Very rude sales man and bad customer service. I walked in there to ask if they buy pre-owned Rvs. Just because my fifth wheel is missing few furniture pieces he told me in a rude and unprofessional way that he's not interested in buying it. I totally understand that it probably doesn't meet his expectation, but there is a proper way to talk to people. He walked away while I was talking to him. As if I'm a joke and I'm wasting his time. I don't recommend anyone to even stop by this place go spend your money and do business somewhere else where they value customers and appreciate them.

High pressure sales, bordering on harassment. We've had a positive experience with them in the past even bought 2 vehicles from them, but they will be the last. As a customer who is in need of a vehicle it is our right to spend time at your business, but when we say no multiple times and leave your place of business we should never expect 8 additional phone calls not counting the numerous calls made to our alternate contacts. Seriously this is not sales or if you call it sales it is not SERVICE!
i am just reading the reviews. it seems like the service dept. is way under trained or just a bunch of dumbasses. if it is a car dealership they need to get an RV service dept or get out of the game.
I bought my Kia back in July and hadn't yet had to bring it for service, so I didn't know what to expect. While I was running errands today I put my sunroof back. When I arrived at my destination, the sunroof would not close. I dropped by Demontrond Kia to see if they could take a look. Everyone in the service dept was so nice. They were able to get a tech to get it closed for me and scheduled a time to get it in the shop later this week. This was all done while I was sitting in my car. I never had to wake my baby or get her out of her carseat. I am very happy with my decision to buy my car from this dealer. They were more than helpful and accomodating. I will recommend them to everyone I know.
I really wanted to like this service department. My first experience here was great. They kept me abreast of everything going on and it was good. This experience was the complete opposite. Came for an oil change and 70000 mile service. Sat there for 4 hours. They never told me my car was ready though my car was sitting in the front for a minimum of 30 min. I had to go ask them to cash me out. Then when i go to pay they tell me that there were services that needed to be done. But I was sitting there for 4 hours and noone discussed with me that i needed 2 additional things done to my car!!!
Their service is mediocre at best. I'll drive an hour just to have better service. Never again will I come here.
My Scion Tc that I utilized for my daily driver lasted me 9 years and with two baby boys I needed something bigger with 4 doors. They had a 2013 Honda Accord Sport literally posted the same day I saw, told Al the salesman I spoke to that I want what I need and no B.S. Al did not play one game, greatly exceeded my expectations (and Keep in mind I have 3 other Lexus and they have incredible service, in which Al exceeded which is insane). Also, I spoke to Al that same day, I went to look, we made the deal, his finance group blew my credit unions rates out of the water, which I have never seen before either after using Lexus Financial and HFCU for 9 past years. He told me the car windshield, wash etc would be completed by Friday, and it was as discussed and no crap. One of the BEST if not the best salesman I have ever used and im only 28 and have purchased over 13 vehicles which still has me referring friends to him! And CANNOT beat the FREE lifetime warranty!
Worst VW dealership in Houston, whenever you try and schedule a appointment for service the phone just rings and rings. You can never get a hold of anyone, you will be given voice mails and don't expect a call back.
We purchased a used class A rv and were assured verbally and in writing that certain things would be fixed and they weren't. Also we were dishonestly led to believe certain things worked that didn't. They basically acted apologetic and promised to make repairs, and then just "didn't get to it" or "forgot to call me back." They are very sleazy and cheap with repairs. I considered using the lemon law to return it, but sice everything that is broken doesn't affect the mechanical functionality of the rv I am stuck sinking a few extra thousand of my own dollars into it. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. I wish I had.
I met with George "Country" Hobbs last night and he sold me a brand new Kia Soul! We were very impressed with George and he did an outstanding job, as did Scott in the Financing dept. We loved everything about our experience and will be sure to tell all our friends to come to DeMontrond Kia!
I can see why others rate this so low. I called to make an appointment to see some Road Trek RV"s as they are the closest RT dealer to me. The woman who answered didnt seem to be at all happy about working. Before I even finished saying "Hi' saw you are the local Road Trek dealer, I would like to make an appointment with a sales person...." Well she cut me off at Road Trek and sent me to RV service. I told them I wanted to look at RT RV's. Turns out they do not sell them. I told them they are still listed on RT website... he cut me off and said "Do you have warranty work on a RT..." I said no I want to buy one... I was told "We dont sell them!" Makes me wonder about RT itself if the sales department instantly thought I needed Warranty work and the service department acted like I was just another RT warranty issue. Then that they stopped selling them... Guess RT quality is not great if they will not sell them.
Great experience. Everyone was very nice. Ask for Nate Eytcheson. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Also, ask about how they can help with insurance through Allstate. I'm very happy with new Volkswagen purchase.
Went to buy new RV and things went smoothly, we found a model that fit all of our needs, a Forrest River Vibe, and we were so excited! Signed papers and had it delivered to RV park and after that from day one the NIGHTMARE began. We locked our doors for the first time as I was rushed to hospital and upon our return our keys would not let us back in and I was severely sick and called DeMontrond to get some assistance and I was told by Manager Marshall that it was not their problem, he also had the worst attitude and demeanor! This man has no business being in any management position or for that matter communicating with clients!! He should be washing RV''s....but that's not where the nightmare ends, we noticed blinds were all kinked, hole in door, screen door was broken, when I opened shower the glass door fell off, floor heater covers were not even nailed correctly, infact nails in most of the RV don't even fit holes, panel missing in back room, some speakers indoor and outdoor do not work, toilet paper holder was not even screwed into wall with correct screws so it just fell off when I went to put roll in it, the list goes on and on...AND THIS WAS SUPPOSE TO BE BRAND NEW!! It's almost as if a class of kindergarteners put it together! They came out and fixed a few things and then gave us the run around about the rest...the management is HORRIBLE!! DeMontrond needs to come in and clean house! I own 2 businesses and I would never let my upper management treat my clients like this! Just look at the reviews, that should tell you this place SUCKS! after getting run around from most management on the rest of stuff they finally pawned us off to Forrest River and that has been an utter nightmare aswell. Although they did refund me the $80 I had to get locksmith to let us in RV, they are still trying to avoid our situation. Well after numerous phone calls they agree to have me bring it in to be looked at which is a complete inconvenience bc I don't live in town and it was delivered I would have to get hotel room and board my dogs... Well lord and behold I happend to be washing my jeep tires and something caught my eye from under RV...the whole undercarriage was hanging down almost to ground exposing all the wires and electrical lines etc. I called Forrest River and DeMontrond and left messages with Jeanie (at DeMontrond) with no return phone call...Judd (at Forrest River) with no return call explaining we had several guys come out to get a quote to haul to dealership and not any of them would touch this situation as they would be liable for undercarriage completely tearing off and wiring falling out and causing more damage. I was told it's not towable...If DeMontrond or Forrest River thinks I am going to go away they are SADLY MISTAKEN!! They better be prepared for the Better Business Bureau aswell as my local television station that does buyer beware on businesses (Emily Aikin) There 6-7 months of treating me like crap is OVER! My patience has ran its course with them! and the most important sign I should have noticed was the unit we looked at the outdoor storage ran all the way through and the outdoor kitchen pulled out and upon delivery we noticed this unit did not. That should have been a green light! This unit is clearly used or just a POS! I want to thank George at DeMontrond for coming out and replacing blinds, new door and screen door, putting glass shower door back on and toilet paper holder back on wall with correct screws...he could not do the array of stuff yet to be done. We bought this for our retirement years and as it's going this hunk of junk will not even make it til then! OH AND INCASE SOMEONE MISSED IT....THIS IS SUPPOSE TO BE BRAND NEW. I plan on taking this to social media aswell as BBB, consumer buyers , my local television until my voice is heard! GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE THAT HAS A DREAM OF AN RV BOUGHT FROM HERE BECAUSE IT COULD TURN OUT TO BE YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE! I hated I had to give them 1 star but I had no choice, they didn't deserve that 1 star!
upon test driving my 2011 BMW me and Shawn discovered the battery was dead. I agreed to buy the car only if he changed the battery. He agreed that a new battery had been install but in fact all they did was jump the old battery. two months later the battery wont hold a charge and both Shawn and Manager Kevin refuse to honer their word by installing a new battery. I am now stuck with the $300 fee for new battery and installation. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS if you value your heart earn money. They will try to pull scams like this.
Purchased my 1st travel trailer here. It was used, but the trailer was in bad shape and they made me think I was getting a great deal because I didn't know any better.

This is our 5th vehicle my family has gotten from DeMontrond, 3 through Kia and 2 from VW...all through the dealership located at 45N and Rankin.
This time we traded in a Jetta, purchased from DeMontrond, for another VW and the deal was handled almost entirely via text.
As in previous purchases/leases we worked with Todd Richards who primarily works on the Kia side of things but given our longstanding relationship, he took care of this transaction as well.
After a handful of texts and a couple of phone calls we selected the vehicle, got the price and terms in order, and it was waiting, freshly washed, paperwork printed by the time my wife arrived to sign everything.
I honestly can't say enough about how incredible it has been to work with DeMontrond over these years.

Got my 2015 Kia Optima from DeMontrond Kia, they were extra helpful, Diego the Manager as well as Ernesto the salesman. I basically did everything over the phone, I told them what I was looking for, they told me they had it in stock, I drove there, test drove the vehicle which they had ready for me when I got there. Since I had already been pre-approved, by my credit union I was there less then 1 hrs. Definitely recommend them.
This is the second vw I have purchased from DeMontrond and the salesman worked hard to help me get the car I wanted for what I could afford. I wouldn't buy a car from anywhere else
