We had a poor experience at Eden Crest- poolish behavior house. My family stayed in this large cabin in July for a family reunion. We were very disappointed we the state of the cabin. First, we were not allowed to check in until 4 p.m. but the cleaners had not touched a thing yet and then spent 2 hours cleaning the cabin! The pool cleaner came a few hours later and didn't treat our hot tub with chemicals, making the water stink a few days in. When we brought this to management's attention, they told us it was our fault and would charge us $50 to have the pool cleaner come back!!

In addition, Eden Crest misrepresented the property online. They claimed to have wii games, but none were in the cabin and when we told management, they did not bring any over. The pool table is in horrible shape, so bad that a decent game cannot be played. Online it boasts that their are arcade games. Well those games exist, but not one works!

On top of everything, the batteries in our smoke detectors had not been changed recently and started beeping insesantly the first night. Waking up most of the house!

When we told Eden Crest management, the offered us NOTHING. They seemed to care less about our family's situation! None of us will EVER stay in one of these rentals again or recommend them to a friend.
