This agency failed to let me know that construction is going on all around my cabin. We were just woke up for the third morning in a row at 7:30 am from hammers and concrete machines... When I called the office to confront them about this they explained that it says on their website that construction is going on in the area, which is NOT true. Why wouldn t the employees or the booking person on the phone explain this? Very shady business tactics. The cabin was filthy upon arrival, and pool is not heated, Wasted lots of money on a 5 day stay with this company. Not safe for children at all by the way, there is supposed to be a pool alarm, yep not one... and the railing on all floors is so loose it could fal off if you barley push it. Construction ruined my whole entire trip... You obviously can not trust this origination to disclose what s going on before they take your money. We drove a long way to stay here, my weekend would have been better spent in a hotel. Avoid at all costs. Very unprofessional...
