I have purchased many cars over my lifetime,[I'm 74], and I need to tell everyone that the experience I had buying my new Kia at Demontrond Kia was the best. Martin Carbajal was my salesman and he and the staff at DeMontrond made it quick,easy,and pleasant.
While test-driving a used vehicle these people sold it out from underneath me.
I was very excited thinking I had found the used vehicle of my dreams. Only for the salesman to come back out of the dealership to tell me they sold it to somebody else while we were driving it! Zero ethics. My mother is looking to buy a brand new Hyundai, guess what not from DeMontrond.
I have a Jetta and every time I've been in for maintenance the service team has been excellent. They are polite, quick and when I get my car back it is always clean. I was out of town when I had to have the last maintenance done and though the service team there was efficient it was not the same. I will try my best to only take my Jetta to DeMontrond VW from now on.

We were 2 weeks into a 6 week trip from Alberta to Florida when the Galveston winds did a very good job at trying to rip the door off our trailer. We are on a relatively tight schedule, traveling with three kids under the age of 10, so the broken door was an unwelcomed addition to our trip.
Joe and Steve jumped at the opportunity to help us get our wheels rolling as quickly as possible. We were able to leave the truck hooked up while Steve repaired our door with my wife and kids waiting in the truck. The service was fast, friendly, and better than we could have hoped for. We would recommend DeMontrond to anyone needing RV service in the Galveston/Houston area!
Had a great experience wth jasmine! She was so helpful with everything. Stayed in constant communication through the entire process. I will definitely be going back and sending her referrals in the future!!!
My 74 year old mother to her vehicle to her Kia Sorento to DeMontrond Kia to have them run diagnostics on her check engine light. There was a $175 charge for this service. The Service Advisor, Clint Grazier, Advisor No. 1539, advised that she had a blown gasket that would cost no less than $800 to replace, but couldn t provide her with a print out of the summary of what he said she needed done. We took it to 2 other repair shops to get second opinions and both confirmed she only needed a tune-up to replace her wires and sparks. It is disgusting that Clint would attempt to take advantage of the elderly. I m filing a complaint with the BBB as well.
I purchased an extended warranty (10 years total) back in 2005 and sold my car in 2011. I was told that if I sold the car before the warranty is up that I could get a prorated amount back. I filled out the paperwork and turned it in to them directly at their office back in April of 2013. They told me that it would be 6 to 8 weeks for me to receive a refund check. I have called them at least once per month after the 8 week period and have left them multiple voicemails. They still have not sent me a check.
Makes me think that they have no intention of giving me my money back and they think that I am probably going to forget about it.
Everyone I encountered was kind and courteous. My car was taken cared of and I like the report I get at the end which gave me the information that I need regarding furture services or issues if any.

Our experience with warranty work on our new Thor Motor coach was outstanding at DeMontrond RV. We did not purchase our RV at DeMontrond, however, they conducted the warranty work inspection, handled all the communications with the Thor factory, conducted the work on time and kept us informed through the whole process. Our representative, Emmanuel Romero working with us was very professional in all respects and he is a genuine ambassador for DeMontrond Service Department. We will definitely go back for our service work and we are happy to recommend DeMontrond North Fwy. and Emmanuel Romero.

Bought a brand new coach, and extra warranty Oct. 2015. Love the coach, hate the problems and Demontron service. Aside from having to replace many things upon purchase, i returned to tge God forsaken place for the "forever warranty". JOKES ON ME!! not only did they not repair or replace the motor( covered by warranty and sent by Thor) to the overhead bunk, the pain job (insurance paid almost 13k) and it looks like a 3yr old did it. Bubbles everywhere!. Once i got it back, almost 1.5 mos later (reminder : 2015 coach, service for their warranty), the everything that we had working, is broken. The stove didnt work, rear a/c, satellite system...etc. Whatever you do, avoid these crooks. We brought it up to the service manger upon pick up and he was absolutely worthless. We live 4 hours away and rented a car 3 times for this...only to pay for someone local tongic the a/c and stove. Out of pocket was more than the warranty. I will be making a claim. I hope you avoid this place!

As dealers go - buying a car is always a painful experience - this one was actually good. Jasmine, the salesperson, was nice and attentive, and I feel I got a reasonable deal without too much hassle. And I love my GTI.

Having trouble with tag department, paid cash for unit and have requested to be tagged in my home county, not Harrison county. State of Texas has a law on the books that require dealers to give customer choice of county to register vehicle in home county is different from purchased county.

Wow, based on the reviews, I think we should take our business elsewhere. We did look at the RVS ON THE Houston lot and have to say they really don't encourage "just looking to buy". You best believe if I am buying something that cost as much as my home, I will look and look and look until I am satisfied it is the one I want. Since we are planning on living in the unit full-time and will be paying cash, I don't think DeMontrond will be getting my business. The plus side of this is they did not delete the bad reviews so maybe they are trying to change their image.

Buying our new 5th wheel was made very easy and as close to enjoyable as spending a bundle could be made. David Turkelson, our salesperson could not have been nicer and made our experience easier by dealing with us over the phone and email due to the distance we had to travel!
NOT EVEN A GOOD BAIT AND SWITCH. I was looking at a new RV, or at least NEW on the Demontrond Houston website. It was a pretty good price off of MSRP (MSRP $47k- priced at $30k). In order to justify my purchase I scoured the local websites to ensure this was the best price around and it was. It was a 2016 to be sold in 2017. I got a write up of the sales contract from Salesman Tony. It clearly states that the trailer is NEW. I was going to purchase the trailer with a cashiers check and just decided to see how long it had been sitting on the lot in the Texas sun, before heading out. I called Forest River and using the VIN (Serial Number) I found out that the trailer had been built in 4/22/16 and sold on 6/13/16 (almost a year ago). It even had CUSTOMER warranty work done, requested by customer not the dealer. Since it was considered used to the factory my purchasing it would have voided any factory warranty. I did have a conversation with Rick, the Travel Trailer Manager, higher than the sales manager, and he tried to give me some line about how they may have had the floor plans mixed up and they brought it back and they could "back out the paperwork". Regardless, the warranties would have been negated. Either way it was used by someone who brought it back, and I am curious what could have been wrong with it that this "reputable" dealer would have taken it back. Oh by the way since they got "caught", when I talked to Rick it had been mysteriously sold, conveniently erasing the issue in "his mind."

I had to travel from Austin to Houston for a much better deal on a new 2018 Atlas from DeMontrond VW. Sergii and Mike Burger earned my trust. They had the car I was looking for at a great price and kept it for me until the weekend.
Knowing I was traveling, Sergii had everything waiting for me so the stay was short! The business was pleasant and no run arounds.

I just got my second car from here with no money down. They are really good y all should ask for Eric when y all go In he is the best. I m not saying y all not going to have to put any money down because everyone situation is different. But if you have Good credit then you good.
Had an appointment set for this place, it took over 2 hours to complete a simple oil change. I was told it would be no more than an hour.. turns out that estimate was way off. I will not go back here.. I am in the market for a new car as well for my wife, and based on the service center I would never buy a car here. Don't have all day to wait for an oil change, I feel like scheduling an appointment should help with that, but it does not. Terrible! I have never waited so long for an oil change, much less one I had to schedule an appointment for! Pure ridiculous! Idea.. take less appointments and treat your customers with respect by completing jobs on time.
I just purchased a used vehicle from DeMontrond. I live in SoCal and found the car on TrueCar's website. I contacted the dealership and was connect to the internet sales department and spoke with the salesman George Hobbs. I live 1,500 miles away from the dealership and I have nothing but good things to say. The communication was very good from taking my deposit to finalizing the deal, and holding the car until the transporter arrived. I also spoke to the General Sales Manager James Hartis about a couple issues I had and he got back to me right away and addressed my concerns. I would buy another vehicle from them again. I will enjoy my new convertible this summer.
The sales people here seem to care more about getting you into a car that's right for you and less about forcing a bad sale. I went here with a friend who was looking to lease a new car and I was very impressed with the entire process. I plan on going back when I'm ready to buy. We dealt with a guy named Marvin and I recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or lease a new or preowned vehicle.
Terrible communication between mechanics and service managers.
They got the work done I requested but took over twice as long as projected. They said 2 hours, then 1 more hour, just another 30 more mins, ok 10 mins were almost finished. Now I'm wondering around looking for a service "professional" and they tell me a item was damaged so it needs replacing. Another 20 mins they say... 5 hours later I have my car back. Dirtier than it was when I dropped it off. I had the work checked once I got to my home location to verify that nothing was screwed up. It was properly completed but make sure you have an entire day for these folks and don't wash your car anywhere near the time scheduled to get anything done.
I'm fairly certain the service manager had no clue how long the work would take and kept tossing me times so I would just leave them alone. This isn't the right thing to do to your customers. I don't mind waiting for 2 hours or leaving and coming back after 5 hours but to have me sit there the entire time because they have no clue is just WRONG!
I've lived in the City of Houston for over 11 years, and travel on nothing but the local Metro buses, when I made up my mind to purchase a car a friend told me about DeMontrond, I came in not knowing what i want, but ended up with a 2012 VW Jetta Se, under 20k miles that was 2015.. Today I am back getting oil change on my 2016 Jetta SE.. They made car buying easier than those buy here pay here lotts, and with this Forever Warrenty I have a totall piece of mind, without the added cost to my pocket... Proud VW owner and a Saticfied customer at Demondtrond...
I lease my cars from these guys. It usually takes some time but we get to a good price. Service is quick and the service coordinator s are good hard working people. I will come back. Looking at the new Atlas.
After having a Great experience buying my 2016 Kia Sorento from Todd Richards at an awesome price and hassle free. I went to my 1rst schedule oil change that was also free by the way , the appointment started out a little rough probably because I am defiantly not a morning person I was treated awesome. Jordan the service manager bent over backwards to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. I never write reviews but feel I had too since the experience was so great.

The day I finally decided to trade in my 18-year-old vehicle, I spent 5 hours at DeMontrond Kia. Ernestro Estrada not only understood my emotional attachment to my old car, he worked tirelessly to search high and low for the exact car I wanted. Five hours is a long time to invest in one customer, but he remained patient and supportive throughout. And, he delivered the car I wanted. With so much technology on the car, he gave me a thorough overview but then encouraged me to return as often as needed so he could ensure I was completely comfortable with it. They gave me an excellent price on my trade-in and a very fair price on my new KIA Optima.
DeMontrond RV: 888 I-45, Conroe. Deceptive High-Pressure sales tactics. Breach of Contract; withholding of consumer assets beyond terms of agreement; spiteful propagation of mental anguish. Notifications being submitted with FTC, BBB, and Thor Motor Coach Inc. Now placed in a position to litigate just to get deposit back. Stay away from this toxic consumer trap.
The Thor Motor Coach has many issues, been in the shop multiple times. We purchased the forever warranty and nobody will contact us from the dealership. We want a full refund, this unit is a lemon. We want our money back ASAP, this warranty was over 10k......They do not keep the units in good shape, and their walk through was not up to factory standards......
I have tried to give these guys my business on FOUR different occasions and they continue to prove they are a dealership I would never do business with. Lie after lie after lie. This last time I had the sales guy online disconnect me and when I reconnected he ignored my question as to why their price listed on their website was not what they offered me. Then he finally comes back and tells me I dont qualify because my credit is too good. Earlier in the conversation I was told they could match my current lease and then was told it would be $60-80 higher... same type of BS on the previous 3 occasions. Ill stick with The Woodlands VW.
Morons thrive here! I walked around for 30 min and no one wanted to help me. After sitting inside waiting for assistance, I was told that I needed to fill out a credit form. I just got there and the salesman was already asking me what my credit scre was. I told him credit wasn't an issue and he still jumped to tell me what he thought I could afford based on what I was driving! Long story short, I left 5 min after speaking to the guy! Rude, aggressive man. I bought at another Kia dealer and was treated like royalty! I bought the car I wanted cash. This place needs to start listening to what others have to say. Lost a customer for life.
Good expirience our sales rep Griffin was patient and not pushy at all I went to Cadillac they where nice but would not work with me. Mercedes passed me around to 4 people and the sales rep I had was on the phone the whole test drive. At Kia the sales rep was imformative made sure i understood the features about the car it definetly made my decision easier. Left home in a Optima SXL. Looks arent much but i think they where doing construction to their building give it a shot.
Made an appointment over the phone, dude was super cool, we had some laughs. When the day came everything was off to a great start, until hunger set in. I bought a honey bun from the machine that was stale :(. I had a longgggg wait, over TWO hours and I actually made an appointment. After the second hour spoke to a service guy and told him don't even worry about cleaning the car i didn't not have the time. Later I noticed my keys on my reps desk and could not find him. I was told that my rep was out to lunch and that that was the hold up for my keys. I guess that was policy but, truthfully after 3 hours i didn't care who gave me keys I just wanted to leave! My car is still under warranty so there was so payment needed. As a result I missed my next appointment, smh! Needless to say I will find another dealer, it just sucks that this location is so convenient coming from The Woodlands.
Purchasing your vehicle from here is a breeze but DO NOT SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. It's a joke. Sales rep are A+ but Service Department is running off business.

Horrible management team! We purchased a 2016 Winnebago Destination fifth wheel August 5,2016.The finance guy Tony was amazing and worked his magic! And our sales lady Patty was the best! However, from that point on was a nightmare! We had to wait until August 20,2016 to pick our unit up because the generator was not installed on the intial day as promised.So we arrive on August 20,2016 to do the inspection and walk through.We hadn't been there 20 minutes and my husband noticed 2 places in the back where the RV had been hit! Damaged scrapes and missing paint! There was also caulking smeared on areas on the outside of the R.V. and the unit was missing a screen cover for the furnace.We took pictures and are keeping them for proof! We told Patty our sales lady and waited a good 30 minutes for a manager to come outside.He finally arrived
and everybody involved acted like that "Knew nothing" about what happened.By this time we are furious! We told the manager that he better find out who is responsible for the damages on our brand new RV,the unit better be fixed ASAP,and as a manager- he better make it right! The manager acted like he really could care less about us being upset or the unit being damaged.We told the manager that he better put it in writing that it will be repaired.He wrote up an agreement and signed it and we did too.The bad thing about this whole deal is that we live in our RV long term and have 2 big dogs.They are SUPPOSED to come to our RV resort and pick it up when it is convenient for us- and return it to us.My biggest worry is that something
else will be damaged in the process due to our "Lack of trust" in DeMontrond . The biggest thing here-is that we will have to go to a hotel for who knows how many days.My advice is to go somewhere else.This was a nightmare for my husband and I.Nobody knows what is going on here and the management does not care about their customers! If it had not been for Patty our sales lady we would have walked away! She is a great person and cares about her customers.Unfortunately, she is not over anything but sales! My advice is -don't waste your time here! Look at the bad reviews listed here people- that is a huge factor!
I only clicked on one star because that was the only way I could give a review. I agreed to co-sign for a friend whose credit rate wasn't too good. The salesman pushed so hard to get her into a new car even after she said she couldn't afford the payments. I wasn't intending to pay for the car. They ran my credit through at least 6 loan instatutions.
With a credit score of 868, I didn't qualify. After all the credit inquiries, my credit score is now 705. Thanks for nothing! Won't put myself in that situation again.
Chris Hernandez was really awesome and really knowledgable, and management at Demontrond were really amazing when cutting us a deal. Highly recommend, would do it again!

Is there an option for negative stars? WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER!! I went in on 3/30/18 for service, they were supposed to order 2 parts for my vehicle and call me back within the next week for repair..well, here we are 4/27/18 and still no call back. Mind you I have called numerous times, left voicemails and even left a message for the manager of Demontrond and NOTHING. Jennifer here with the 2017 Jetta... I NEED A CALL BACK!!!! Next Vehicle purchase will be elsewhere. Never Again.

Do yourself a favor. If you go to the service department, stay as far away from Clint Grazier. He's a KIA service advisor. I went there for service and I was instructed to buy a part for my car. I bought it from their parts department and I dropped my vehicle off the following day. The car stayed there overnight. Clint called me at night and left a voice message saying my car was ready for pick up. So I went to service department only to find out the car was not fixed. I asked him what kind of joke was that? And all he did was to throw papers around his desk and said f****** customers. I don't care if I have to drive 50+ miles but I will go to a different dealership where my business is appreciated.
You spend over $20,000 with Kia buying a brand-new car. I have Lugnut locks. Last year during a tire rotation they stripped out the key for the Lugnuts. They have a master key set they won't take the Lugnuts off with out paying a fee to fix their mistake. Which takes them about 60 seconds to complete. This dealership is pathetic, and even more pathetic is the management staff in-service. Jordan was the service manager and Victor was the serviceman. If you've already made the mistake and bought a Kia, and unfortunately have to service it avoid this place at all cost

My wife and I purchased our first travel trailer at the Houston location and it was the best experience we could have ever had. We we're in the market for one for a while but were turned off buy really high pressure sales. David T and company were all great. Never got the high pressure stuff we got from other dealers. Go and see them if you're in the market.

Just recently had the displeasure of experiencing demontronds compensation policy. Really Bill, a bottle of water? Is that all you guys can do after being devastated with enough water from our recent flood. This staff brings shame to the VW brand. The ones you entrust to restore your vehicles value are the same ones to degrade it. How is a check engine light gonna come on while being in your possession? It was not on when I released it to you? Or is it the fact that my inspection is due and you wanna dupe me like you bamboozled me into getting new rotors. (We just had a flood rust is gonna be on them morons.) Looking for phantom part now and will list distributor in later post along with a trusted mechanic for labor. Stay posted for Demontronds ALTERNATIVES. #wheretheydo thatat #saveapenny

BUYERS BEWARE of DeMontrond Volkswagen. They are not honest and have unethical business practices. On 2/8/2017 I went in to look at a used 2007 GTI. The car was for sell and not spoken for. I liked the car and was going to purchase but the car was in the service department getting new tires installed. So I allowed my sales rep Adam Pursel to do a full credit check and then paid a $500 deposit on the GTI. I was told he would call me when the car was ready and then I would come by and finalize the purchase.
Needless to say after several hours I received no phone call. So to avoid traffic and decided to pick up my friend and head up there from Katy to avoid being stuck in traffic. I called and left Adam a voice mail advising him I was on the way. Within 15mins Adam calls back to state that someone came by and offered more money for the car and that management decided to go that route. Despite my $500 deposit and the full credit check.
This is just bad business. I have 30 days to finance a car or the credit check they performed would cost me on my credit score and affect my ability in the future for purch
I had a fender bender on my morning commute to work and my insurance company listed DeMontrond as a preferred service facility. I picked it up a week later and was not disappointed. They do a great job not only on customer's vehicles, but communicating throughout the process and working with the insurance company. I hope I never NEED their services again, but I will gladly refer anyone who does. Great job!

I know most, if not ALL, car dealerships are dishonest and crooked but DeMontrond VW is really bad. They would not honor my son's extended warranty telling him that he did not keep up with the recommended services so they would not honor the warranty. He did keep up the services just not with them. They basically told him too bad and wouldn't honor it. Also, my daughter's Beetle wouldn't go into gear and the check engine light came on. They had talked us into buying the extended warranty so I dropped it off. The next day they called and said that there was nothing wrong with the car and didn't know why it wouldn't go into gear the day before. Then they tried to charge me $290 for the diagnostics which I refused to pay since I paid for extended warranty. I'll never buy from them again.
This review is for DeMontrond's service department and particularly the body shop. Scott Thompson and Jeff have been absolutely fabulous to work with! We did not buy our Fleetwood Discovery from DeMontrond, but I asked them to do some modifications to it including making a trundle slide out under the two bunks and converting the rear master closet into another bed. Not only did they do an incredible job with the body shop modifications, but they also took care of several warranty issues while they had it. It was returned in a timely manner and after I got it back I have been amazed a the quality of their work. I was concerned having a body shop work on such a nice coach, worried about their work looking shoddy compared with the rest of the interior. After getting it back, their work is actually better than the original factory, matches everything else perfectly, and they even improved on a few of the original aspects of the coach that I didn't even ask them to do originally. After getting it back there were a couple of tiny issues that when I informed Scott about, he immediately sent his guys on the road driving all the way to me 3 hours away to fix it on the spot. Horrible experience! I leased my first car with them and I didn't recieve a copy of my contract and didn't reciever any paper work. So a month later when my bill was due I had no idea where to pay the bill... 2 weeks into calling them and I still don't get a answer where to pay. If you want to speak with someone in finance you'll be waiting a few weeks for someone to even answer the phone..... will never buy from here again
Amazing service and selection of cars. I purchased a vw and it came with a lifetime warranty as do all their vehicles. I will go back and purchase another.
Brandon in service always does a good job for us my unit has been in for warranty work and for insurance damage claim he always makes it a smooth transaction when we did have issues with the warranty it wasent from his end it was from the manufacturer but Brandon always found a way to make it happen thank you Brandon and demontrond from the morrows

I purchased a BRAND NEW 2017 Palamino Puma 32 RTKS from Cassidy on July 26, 2016 from the Conroe location. I was scheduled to have my final make ready appointment at 9:30 a.m. on that Friday the 29th. I arrived to view the camper and the first thing I noticed was the handle by the door was almost coming off and flapping like a flag in the wind. I go inside the camper and after Robert (a kid) finished showing me the fuse box I opened the refrigerator door nothing and was cold. He told me he forgot to plug it in that morning. Great. So we go outside the camper and I inquire as to why the front and rear outriggers operated simultaneously of each other and Robert was unsure.
Everything else was ok at the time and I get the camper to my property (that's an hour away from dealership) that I own where I did not intend to move it. I spent a few hours using jacks and cinder blocks to level, I hardwired in the electric, connected to my sewer with PVC, erect a larger copper ground wire to the bumper,fill my fridge that had finally cooled off with groceries and go to take a hot shower about midnight and guess what? The hot water only dribbled out of the bathroom faucet and sink. I called the dealership on Monday and after troubleshooting everything under the sun they decided it was possibly a pinch in the line. Had the service department actually gave a hoot about getting this ready I would not have to be taking another two days off of work, have to purchase a sway bar (I borrowed one to get it to my property) unload everything out of the fridge into a cooler I will now have to fill with ice daily, probably go stay in a hotel for a few days, while this incompetent service department figures out what they should have caught in the first place. If they are making my camper ready and walk in and out beside a handle that is flopping in the wind then chances are they don't really give a care in the world about what you are getting.
Cassidy my sales person has tried really hard to help and is great but now I have to carry this back up to the dealership. I was given the option to call out a repair man but the service manager said good luck getting reimbursed for that but they would try. If you want to purchase a camper go somewhere else a few minutes down the road to an "actual dealer" and not a Dodge dealership that has a camper stepchild business on the side. Fire your service manager because his team is ate up.

Horrible place to do business. Only had to have a switch for my memory seats replaces since it is still under warranty. They told me my vehicle was ready for pickUp. After work 6a to 6p I went straight to this dealer to pick up my vehicle. The salesman said he would stay 15 mins after 6p when the shop closed so I can pick it up so I can get to work the following morning. Don't you think, since the salesman was about to leave for the day, and since the business was already closed, and... knew I was enroute to pick it up, that they would have the vehcile ready to roll...? Right! False... we sat there for about an hour because one.. he couldn't even find our jeep, finally did but then two... couldn't find the keys. Had a shop boy running around trying to find it with him. How disorganized and unprofessional! Then says we can pick up the vehcile the following day and if they cannot find the key they will have a new one programmed. this place is a joke!!!!
We purchased our 3rd vehicle from DeMontrond VW last night and the experience was great! Raul Mendoza was our sales person and we give him a 10 out or 10 for sure! The sales process was done swiftly and painless. He even took the time to wipe down our SUV on his own since the Service Department was already closed. We will be DeMontrond Lifetime customers for sure!
Service department works like a fast food joint...There is a multi point inspection sheet that is presented after an oil change or similar maintenance that the service manager admitted to me is NOT even used by the technician as I found out when I was told my rare brake pads were at 20% remaining on one visit after receiving my multi-point inspection on prior visits with no issues cited or coming up... Needless to say I was very upset because I am Always proactive with my maintenance on my Jeep & expected the "experts" at DeMontrond to help so I won't be surprised with issues & unexpected bills like this one which could have easily been avoided by checking my brakes as they were supposed to when I come in from my very routine oil changes & tire rotations. Attempting to talk with the Service Manager Mike Renfro is an exercise in futility as he as avoided talking to me with prior issues I have had escalated - he has no concern for customers & is more concerned about making his numbers. Very sad.
Purchased our fourth car from Demontrond (Kia) today (have been buying from them for 20 yrs) and we are very impressed with how courteous every employee was when we were in the dealership, used car section. Our salesman, Craig was very patient, not pushy at all and was a true gentleman. They welcomed the idea of us taking the vehicle to our mechanic to have it looked over prior to buying, and once we agreed to make the deal, everything went smoothly, even in the finance office. Thank you Demontrond employees for assisting in the transaction and making it smooth as silk.
