One star being generous, this place of business is incompetent and lacks professionalism putting things politely. My family and friends spent thousands of dollars months in advanced to spend quality time together during this holiday season and celebrate the new year. Upon arrival to our cabin there were people already staying there. Confused and assuming there must have been some miscommunication we contacted Eden Crest Vacation and they agreed to put us in a condo for the night hoping to work things out by morning. 24 hrs later we are now stranded 600 miles from home, no where to stay, with their best offer a home with no hot water. We were guaranteed our money back and have yet to see a dime, this company is unreliable and irresponsible. You re better off just staying at home!!
