Our family (of 15) stayed at Family Valley Lodge this past week, while this was our 2nd time staying in this cabin, were disappointed this time in the offices' response actions to our needs. Called re: the grill around 2:00p, maintenance came 24 hrs later next day, told us only 1 staff for maintenance. Called re: 3 family members being stung by wasps, 1 fr inside cabin on top floor. We believe they were getting in thru one of the windows. Found 1 or 2 roaches during 1st couple days, didn't think much of it, but on our last day, woke up to a kitchen of roaches everywhere. Of course spoke w/office & owners, both informed us of being sorry but nothing else could be done. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED
