We are very unhappy with your service Eden Crest Vacation Rentals. Due to the recent fires we can t access the cabin we paid for. In contacting for a refund we were advised you would not be refunding us for the cabin we had booked for this weekend even though we can't access it. You advised that you don't even know if the cabin is still standing. But you can tell me that I am not allowed to go to the cabin or get my money back. I also saw other complaints on the Better Business Bureau from other people not getting refunds for cabins for the upcoming weeks that they can't access. And like me, you can t tell them if the cabins are still standing but you won't refund them. I advised this was the only time we could attend. And of course you don't care about that. I should get the service I paid for and if you can t provide me the service I paid for, you should refund me. Instead you make me change my date. I didn t pay for another date. I paid for December 2-4th. And then you tell me that you can t say if the cabin I paid for is even there, so if it is not there you will contact me to find another cabin. POOR POOR BUSINESS!! I will never use Eden Crest Vacation Rentals again. This is just bad business and very poor taste on your end. You have a lot of customers who have used you for years who will never use you again because of the way you are handling this. My husband and I will be sure to let everyone we know the terrible experience we are having with your company. Just bad business practices.
