My husband and I and two kids stay at briarstone 13c this past week we called and complained to the management about a group of church youth that was in the condo above us and the time they arrived around 11:45 until the time we left early a day early this was the most unruly Rowdy rude obnoxious not caring bunch of children and I expect children to be unruly at times but they had a group of adults who were supposed to be responsible for this kids and they were not and the management told me they spoke to them on several occasions the police ended up being called and it's still got worse and the management did not care I would not recommend this place for anyone to stay there poor management not caring aggravation management line said manager was there one day not there one day no call backs no response the worst place I've ever stayed in the smokies and will never and will never recommend this to anyone we called a management so many times to complain and was lied to each time we were called they were told about a bee's nest my children ended up being stung and some other children did as well they did not care
