The people who work here are among the most friendly, competent and helpful folks that I have dealt with in any business. This business has the most remarkable customer support. I rented two large units for 1 year as our house was being renovated. The units were exactly as advertised, and everything always worked...I never had problems getting in or out. I highly recommend this business.
Nice storage facility , and the price is right for the poor man. I helped a friend with his belongings at this place...
Denise and Wade are great. Friendly and helpful. Never have a problem.

Convenient location for people who live in the Pigtown or Fed Hill arias of Baltimore.
I have been a customer at U-Tore on Russell Street in Baltimore for the past 12 years. The staff has been always courteous, respectful and resourceful. There is total peace of mind knowing my personal belongings are safe in this gated business. High security. The grounds are well lit and very clean. Five stars are the minimum...should be ranked as a 10 star business and facility. Jeanne'
The unit was reasonably priced, and the employees were great. The front desk attendant was very helpful and kind, and the grounds worker helped me fix the light receptacle in my unit. I had a great experience overall.
