My experience at DeMontrond Kia was outstanding. Viewing their inventory online was simple and fast. Having called ahead, my salesperson and selected vehicle were at the door waiting for me when I arrived. The entire process of finalizing my lease was as fast and painless as it could possibly be; I drove off in my new car an hour and a half after walking in.

Special mention must be given to my salesperson, AC, for his outstanding work. Before I drove off the lot, he noticed an issue with my car (an upholstery defect). Rather than have me choose a different car and redo everything, he simply told me to take my car, come by in the next week or two, and he would have it repaired and give me a loaner car.

I agreed, but had just the tiniest bit of apprehension about it. After all, the real measure of a company's customer service culture is in how they treat you after they already have your money, and car dealerships in particular are infamous for not giving customers the time of day once they drive off the lot. In this case, I'm happy to say that AC was great. He was in constant communication, he was happy to help me even though I'm sure he had other things to do, and he got me back my car faster than promised or expected. He's an asset to his company, and I'll refer friends and family to him by name in the future.
