We checked out..a couple hours later I called to say I had forgotten 2 ladies' blazers and a dress in the master bedroom closet. Someone was supposed to call me back. 3 days later...no call. I called and was told cleaning crew did not turn anything in. I said but it was not in my car it WAS in the closet. I told her the cleaners must have taken them. She said they havent had trouble. That was it..conversation over.
I called back and spoke to a manager. I was being very nice as well. I know I left it there and told them I'd pay to have it sent back to me but they canNOT STEAL from guests either.
I want them to ask the cleaners face to face whether they took it or didnt even look in the closet.
I was not happy with their lack of help. :(
