I traveled with my family to this beautiful establishment in June 2020 until I started settling in I noticed the shower was dirty with a muddy shower curtain the kitchen had food all over the counter and in the sink. The bedspread is dingy the bath tub were dirty with Hair from the previous occupant. Refrigerator was leaking the whole stay. I complained as soon as I checked in and seen the condition of the cabin/condo the establishment is beautiful But housekeeping did a horrible job on the upkeep after each cabin is checked out of I seen a bedbug my last day and I notified Eden Crest and I was told buy Stacy that the last Occupant had a lot of people and was extremely dirty and that they were afraid that this would happen and they will call me back after they inform the owners of what was going on I took pictures and sent them to them of all the things that were going on.They have gave me two complimentary tickets to
Ripleys believe it or not aquarium and told me that should be sufficient for all the things that I felt were wrong. Stay at your own risk yes facility is extremely beautiful but the upkeep is not that great!
