I might have lost a 12.000$ with them.
Bought a used trailer. The title was send to me (in Florida). When I received it and tried to transfer the title and register the trailer, I was told that this is impossible. The name of the previous owner and his signature do not match, when they sold it to Demontrond-RV. Previous owner also died 6 years ago. Whoever sold it to Demontrond is unknown. The papers provided with the signature are not signed by a notary. Tax office said they can not transfer the title, if the person who signed the papers never owned the trailer.

I am unable to register this trailer now under my name and address in Florida.
Also I can not sell the trailer, as I do not own it, nor is my name on the title.
Tax collectors wont help me.
Unsure if DemontrondRV will ever help me out of that situation.
My best solution would be to burn down that trailer somewhere, as it is unusable.
