I took my trailer to DeMontrond off of 45 in Spring Tx, on March 8th. I was told by my service adviser Emmanuel that they would have my trailer for two weeks, I even questioned him because that didn't seem that long to fix the items that i needed fixing. I did not hear back from him until I called him to check on the progress (I had to call him 4 times before he returned my call on March 23rd). I was told that my trailer would be ready by Friday March 24th, the service guys was working on the lights when i questioned him about the things that should have been fixed I found out that they have forgotten that they needed to check my cable connections. I waited to hear from him and still nothing, I called him 4-6 times again and he returned my call on April 28th to tell me that they were waiting on parts from Forest River for my lights. He was very rude and told me that I was not the only person that needed parts from Forest River, I told him that i realize that they are very busy and the only thing I would like was for someone to let me know that it would take longer then expected and his comment was that it was his bad. I am sorry but the customer service here is horrible!!! I come from customer service and I would not allow any of my employees to treat anyone like this!
