My family and I planned this vacation months in advance, for the Christmas holidays. It was schedule from 12/24/20 thru 12/27/20. We were extremely excited and anxious to experience our first White Christmas. We stayed at the The Estate at Little Cove. An hour after we checked in on Christmas Eve the lights went out and never came back on. We were without lights and heat for 4 days in temperatures dropping as low as 19 degrees. When we called the property managers at Eden Crest Vacation Rentals, everyday, for some type of resolution, their response was the same, there is nothing we can do. Regardless, of the fact we shared that we had an elderly person, heart patient and two infants were included in our party. the response didn t change. There was no empathy nor attempts made to switch our location, provide a back up generator, etc. Again, we were told nothing can be done. They turned what was expected to be the best vacation into the worst experience ever!!!
