Absolutely irritated with the whole experience and...

Absolutely irritated with the whole experience and their unprofessionalism in dealing with the customer!
We stayed in one of Eden Crust s cabins Picture Perfect . As the name says, absolutely a picture perfect view outside a photogenic view filled with colors. But the cabin experience was horrible. The AC in the ground unit was not working, Hot tub temperature controller is broken and absolutely hard to navigate the buttons, outdated kitchen utensils and interestingly, the ceiling above stove counter top was leaking from the bathroom upstairs(there was a note to keep the shower liner in at all times to prevent leaking but despite our best efforts to keep the shower liner in, the bathroom floor leaked straight into your pot on the stove in the kitchen). So you better cover your pots while cooking.
Now, the attitude of the cleaners as they walked in ! We were shocked and so disgraced to see the cleaning crew closing their nose as soon as they entered the house as if they entered into a morgue. They were either too ignorant of the fact that people cook and eat, although different or they were outright not trained how to behave. Either ways, this was very unprofessional and uncourteous !
But the most disappointing thing was to see an email a week later from the management, charging us a fee of $485 for additional carpet cleaning. Interestingly, they had attached a few pictures with candy wrappers on the floor, sofa stain & beer bottles in the trash (wondering who put those bottles when our group doesn t drink beer). Still can t fathom why in the world anyone charges $485 for removing chocolate wrapper & juice stain from a sofa that typically comes out with a Clorox wipe. This was clearly extortion with a cooked up case, and some pictures that were too childish (like candy wrapper on the floor ? Seriously?). We have been trying to call for a week only to get a response saying manager is not available and would call back. Absolutely irritated with the whole experience and their unprofessionalism in dealing with the customer! Appreciate if we could resolve this...
