The u-store on Russell Street is very clean and we are very happy customers, we have been renting a storage unit there since last year. I like how it is well lit and the hours are great.The staff is very friendly. The manager there Denise is so nice and helps you find want your looking for . The people who work here are among the most friendly, competent and helpful folks that I have dealt with in any business. This business has the most remarkable customer support. I rented two large units for 1 year as our house was being renovated. The units were exactly as advertised, and everything always worked...I never had problems getting in or out. I highly recommend this business.

The staff has been always courteous, respectful and resourceful. There is total peace of mind knowing my personal belongings are safe in this gated business. High security. The grounds are well lit and very clean. Five stars are the minimum...should be ranked as a 10 star business and facility.

The unit was reasonably priced, and the employees were great. The front desk attendant was very helpful and kind, and the grounds worker helped me fix the light receptacle in my unit. I had a great experience overall.
The place is FABULOUS! Wade is warm, personable as well as professional. The place is CLEAN, & WELL LIT. Pricing is also very reasonable.
