called and they quickly answered them. Loved our cabin and had a great stay, highly recommend booking with them!

We arrived at the Popular Point condos on Saturday afternoon. Everything seems to be good, we had rented the condo for the week because it had all the right amenities. I called the Eden Crest office and got the WiFi password because the one on the back of the modem did not work. Saturday evening we took the children to the activity center to play video games and when we walked in there were people in the activity center drinking and watching TV. On Sunday we decided to enjoy the hot tub. Went out to use it and the water was cold. I called Eden Crest and was told how to make it start heating. She said it may take a couple of hours and to call back if it did not work before 6 pm. I had to make a trip over to Asheville, N.C. so I told her I would call Monday if it did not work. It did not and while I was in Asheville the WiFi went down. On Monday I called back and told the young man that answered the hot tub was still not heating and that the WiFi had crashed as well. He said he would place a work order. We decided to go take the children to the pool got them ready and drove over to the pool and it was empty with a "sorry closed" sign on the fence. That evening I called back complained that the pool was also closed and was told that management would call us back. Everyday after that I called to talk to management and was told the same thing "management will call you back". Starting Monday and going through Thursday Night the people in the condo beside us fought all night and when told about that the people at Eden Crest. I am back home now and I still have not received that call. I do not recommend this place or this agency. The week was not what it should have been, seemed none of the amenities were available.

Worst experience ever! Horrible property management! Never rent chalets in Gatlinburg from this company. Customer service is a joke. "Upper Management" will not issue a full refund as promised.. this after we were kicked out of the chalet we rented on night 3 of 4 with no where to go.

My daughter always wanted to go to Tennessee and stay in a cabin. So for her 13th birthday, my family and I stayed at Movie Dive Inn. The cabin was so nice, the kids loved the indoor private pool. The cabin had so many amenities; game area, theater room, pool, hot tub, each bedroom had a king size bed and a bathroom. We enjoyed our stay so much that we didn't want to leave. I believe if we didn't have to return to school and work the next day, we would have extended our stay. If you are looking for a cabin to rent, Eden Crest Cabin rentals is definitely the company to rent from. You won't be disappointed!

was a great experience from the first phone call to the last one. The cabin was beautiful and laid out perfectly for our group. It was very clean and every thing worked as it should have. will definitely use Eden Crest again!

We loved staying here. There was plenty of space for our large family, and everything was very clean. We had everything we needed, and the location of our condo was perfect for visiting Dollywood. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed at Eden Crest for several years at different cabins in Pigeon Forge. The cabins had been equipped with everything we needed. Location is perfect. Services outstanding, streets are clean in case of a snowstorm. Prices are very affordable. We have had wonderful vacations in the past years. We love it every time we go, very peaceful and well maintained. I highly recommended. They are very reliable and committed to offer the best stay.

We rented Tennesse Dream for Columbus Day weekend, and upon arrival we discover that the property is located in an active construction zone with front loaders and skidsters actively working and parking vehicles directly next to our unit. Dumpsters line the street and materials are stacked so that the street is nearly impossible to maneuver. We immediately called Eden Crest and spoke to a customer service representative who stated that he was unaware of the construction and wasn't sure anyone else did either. He expressed empathy and stated that he understood my frustration, and connected me with Shanda, the supervisor. Shanda's immediate tone was condescending and her annoyance could be heard. She stated that on their website, the listing clearly states that the property is in a construction zone. To which I told Shanda that I booked the reservation over the phone, and the representative never mentioned any construction period, let alone the extent of the construction. Shanda continued to state that they were booked full this weekend and offered no discounts or refunds. After ending the call with Shanda, we looked up Tennessee Dream on Eden Crest's website, and noticed that no construction rider existed for this property, nor was any mention of construction made in the description. We screen spotted the listing, and called Eden Crest back. We spoke to Shanda again, who spoke more loudly this time, and stated that it was supposed to be on there, and even though she was a manager with the company, she didn't handle the descriptions. She continued to empathize that there was nothing they could do or offer, and assumed no responsibility. We told Shanda that this wasn't what was expected for paying $500+/ night. We stated that we would review the company accordingly and contact the BBB. Buyer beware. Please see attached photos and take notice of the large nails in the road.

It was a very relaxing ,comfortable, and clean stay. I love everything about it. Me and my family will be vacationing here again next summer . Love the view .

We have stayed at two different cabins, Nichole K, was awesome when it came to booking. She made sure we knew about all the amenities that the cabin included. Cabins are very clean and are equipped with every thing you could need. On the two occasions we did have to call for maintenance (propane refill, satellite problem) The maintenance man John was there within an hour and took care of everything in a timely and professional manner. Planning our next stay with the company for this summer.

Beautiful cabin. Everything was clean and in great condition. Our only problem was the TV situation. Not all televisions could be watched at the same time which was disappointing considering we had 12 people but otherwise great place to stay.

The cabin was just great. It was more than I expected from just viewing the photos on-line. The setting was so private, so it was so nice to sit on the many porches the house offered. We had problem with the sofa beds which we planned to use. The mattress were terrible, no one could possibly sleep on hem. Over all, I would rent the cabin again.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Condo was very clean and comfortable.

We had a fabulous time at our cabin! The extra amenities we're a bonus to keep the kiddos busy. We were there for the 4th of July and were able to see some fireworks with a short walk up the hill.

It was very clean and very well stocked. Decorated very nicely and it was exactly as pictured!

Best roads to the best views, very clean and friendly people associated with cabin rental

The condo unit provided ample space for our family. There were plenty of beds to choose from. However the beds were not at all comfortable. We appreciated the dog-friendly policy they have as well. The wireless internet worked great. The area is very quiet and secluded which was very nice. The office staff I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and helpful.
The cleanliness of the condo however was abysmal. The bedrooms had not been vacuumed, or if they had it was a very poor job. We found remnants of someone's fake fingernails right in the middle of one of the bedrooms. All of the carpet was old and very dirty. The kitchen floor had not been mopped well or at all either. Most of the dishes and silverware were dirty. We ended up washing everything before we used it. We also sanitized every surface in the kitchen and bathrooms before using them. I would rent this or another of their units again but next time I will thouroughly verify the cleanliness before settling in.

My husband and I and two kids stay at briarstone 13c this past week we called and complained to the management about a group of church youth that was in the condo above us and the time they arrived around 11:45 until the time we left early a day early this was the most unruly Rowdy rude obnoxious not caring bunch of children and I expect children to be unruly at times but they had a group of adults who were supposed to be responsible for this kids and they were not and the management told me they spoke to them on several occasions the police ended up being called and it's still got worse and the management did not care I would not recommend this place for anyone to stay there poor management not caring aggravation management line said manager was there one day not there one day no call backs no response the worst place I've ever stayed in the smokies and will never and will never recommend this to anyone we called a management so many times to complain and was lied to each time we were called they were told about a bee's nest my children ended up being stung and some other children did as well they did not care

We stayed in Divine Escape for 3 nights. It was a very clean and nice cabin. Everything was up to date and actually worked. We had a problem with the toilet upstairs but they sent someone out in a timely manner to fix it. We will definitely stay with Edencrest in the future.

This is a very beautiful cabin with a amazing view overlooking Dollywood. It is a very good location for most everything in Pigeon Forge. I recommend it highly and would love to stay here again someday!

The cabin was great, a home away from home. There were plenty of activities to keep us busy. The pool was clean. The cabin is close to many attractions, restaurants, and shopping. I look forward to another vacation there.

We stayed in a large cabin that slept 40 people. What a great place to have a family reunion or multi-family vacation! Eden Crest's property is five to ten minutes from the main tourist strip and is just off a road that conveniently takes you the back way to Cade's Cove and a lesser-used park entrance, cutting off about 30-40 minutes from going down towards Gatlinburg and entering the national park there to get to Cade's Cove. No matter the size of the cabin, the Eden Crest property is nestled into the lush foliage of the Smoky Mountains.

The cabin was fabulous and provided ample entertainment. We loved the two large dining room tables which gave us space to play board games. The decks provided incredible views and plenty of chairs and rockers and swings to sit in and enjoy.

Eden Crest management was very responsive and helpful. On the day of arrival, they made it easy to get into the cabin by texting a code for the front door. On the second day, my group blew a circuit and they responded and fixed the issue while we were out for the morning. On the phone they were kind and understanding and helpful.

Good location but the property was aged and not completely clean. Trash on the ground around cabin. Recreational area (pool) exterior needed a good pressure washing. There was no instruction on use of the technology, including the gas fireplace. Kitchen appliances needed upgrading. Carpet was in serious need of cleaning. Contact for clarification was spotty.
Loved the setting and the accomodations were spacious. Would like to have had chairs on the deck.

My fiance and I booked our wedding through Edencrest and couldn't be happier! We are so excited about the custom package they offer, the outside pavilion where we'll have our ceremony, and the beautiful reception hall. It is affordable with all the bells and whistles! Nichole has been wonderful to work with thus far and everyone has been so friendly!

First time in the Smokey mountains and renting a cabin. My wife and I was in the process of selling are house and needed some time away from the pressure of the selling and moving. We loved the cabin we choose matter of fact it was a lot more than I expected ,very clean and furnished beautifully. I was also impressed with all we had to do in Gatlinburg. Attended a few shows which we got discounted rate for the shows from Eden Crest . It was nice to finish the day in the hot tub. I read some of the reviews before we left and could not indeunders stand how guests wrote bad reviews. We told all of are friends what a great get away from the pressure. Looking forward to a return trip.

The cabin itself was nice, clean, rustic in appearance, and roomy. It does have wifi, a game room my kids enjoyed, and a grill that we put to use. Be aware that it's driveway is STEEP! Using the parking break A MUST! Although the kids enjoyed the room, there were problems with the cabin. Be prepared that it has NOTHING! There was not even salt and pepper! We cook and it was very difficult to do. We had to even buy trash liners and dishwasher detergent. On arrival, the master bathroom toilet was broken. We called for repair (at 4pm) and were assured that someone would come. After 5 we were notified, not coming but would be there the next day. Water dropped from the top of the refrigerator in the back and got on the newly purchased food. No working lights on the gazebo in the back. Top bedroom is WARM. No curtains/shades on window in top bedroom so the sun bursts in at 6am, so much for sleeping in on vacation! While it's a nice cabin, and I would probably stay here again, there needs to be clear statements of the lack of supplies you need to bring for the stay.

This is a great rental company for renting cabins in the pigeon forge area. We have used them several times with great results. We have had great customer service and any problems resolved promptly. The cabins are always clean and the great website helped us find the right cabin. We will be renting from them again.

Right off the bat, we pulled up to this chalet/cabin and wondered where are we going to park? We had approx. 40 family members to accommodate. Everyone carpooled and we had to do the car shuffle when groups were going out for the day. Room bedding accommodations were not as stated. Kitchen appliances were in very poor condition. Kitchen cookware is not sufficient for the size of what this chalet can accommodate. Cleaning looked as though it had not been done quite some time. Dust caked on white baseboards not hard to see. Carpets stained and very dirty. If you walk barefooted or with socks on, your feet and socks looked as though you had walked outside always with no shoes. We had several handicapped persons and the accessibility was very hard for them. Bathrooms are not handicapped accessible ( bathtub/shower) with no slip proof mats. Only 2 garbage cans for a chalet that handles 69 persons. We had to call for garbage pickup rather than them coming on a daily basis. While some beds were made on the first day, NONE of the bunks were made. We were told the don't do bunks. We had to call maintenance for clogged sinks, toilets, lights, doors, ice maker, freezer, hot water. Cobb webs all over back balconys. Brought baseball equipment to use batting cage to no avail, batting cage inoperable. Was unable to use pool for several days because of its condition. We made the best of the situation, but the facility management has not put their best foot forward. I suggest the stop renting this chalet until they do what they said on the site. That this chalet would be renovated. To say the least.... dissatisfied and disappointed. Feeling bad that a relative paid A LOT of money for such poor accommodations.

On the good side. Great location for all the local entertainment! And the maintenance man did the best he could. Had fun with family members from all corners of the U.S.A.

Absolutely love love love Eden Crest Vacation Rentals! The staff seem to be wonderful people very very helpful! My family and friends have stayed in several Eden Crest Vacation Rentals. They are by far the best cabin's we have ever stayed in over the years. They are very neat and clean. Everything has always worked in the cabin. We had a wonderful experience the past weekend! We appreciate you all! Can't wait to stay again soon!

We stayed at one of the cabins last year. When we checked is we received coupons and information about the area. The cabin was clean, affordable and quiet. The view on the deck was incredible. The pictures online are exactly what you get. Any assistance we needed was just a phone call away and we enjoyed our privacy in this beautiful home away from home. We have recommended this place to friends at work.

I traveled with my family to this beautiful establishment in June 2020 until I started settling in I noticed the shower was dirty with a muddy shower curtain the kitchen had food all over the counter and in the sink. The bedspread is dingy the bath tub were dirty with Hair from the previous occupant. Refrigerator was leaking the whole stay. I complained as soon as I checked in and seen the condition of the cabin/condo the establishment is beautiful But housekeeping did a horrible job on the upkeep after each cabin is checked out of I seen a bedbug my last day and I notified Eden Crest and I was told buy Stacy that the last Occupant had a lot of people and was extremely dirty and that they were afraid that this would happen and they will call me back after they inform the owners of what was going on I took pictures and sent them to them of all the things that were going on.They have gave me two complimentary tickets to
Ripleys believe it or not aquarium and told me that should be sufficient for all the things that I felt were wrong. Stay at your own risk yes facility is extremely beautiful but the upkeep is not that great!

A Hilltop Hideaway was amazing. Will bring the family back next year. Best cabin we have stayed in!!! It has so much to offer for the entire family.

Brandi helped us pick a cabin. Bear A Dise....this cabin is 5 Star! The views inside and out are amazing. Decor is perfect! Bonus was the outdoor firepit which I had coffee every morning to sit a gaze out at the mountains. This cabin is the .very best. Thank you to the owners Tracey & Jimmy for sharing your home! We feel truly Blessed to have stayed here and plan to return soon. 7 days was not enough . The views from every room and deck are breath taking!

We stayed with Eden Crest in March 2017 for a long weekend in the cabin called Award Winning Views. It was possibly the best trip our group has taken together. The cabin itself was much more than we could have asked for. Between the amenities and views there was always something to be surprised by. The staff at Eden Crest were extremely nice as well and provided premier service. They were constantly in contact with me making sure we were checked in okay and that we didn't need anything. We struggled getting out of the cabin on time as we were trying to leave and the cleaning crew had to wait on us. They wound up talking to us for a few minutes and told us about things in town we might be interested. This made all the difference to us as we were having a rough morning. They could have just sat in their car and not said a word, but they didn't. We all had such a good time that we decided that this is something we are going to do every year and we will be returning customers to Eden Crest.

My family recently celebrated my grandmother's 85th birthday at the Oak Tree Lodge. There were a total of 52 people, with 20 of them being under the age of 10. The lodge was perfect for our large group. The kids enjoyed the bunkhouse area and there was plenty of seating in the dual living rooms and at the HUGE table! Although we had a few minor issues during our stay, the maintenance crew was very helpful and quick to respond. The lodge was clean and well stocked with utensils, appliances, and dishes. I would definitely recommend the Oak Tree Lodge for large groups or families looking for a comfortable stay in the Smokies.

The owner & managemet team show no leniency or care for their staff what so ever. They need to seriously have more opportunities instead of letting go of their staff go, not just dropping people like flies do not appreciate that at all.

My family and I planned this vacation months in advance, for the Christmas holidays. It was schedule from 12/24/20 thru 12/27/20. We were extremely excited and anxious to experience our first White Christmas. We stayed at the The Estate at Little Cove. An hour after we checked in on Christmas Eve the lights went out and never came back on. We were without lights and heat for 4 days in temperatures dropping as low as 19 degrees. When we called the property managers at Eden Crest Vacation Rentals, everyday, for some type of resolution, their response was the same, there is nothing we can do. Regardless, of the fact we shared that we had an elderly person, heart patient and two infants were included in our party. the response didn t change. There was no empathy nor attempts made to switch our location, provide a back up generator, etc. Again, we were told nothing can be done. They turned what was expected to be the best vacation into the worst experience ever!!!

This was the first time staying with Eden Crest they were very friendly and the cabin was amazing plus they give you free tickets which is a big plus for us because we always do the attraction when we go. If you needed something they responded quickly. I will be staying with them again.

I was pleasantly surprised with our stay. It was spotless clean. Absolutely EVERYTHING that we could need was included in the cabin. Will definitely return soon.

I am currently staying in Wet N Wild. I wish I would have read the google reviews before booking. Beautiful cabin but this place is very disgusting. The theater has trash in it. Every piece of silverware was dirty. Our bathroom looked horrible. Plus our wifi is out which was not mentioned until after we checked in. We re in the mountains with no type of signal.

Our family of 5 stayed in sweet surrender and was extremely pleased with the cabin, location, and staff! Everything was so clean! The staff were quick and efficient! The upstairs sofa bed was broken and it was immediately taken care of...they actually put in a new pull out bed! They went above and beyond for us! We will absolutely be back!

We were very happy with our stay. It was quiet and relaxing, which was what we were looking for. The decorations and style of home were nicely done. It was clean, which is another thing I am always concerned with.

We rented The Mayberry. The Cabin itself was very nice. Nice recreation room as well. The furnishings were poor and outdated. Our bedroom had a king size mattress and a headboard leaning up against the wall. We had to push the mattress hard up agains the wall to keep it from rattling and falling on us. There were no chairs in the bedroom to sit on. We had to sit on the tub to put our shoes on, etc. It was questionable whether the sheets had been changed. The blankets had an odor and should be washed. Crumbs were left under kitchen table from whomever were there last. The towels that were furnished were small, thin and felt like sandpaper when you dried yourself off. Had to use 2 towels to get completely dry. Living room furniture was ol, outdated and did not match. Bathroom amenities were a joke, i.e., little round bars of soap. No enough to take a shower with.

Thie place have many very nice looking cabins. However, if there furnishings, etc. were anything like The Mayberry you will be disappointed. We have already made reservations for another place at Eden Crest prior to this trip. Hopefully, we will not be as disappointed with this one as we were with The Mayberry.

Our stay was very peaceful and pleasant,the cabin was very clean and all the amenities were as noted.we will use eden crest again in the future for sure! The phone app is pretty cool to use plus you get sent some 2 for 1 deals right to your phone so its a win win!

Wow! What a wonderful time we had! Cabin was great! Plenty of room for all of us! Hot tub was perfect and the game room entertained the kids for hours a day! Great customer service and very delightful personalities! Any problems and they are there to fix it in a few minutes! You can't go wrong with Eden Crest!
