Everyone lied, everyone was disrespectful. Unfortunately, EXACTLY what you'd expect from car salesmen. And, I hate stereotypes, but these people took the cake. We made an agreement about a vehicle, then the next day they added almost $900 to the price. When confronted about it, we were told, "At least it's not $1,000!". Seriously? If it's "... not $1,000!", why wouldn't you be willing to take that back off of the original agreed upon price? Then we were also told they've had the same conversation with EVERYONE that came in that day?! Proper communication takes both sides, and they dropped the ball then walked off the court on that one. To top it off, it takes us almost an hour to drive down to the hovel. They knew that. They were told the first day we were there that we'd be back the very next day. They knew. They didn't care. Very glad our money went elsewhere.
And, everyone else who wasn't sitting lying to customers were lounging in chairs as if at their home playing on their phones. Chairs meant for customers. Seeing people standing around waiting for extended periods of time, didn't offer seats. Too busy being balls deep in the chairs, and their phones. Think I even saw a guys stomach...
Seriously, worst place ever. Worst expierence ever. I'm the optimistic person who gives everyone the benefit of the doubt and does my best to understand, but there wasn't any reason for any of this.

I purchased my Volkswagen Jetta from DeMontrond brand new in 2007. I will NEVER purchase from them again or even take my car in for service. It seems that every time I take my car in they want to charge me an arm and a leg. On my latest service request DeMontrond tried to make me spend over $6000 unnecessarily. Luckily for me I took my car to vdub Autohaus and I was informed that the issue I was having was a recall (VW extended warranty). They advised me that the dealership has to do the warranty work; my car needed the transmission valve body replaced. I took my car to DeMontrond and told them what needed to be done and provided evidence of the issue and they STILL they refused to do the warranty work. They instead quoted me almost $6000 for transmission work!! In the end, I had to take my car to VW of the Woodlands to get the warranty work done. VW of the Woodlands immediately recognized and fixed the issue. My car has been perfect since. Thanks to Vdub Authohaus I saved money I didn t have in the first place. I have had other issues with my VW and DeMontrond has NEVER been helpful. Another example: 3 yrs ago, just months after my warranty expired, my headliner started falling apart DeMontrond offered to charge me for the repair and did not offer any advice on possibly getting VW to cover the repair. I had to figure out how to call VW of America myself and convince them to pay for my falling headliner.

We found a used RV on the Demondtrond website and we were put in touch with Wayne Montez. We were dealing from 300 miles away, but our experience could not have been better. Wayne was honest and straight from the start, and when we arrived at the dealer, every glitch was taken care of very smoothly. We are impressed with Demontrond RV. If you are in Houston and shopping for an RV, be sure to stop by Demondtrond and say Hi to Wayne Montez.

They are getting stars because I got my dream car, because service wise... there wasn t any service. My first visit I sat there waiting, walking & looking around but no help. Make sure you start your process ahead of time and make an appointment to get help. I watched an entire movie while waiting on the finance guy even though I paid cash for my car like whaaaa LOL!

I ve never heard of a dealer saying I had to finance with them only and not my credit union. I called several other dealers and they all accept credit union and bank draft letters. too bad.. I wanted this vehicle! Blamed it on Covid. I work in this business and we accept all financing, too bad I can t trade for what I want

After having one of the most frustrating bait and switch experiences at Gay Kia in south Houston, DeMontrond and their sales associate Todd Richards fixed everything and saved the faith . To make a long story short the manager confirmed and promised my wife that they had several Kia Souls on the lot for the advertised price of $14,499. After making the 2 hour trip with our two little ones, looking at and test driving the car, and finally sitting down to do the paperwork (did I mention the two little ones in the background) the sales rep brings us a bill of sale for over $19K. After a firm no and we want the one priced at $14,499 the manager brings us his best deal close to $17K.
Lesson learned, stay away for Gay Kia and go see Todd Richards at DeMontrond. Todd was amazing and believe it or not we got the car for the price we were originally expecting to pay. Thank you DeMontrond for making our car buying experience what it should be hassle free and exciting.

I had a great experience here last weekend when I purchased my 2017 GTI. I was friendly greeted by Adam P. when I walked in. I told him I was looking for a 2017 GTI because I would be trading in my 2010 Jetta TDI soon for the buyback. He let me look at a few GTIs and did not rush me in my purchase! I was indecisive on color and actually changed my mind. He walked me through the whole process and explained what I was signing when I was doing the paperwork. He was easy to talk to and the process was seamless. I got a great deal, the negotiation was painless. The dealership was very clean. Mike, one of the managers, walked by several times and thanked me for my business and was very accommodating. Adam made sure my phone was connected to the Android Auto app on my GTI before I left the lot! I also met the service manager, Daniel N. and he reassured me that my car would be in good hands! I've taken my 2010 Jetta TDI here numerous times for DSG flush/AC/oil changes and he did not let me down! I love my new 2017 GTI and I look forward to returning to this dealership for service and future sales!

No one ever called me or responded to my review. Instead of making repairs to trailer, they lowered the price on unit. This tells me everything I need to know about the Integrity of this dealership. Based on my experience, I must assume that all these negative reviews are legitimate. It seems these guys take in trailers, detail them and put them up for sale. No testing, no repairs, no nothing. SAD!

Mr. Owner, out of 11 reviews only 3 are positive which means you are at about 27% customer satisfaction. Mr. Owner, that is unacceptable! First I'd like to thank you for taking the time to read and respond to these reviews. Mr. Owner you need to stop and ask yourself why are so many customers unhappy. Here's my experience: I'm in the dallas area and I was interested in a 5th wheel that I saw on your website. I called and spoke to Tim, I asked him for best price he said he would CALL me back and he TEXT me and said 26k, I text him back with my counter offer and I didn't hear from him anymore. Next day I called and spoke to Marshall Smith, I told him what happened with Tim and he apologized. I talked to him about the price, he said to go on website and fill out a credit app and he would call me back. Filled out app and didn't hear from Mr. Smith anymore. Instead I received a bunch of pictures from Tim via text. Tim assured me unit was not smoked in and was in GREAT condition. Received call from Tim and I told him I had filled out a credit app. He said he would get app and talk to his boss about trying to get me a better price. He then text me and said 26k was the lowest, I offered 25k and didn't get a response, then I text him again and offered $25,500. Tim then responds and tells me that he went to look at unit and noticed slides were no good and sent me pictures of slides and pictures of other things that were wrong with unit. I didn't respond and didn't hear from him anymore. WOW!!! Tim initially said unit was in GREAT shape and he knew no one had smoked in it because he had been in that unit NUMEROUS times, if that was true, wouldn't he had notice ALL these things wrong with it before? Now if he was being honest and did in fact just noticed ALL these things wrong with it, that means that you guys have a unit listed on your website with bad slides and a bunch of other things wrong with it and you're now aware of the issues and still have it listed as a great buy. When you take a unit in, don't you inspect it? Don't you make sure everything is in working condition? Wouldn't bad slides be something obvious? Or did Tim just not want to negotiate with me anymore and lost a customer over $500. I was a serious buyer, truth be told if i didn't like the financing agreement, i was willing to write you a check for the full amount. Mr. Owner I have described my experience to the best of my memory. Please talk to Tim and Marshall, I would love to hear their side of the story. Feel free to call me, both Tim and Marshall should have my number. Mr. Owner if my side of the story is true (which it is), you have a huge problem on your hands and you need to make some changes instead of having to sit there and respond to ALL these negative reviews.

My wife and I had a great experience shopping for a Tiguan with "AC" Adam. He was professional and interested in selling the car that fit our needs rather than being pressure selling like the typical salesman. Their price was $2k lower than what I received elsewhere. My wife end up choosing another brand since she's used to driving BMW and like their handling , but I plan on coming back here to shop for a SUV in the near future.

We got our new Beetle here with a good deal. The salesman Troy is warm and helpful. He shows almost every functionalities of the car to us in details during our test driving. He can answer everything you'd like to know about these VW cars. However, their showroom is not that friendly for customers. No water or coffee. It's so wired that Troy have to buy drinks for us from a vendor machine inside their building.

I have owned rv's for over 50 years and never had worst warranty service. My 5th wheel has been in shop for one month. I made an appointment for service 2 months before I brought it in expecting them to start soon after I dropped it off. Their SOP is to put you in the cue when you drop it off! No need for appointment. They will get to when they can. I called yesterday to check on progress and was told that my service writer was gone. I asked the service guy I was talking to about my status and he started reading a list of repairs that was for some other rv. I asked him to findout the status of MY rv and call back with correct information...over 24 hrs no reply what so ever. Thier shop is 50 miles from my house. I have a DeMontrond dealer 10 miles away in Texas City. Problem is they don't service DRV rvs. That was a factor in my purchase...close service. Should have checked it nout. By the way Thor recently bought out DRV witch severly limits the number of shops that will do Thor warranty work.I have travel plans that they are aware of. I will call them now and remind them of my pickup date on way or the other. Based on what has happened so far I beginng to doubt yhey are even capable of doing the work I need.

I've been to this VW many times, first of all they sold me a used part yesterday morning. today my mechanic installed it and it was leaking, so we took it off and went to go asked if i could exchange it and the VW parts sales person said " i cant take used parts" well you shouldn't sell me a used part in the first place either. so now i have a part i cant exchange , paid over 300 dollars for and now im going to have to buy a new one or lets hope its new... second of all , the staff but two people are so not help full , most give you attitude, look at you as if you don't know what you're talking about. When i first got my VW i was so excited now thinking about trading it in for a different brand car, since VW costumer service is not even a service or cares for their costumers. 10/10 do not recommend , don't waste your time.

Horrible, My Son went to return a lease Kia, salesman Griflin E. promised him that if he leased another car would not have to pay wear and tear. He then went and spoke with sales manager Chris B, he told my son that sometimes salesmen say things they don't mean. We are now talking with collection agency and he informed us that this is unfortunate but he gets these situations all the time, just because they want a commission. Shame on you.

I looked into a Kia Optima at this dealer with Michael Diaz. Michael was very relatable. From the minute we talked numbers on the car I could tell he was on my side and wanted to provide an honest business process to me, which I appreciated. Although we were unable to reach a final close, I appreciated Michael's good attitude and openness with me and my brother exploring the Optima LX and SX. Ask for Mike when you walk into this dealership. I liked him more than his manager, who seemed kind of pushy and smooth-talker compared to Mike's easygoing manner.

Got transferred to Brandon's voice mail and made a verbal request for service. No return call; had to find someone else. I won't be bothering Demonstrond again.

Everyone was very helpful and cordial and the facility was spotless. My salesperson, Keith M., provided a great experience and I will definitely be back to purchase my next vehicle.

My experience at DeMontrond Kia was outstanding. Viewing their inventory online was simple and fast. Having called ahead, my salesperson and selected vehicle were at the door waiting for me when I arrived. The entire process of finalizing my lease was as fast and painless as it could possibly be; I drove off in my new car an hour and a half after walking in.

Special mention must be given to my salesperson, AC, for his outstanding work. Before I drove off the lot, he noticed an issue with my car (an upholstery defect). Rather than have me choose a different car and redo everything, he simply told me to take my car, come by in the next week or two, and he would have it repaired and give me a loaner car.

I agreed, but had just the tiniest bit of apprehension about it. After all, the real measure of a company's customer service culture is in how they treat you after they already have your money, and car dealerships in particular are infamous for not giving customers the time of day once they drive off the lot. In this case, I'm happy to say that AC was great. He was in constant communication, he was happy to help me even though I'm sure he had other things to do, and he got me back my car faster than promised or expected. He's an asset to his company, and I'll refer friends and family to him by name in the future.

8 months ago, I wrote a review for Demontrond RV service in Houston on I-45. I gave them two stars and at that time I thought that was a gift! I tried to enter a new review referring to the old review but google would only let me update and wouldn't let me leave the old one there. Suffice it to say that the first review was not very good. Only two stars and as I stated before, that was a gift at best. Although, I stand by everything I stated in my last review, however, after this last trip to Demontrond, I have updated their score the Four Stars. I would have been five but I can't do that because of the previous visit. I always give someone a second chance and Demontrond came through this time for me.

My service rep was Brandon and I made an appointment to have my Forever Warranty service inspection done. I brought the trailer in at the designated time and was met by Brandon. We did the paperwork and I left the trailer there with them. He told me that I could be as early as the end of the week that I brought it in. It took a little longer because they had to check with Forest River about some other warranty work. All in all, it took about a week and a half. That was satisfactory for me.

I was treated with respect and had all my questions answered before I even left the trailer.

Upon pickup, they moved my trailer to a location where it was easy to hook up my truck and I had no problem pulling the trailer out of the lot.

Thanks to Brandon, it was a painless trip to Demondtrond.

Got there as the doors opened. Waited all day as I was juggled alongside many other customers at the same time. Was told all day that I could get financed for the equity I had. At final paperwork they asked for additional down on top of what was already provided . They wasted my whole day and didn't care at all about that. I'm tired, hungry, sad, angry, and confused at how I can be such a sap by coming into this place. Disappointing. Thought y'all wanted to sell a car.

Since I am going on my 5th car from here, this 5 star review is probably way overdue. I have always gotten consistently solid service from this dealership and I have been buying our family cars here since 2004. ( You see Stan the Man for the best deals! ),
But today, Dwayne, Sam and Daniel in the VW service department gave me NEXT LEVEL treatment and I really appreciate it. You guys all rock!! Thanks you for fitting me in, putting up with me when I was irrationally crabby ( Dwayne), hooking me up with a less expensive fix to my problem ( Daniel) and giving above and beyond care after I left something important behind in the loaner car ( Sam). Thank you SO SO SO much!!!

Agreed on a sales price for a Sierra with their internet marketing dept. When I arrived to finalize deal they tell me the truck is at a different location & offer to sell me a "better equipped" model. I insist on the unit I had made the deal on, they told me it would take a week to arrive & I had to put down a deposit; I agreed. 10 days later they give me a b.s. story saying it had been sold already at the other location. Big waste of time.

I can honestly say that I had the best experience with this dealership. Tod Richards was my sales person and he worked out an excellent deal on my car. I am totally in love with my new car. It has been one of my biggest blessings and I am so grateful for them moving mountains for me. I totally recommend buying a car from them. Make sure you ask for Tod Richards and tell them Misty sent you lol!!!!! Oh and i cant forget my financing manager.. She was honest and i wish I could remember her name but I appreciate her honesty. And i want to thank both of them for their help and honesty.

I don't usually take time to write a review but this is so awful I feel a responsibility to other potential buyers.

1. Hard Inquiry on my credit that was not authorized - Wrote a check for the vehicle. This was not being financed.

2. Was promised vehicle on Monday - The forgot their shop was not open (how could they not know.. they work there!) that day to "inspect" car. Why would they sell car that was not "inspected" and tell me it was a "good car".

3. They delivered the car to our residence (least they could do).. FORGOT the temporary license plates so it could not be driven. told us to print out the plates and put them on. (really?) Plates were finally sent overnight but we were without a car now for 3 days

4. After the cash sale - we were asked to wait to talk to Allstate guy..as they withheld our paperwork.. Cheeseball insurance sales pitch... really, is this necessary?? wasted 30 minutes here... waiting and listening to whiny family business BS "we sell insurance"

5. Day 16 Air conditioning is out - Was likely injected with coolant before sale do mask root problem

But what stays with me is the sales manager (Kevin) comments when we wanted to cancel the deal since they could not deliver the car when they promised. He said, "well, we kinda have your check". This is what does not leave my mind.

Do you want to do business with people like this? Do yourself a favor, there are MANY dealers in Houston.. This is NOT one to be trusted and they demonstrate a huge lack of competence and I question their integrity.

After having a 2016 Kia Soul for a month, it was totally flooded. I was broken hearted, not knowing how to get transportation again. I call DeMontrond and spoke with Todd Richards. He encouraged me and assisted me in financing another vehicle. They can even helped for whose cars was in the flood. What a relief! They truly was a God sent. I was treated very special. And in a timely fashion.

I really wanted to give them the highest rating possible. My first 2 services went well. 1st Service: oil change, Filter etc. 2nd Service: Changed Serpentine valve along with associated parts at recommendation of 1st service. 3rd Service: My car leaked power-steering fluid and brought it in for a fix. The repair cost $2400 because in addition to replacing power steering motor they had to change out the belt, when I went to pickuk the car, I realized that atleast $1000 charged was work done on 2nd Service. I refused to pay the asking price and their manger conceded that they did not have to change the belt and rollers because nothing was wrong with them. I did not pickup the car because of all the work that had to be done. next day I picked up the car, it ran fine until I got to my apartment(Saturday), Sunday I wanted to go shopping and the car had the same failure as before, leaking power steering fluid. I dropped off the vehicle at the dealership. and informed them that I was going to be away on vacation for two weeks. They promised to ensure that my car was ready for pickup when I come back, after my vacation I went to dealership and nobody could tell me about my the status of my car. I had to wait for one of the Service Advisor to return to work as he was off that day, I was then offered a loaner car, the next day(tuesday) I was told by Service Advisor that my car is not ready as they are waiting on a part and once they have it they'll install it and my car should ready.

I picked up the car on Friday, I was told that the technician have TRIPLE-CHECKED my car to ensure no recurrence of the problem, I checked my vehicle and noticed that my iPod connected inside the glove compartment box is missing. I informed service advisor about this and he said that he would inform his manager when he comes back to dealership, to date I haven't had anything. After I drove the vehicle for 10 mins I realized that the steering wheel was out of alignment, even though my car was triple checked they still missed the alignment. I drove the car back to dealership to have the alignment fixed, and it was done 90 mins later at no cost. I went home with the vehicle, I did not drive it on Saturday, on Sunday I drove the vehicle in an attempt to visit friends in Louisiana. Barely 20 mins after leaving my home, the drive belt for powersteering and alternator came off, rendering the vehicle undriveable. I had the vehicle towed back to the dealership, which was closed, towing company used drop service. As I'm writing this review its 5PM Monday, there has been no attempt fro the dealership to call me and inform me that they are taking care of this, in fact they don't even know where my car is despite me calling them at 9 AM to inform them that I had the car dropped there last evening at 6:31PM. I then called two times to find out of my car has been located without any reciprocatory phone call. I'm really disappointed with the customer service.

I purchased my 2013 KIA Optima at Demontrond. I am very happy with it and I have all my maintenance done there. Recently I was charged $64.66 for routine service and later received an email with a coupon telling me that for a limited time the same services were being offered for $39.95. When I called to see if I could get the lower rate at first they said no but I was later contacted personally by Jordan McGovern the service manager. He refunded the difference and he also made arrangements to ensure that I will receive future coupons in a timely manner.They really are Thankful. Thanks to Jordan I am planning on keeping my KIA maintenance program with Demontrond because they offer the best service for the car and the customer.

I wish I could put negative stars. I bought a car from this dealership and went back to them to get a defective tire replaced. Their service department was shameful. They misrepresented the facts to draw me into their store. Then they wasted several hours of my time.

I don't blame the guys working there. When I complained to management, they could have cared less about my experience and what was going on under their noses. I would avoid this dealership if you are into honesty and customer service.

DeMontrond was recommended to me by a fiend who said they are the best. my first car here was used but still had a warranty, about 6 moths later battery died i took it in to their shop. i was told the battery was shot and new one plus the labor they put in was crazy, and the kicker my warranty expired? early. so they told me "we will make a special deal for you" and put me in a new kia hybrid. full warranty, everything. i took the car into shop for some body work after i was hit. i get i call later saying "we are almost done, but you battery is bad and needs to be replaced" now hybrid batteries are really expensive plus labor. should be covered under that warranty i got... "your warranty ended on the 2 of jan 17" but i bought the car in Feb. i should have one more month. "we are going to make you an offer" they will take my car in trade plus 1k down and i will get a new car again. adding the remaining balance to the new loan. i ask to speak with my sells man and told he doesnt work there anymore ok how about the next guy nope hes off today, okay? can i speak with demontrond "he does not take calls" stange? i call allstate where he also works i leave a message on his phone, but never called but. it has been a couple of days now and i have not heard back from anyone. i'm paying for a car i cant seem to get back. guys what is going on here

Worked with Raul Mendoza and Jeff McNatt. Great customer service!!! Did not have to spend hours there. It was quick and easy with a great price. I have bought 7 cars now from different dealerships and I have to say this has been the best experience of all. Looking forward in working with them again.

Coust my $2800 to get it fixed now my slave cylinder went out and they say it's the hydraulic line that's not compatible so they want me to pay $150 for the new line and on top of that they stole my mom's credit card info last time my car was there this dealership is the worst about calling you back and updating you if my car didn't have the warranty on the part my car wouldn't be there. Miss Gina was my service adviser both times.

It pains me to have to write this review. Shopping for your first car should be an exciting time. Unfortunately, I was too trusting with Demondtrond.

A week prior I had received a quote for just over 23k for a Volkswagon Tiguan. When I arrived to the dealership the quote that was handed to me was for just over 24k. (Classic case of checking to see if they could sneak one past me if I did not read all of the paperwork). Luckily I had the original quote on my phone - while I was trying to pull it up, Keith Muhammad (Sales rep I was working with) said it was "Not that big of a deal, an extra $1000 is only like a $20 a month extra payment". I rebuttal-ed and finally got the price I had originally been quoted for.

Now to insurance. Even though I had sent my insurance to Keith prior and SPECIFICALLY SAID I DID NOT WANT ANY EXTRAS JUST THE CAR- I was still hassled to buy their insurance. I declined.

Now to financing. When I gave my information to do a credit check, they sent my credit to SIX DIFFERENT PLACES KNOCKING DOWN MY CREDIT SCORE TO THE LOWEST THEY COULD TO RAISE MY INTEREST RATE. (more on this later) The dealership tried to slap me with a 10.99% interest rate and then baited and flipped the numbers to discuss monthly payments so I would not catch on to what the total cost would be.

After walking out, the Sales Manager, Mike, called and tried to get me to continue to buy the car. I asked for him to decrease the price by $1000 for trying to trick me. He declined and said there was nothing he could do.

I decided to shop around. Mike was offended that I would even look at other dealerships. (LADIES RESPONSIBLE CAR BUYERS ALWAYS LOOK AROUND). When I told Mike I was not going to purchase the car he said a new rebate came out and he would take $1000 off the price. I responded that had he done that on Tuesday he would have had a deal. He said it was not available on Tuesday, however never felt it was necessary to mention the savings until after I had told him I was no longer interested in purchasing a car from him.

Enter my banker. When he took a look at my credit score it was 45 POINTS HIGHER THAN THE ONE THE FINANCE MANAGER OF DEMONDTROND TOLD ME. Back to the dealership running my credit multiple times my banker mentioned that how much they spit me out to it appeared as if I WENT TO 6 DIFFERENT DEALERSHIPS.

I am so grateful I did not succumb to their pressure and went with my guy. LADIES DO NOT GO HERE ALONE. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!! STAYYYYY FARRRRR AWAYYYYY. Go to the other 2984279 dealerships in Houston.

When I came into the dealership, everything was better than I expected. From negotiating the price to being handed the keys I was impressed. Shaun Gurka was a great sales person. I went in and told him what we were looking for and he found exactly what I wanted for my price point. The managers were excellent and worked well within my needs and made sure that I was well taken care of. Unfortunately, within a month, my BRAND NEW Jetta was ran over by some guy in a work van. But that brings me to the Collision Center. They have worked very hard at getting my car fixed in under a week and a half and getting it back to me. Scott at the Collision Center has kept me informed the entire way and he worked VERY hard to get me into a rental car! I'm really thankful for the level of service that I've received at Demontrond and I have sent one of my friends there who recently ended up buying a vehicle and he too is thrilled with his experience! Bought a used trailer. The title was send to me (in Florida). When I received it and tried to transfer the title and register the trailer, I was told that this is impossible. The name of the previous owner and his signature do not match, when they sold it to Demontrond-RV. Previous owner also died 6 years ago. Whoever sold it to Demontrond is unknown. The papers provided with the signature are not signed by a notary. Tax office said they can not transfer the title, if the person who signed the papers never owned the trailer.

I am unable to register this trailer now under my name and address in Florida.
Also I can not sell the trailer, as I do not own it, nor is my name on the title.
Tax collectors wont help me.
Unsure if DemontrondRV will ever help me out of that situation.
My best solution would be to burn down that trailer somewhere, as it is unusable.

I submitted my desired vehicle to many dealerships electronically, Todd at Demontrond was one of the few who actually kept it simple and actually answered my actual questions and needs. In the end, I went with this dealership and challenged Todd to get me in and out in record time (I applied for credit in advance). After test driving I came back and we completed all the necessary paperwork in 9 mins. I was specific with my requests and very appreciative that Todd listened and was able to make this so easy for me.

Worst sales experience i have received at any rv dealership. Aske to see all the roadtreks, to see all the floor plans. Salesman said "all of them?" In a tone of voice that indicated he was put out. There were only about 7 or 8, 2 were already open and he opened 2 more and left, not to be seen again. We also would have liked to look at a couple of small motor homes, but did not see the salesman again. We walked across the lot, past the main doors, and got into our car and left. No one said anything to us. My wife did call and complain to the management but this does not excuse the fact that their salesman cost them a sale by not accommodating the customers.

I took my trailer to DeMontrond off of 45 in Spring Tx, on March 8th. I was told by my service adviser Emmanuel that they would have my trailer for two weeks, I even questioned him because that didn't seem that long to fix the items that i needed fixing. I did not hear back from him until I called him to check on the progress (I had to call him 4 times before he returned my call on March 23rd). I was told that my trailer would be ready by Friday March 24th, the service guys was working on the lights when i questioned him about the things that should have been fixed I found out that they have forgotten that they needed to check my cable connections. I waited to hear from him and still nothing, I called him 4-6 times again and he returned my call on April 28th to tell me that they were waiting on parts from Forest River for my lights. He was very rude and told me that I was not the only person that needed parts from Forest River, I told him that i realize that they are very busy and the only thing I would like was for someone to let me know that it would take longer then expected and his comment was that it was his bad. I am sorry but the customer service here is horrible!!! I come from customer service and I would not allow any of my employees to treat anyone like this!

I specifically asked if DeMontrond Texas City could do the "Warranty Forever" work on the Kia

I went to DeMontrond Texas City to verify: NO, I would have to go to Gay Kia in Dickinson (unfortunately I had waited a week, so felt I was trapped with the Kia Soul PLUS)
If I had known DeMontrond TC could NOT service the KIA,
I could have made an informed decision:
Stick with Hyundai so I could continue with DeMontrond TC?
OR buy the Kia and deal with calling in to DeMontrond's Warranty Forever EVERY TIME I brought the Kia into service at GAY Kia Dickinson?
I feel that choice was taken away from me by a lie
I feel trapped and unhappy

Not to mention the deals each time were awesome. I purchased the prepaid maintenance and it s been great so far. The guys in the service department are great as well. Polite, very knowledgeable, and they re also car enthusiasts. If there are any problems they will fix it right away, no BS. I will keep recommending everyone I know. Awesome dealership.

Service department does not listen! My husband and I scheduled our 2016 XC90 Inscription in for a look over before the 50K mile warranty expired along with three (more!) recall issues. Over the phone, my husband clearly told them what we wanted and a service rep confirmed with a manager they would do that. When I arrived at the dealer to drop the car off I noticed the paperwork stated the car was in for a 50K service and I corrected the service rep and also clearly stated we did NOT want them to do the 50K service, just look it over for warranty purposes and let us know BEFORE they did any work. Needless to say that didn't happen. My husband goes to pick it up and they've done the entire 50K service and charged him for it. When he asked why they said they don't give their cars a once over before they go out of warranty.

Ok so nevermind the fact that this was discussed several times, both on the phone and in person and cleared with a manager, but you buy a $70K car and can't get the dealer to just look it over while it's still under warranty??? Questionable customer service to say the least. Apparently, we should've bought a KIA.

I bought a 2007 Dutchman trailer from them at the beginning of August. Got it home and the grey water tank was full and plugged with large white calcium deposits, black water tank was full! Black water tank gauge wires were cut at the tank... one of the propane tank connections leak... I have leaks EVERYWHERE! When it rains we put out strategic buckets to catch most of the water! The shower pan was cracked and leaked water everywhere anytime we'd take showers! The two slideouts don't seal, the rear slideout has something growing on the carpet due to the major water and moisture leaking in it. One slideout has to be pulled out and pushed in manually to move it! Mold was growing behind the fridge and in the air vents... Just an fyi, I dont know anything about R.V.'s and was hoping by some chance that it'd be safer buying an RV from a dealership rather than a person...ITS NOT! Every single sky-light leaks water, seam for laminate ceiling leaks... The slide door doesn't seal at all, the list can continue FOREVER! This whole experience has been so horrible, I would never recommend this company to anyone that I liked or even hated...

Cons: ran credit through demontrond even though I told them I was preaprroved with capital one and I asked them not to run it. Salesman seemed uninterested in selling me the car I wanted becuase I didn't want to buy the car he was trying to sell me. The car I ended up buying mileage was 400+ miles over than advertised mileage. They only gave me 1 key and said they couldn't find the other but to check back when I picked up the plates. Picked up plates 4 weeks later and they still couldn't find keys. They gave me the Kia salesman number to call about the key. I spoke to him 1 time and he said he'd call me back in 10 mins and I never got a call back. I called for two weeks straight, left multiple messages and spoke to other people that directed me to his number which he never answered. Last week, in the midst of me filing a BBB complaint I received a call saying they had to order me a key. Hopefully I can receive my key in a timely matter so I won't have to call and hound Kia again.

Just bought a new vehicle from this dealership. The buying process was fair, and relatively easy. I never felt pushed, rushed, or demeaned. I felt comfortable in the dealership and am very happy with my decision. Our salesman did everything that he could to make the buying process seamless and convenient.
