Great came on time and fixed my leaking air conditioner problem within an hour. Will use again whenever the next thing breaks in my house.

When our A/C ground to a halt during a week with several 90+ degree days, Pronto was out within 24 hours to fix it. It was reassuring to have the technician inspect several things and let us know that everything else on the A/C was holding up, even though it is over 10 years old. We called Pronto because three years ago at our former home we contracted with them to provide a new furnace and A/C, and were very pleased with their pricing and service. Highly recommended!

I recently tried Pronto for air conditioning service. I had been using another company for years for maintenance and repair. Dramatic difference in every area! I was able to get service quickly and with a 2 hour window vs the 6 hour window that s standard.
Ben Myers was my technician- he was professional, friendly and told me more about my equipment than any prior technician. There was an issue that he was able to fix at the same appointment and at a very reasonable price. He worked in the rain, made sure I understood the work that was done and left everything clean.

I give the Pronto team an A+ for the install of our water heater. Wet muddy day when they installed and the house was left spotless. The first water heater had a small dent and they sent back without question. No extra charges for the wait while the new heater was delivered. Total new fittings and venting required and our plumber did an excellent job. Also fixed a fitting on our furnace that had a small leak, could have been a real disaster if not repaired. Will definitely use Pronto in the future.

Technician Robby was responsive, thorough, and courteous. While I only request a AC Tune - he identified a number of elements that could be faulty in the near future. He was eager to explain and make sure I understood ways I can keep my units well maintained in between tune ups. Thanks.

When my AC went down over a weekend, I was fortunate that Eric was the technician on call. He arrived promptly, within just a few hours of my initial call. He cleaned my unit, diagnosed the problem, and did the repair quickly. We were up and running within 45 minutes. The service we received from the office and from Eric was outstanding, as usual.

Peter stopped over and did a great job! The blower on my furnace was not operating correctly. He went the extra mile, after attempting one new part that didn't solve the problem, he kept trying. He ultimately saved me a lot of money from a $800 repair to only $149. The issue as it turned out was the "new" part was a dud out of the box, tried a different new part, and bingo! What a relief! I can now have a heated condo this winter, thanks Pete!

Reached out to Pronto for heating and air conditioning replacement. Filled out a short online request and received a call back within a few minutes. Pronto was equally responsive in getting me in home estimate and getting the equipment installed. The technicians Blaine and Chris were punctual, detail oriented and did quality work. Highly satisfied with the overall experience.

I ve been using Pronto for almost ten years now, and every time I m pleasantly surprised by how responsive they are. They always get someone out to deal with your issue very quickly. Their technicians are friendly (Pronto actually sends a photo of the technician ahead of time so you know who you re letting into your house). They don t push unnecessary repairs, do a good job of explaining the situation, and seem very fair and upfront. Peter was the most recent technician to live up to this, but they ve all been good. No one ever wants to deal with unexpected furnace issues, but I highly recommend Pronto if you need your furnace checked. I also think they re locally owned, which is a nice bonus.

Sent a request online around 9:00 pm for an AC tune up. Received an email back immediately from the local office asking what day/time would work best for me. They were able to schedule an appointment within two days for a non-urgent issue. The technician showed up on time and was very courteous. He was able to answer any questions I had and only performed work that was necessary. My older unit is now working great! I would recommend Pronto to anyone have HVAC issues.

Pronto, as well as courteous, professional, and helpful, describes my experience with furnace, water heater installation, and AC tune up. Techs have gone above the norm and make the premium pricing well worth it. They just seem to do things right. I especially like the way they (sales and tech) are able to explain situations so you can make an informed decision. That's a big, and rare deal.

Our family used Pronto this summer to install a new A/C unit, after a great experience with that transaction, start to finish, it only made sense to call Pronto when our furnace went out. We are very glad we did, the time frame for arrival was 10am-12pm, Logan, the technician was here at 10am sharp! He was very friendly, the SMS link to his Bio made for an easy ice breaker( he likes to fish, I love to fish!) After a brief description of what was failing with our furnace, he got right to work. less than 30 minutes later he was finished. Gave a great layman's breakdown of what was wrong, and how he fixed it. Suggested a "tune up" plan that would cover both the Furnace and the A/C unit. We appreciated that extra option(which we took) it shows pride in the service, and a level of comfort knowing that this will not be a one time interaction. It also shows Pronto wants to ensure that the customer is cared for beyond the initial visit.

Although we'd never used them, Pronto has been persistent in sending us promotions so we bit this time. As it happened our previous HVAC servicer had not visited or called in two years I realized by the tag on our furnace so we were overdue for service.
On the phone the staff were always courteous and the tech bent over backwards, in fact came back the next morning (Saturday) to install the filter. They answered any questions we had, and set us up with a program that will give us A/C and furnace servicing over the next two years. They will contact us whenever it is time. It has been a great home service experience working with Pronto.

Needed an HVAC tech to charge my mini split AC system. Tech arrived on time, very professional, ran into a snag and needed to go retrieve a fitting to work on my unit but did so and was back and fixed the unit within an hour. Highly recommend. Pricing was reasonable as well.

Pronto has always provided amazing customer service. We have an MVP maintenance plan, with Spring and Fall tune-ups. Otto was our tech today, and was prompt and friendly. Our nearly-15-year-old Bryant gas furnace went out due to a faulty secondary heat exchange on a cold day in November. Jesse came out for an initial visit and was extremely helpful and thorough. He didn't push us on any aggressive tactics and informed us about our options in a very calm, reasonable, honest way. When we determined what we wanted, Jesse made some calls and worked with us to identify rebates that helped knock the price down considerably. He also scheduled us for an install very quickly. When the time came for our install, Haso and Ryan did a great job. They showed up on-time, brought all their own equipment, cleaned everything out very neatly (including removing the old furnace in full), and left behind a really nice, clean new setup. They even walked us through how all of our air supplies and dampers worked with the new system. Gigi and Maria were very helpful on the phone with scheduling and payment. We'd had poor experiences with Hero and are very happy switching to Pronto. 10/10, will use again!

Travis and Ezra were professional, punctual, flexible and exceptionally helpful with my project. Travis was knowledgeable, authentic and personable. He patiently explained his work installing a low-pressure gas exterior outlet for a grill, smoker or fire pit along with depth of experience.

Eli and Elias arrived on time and completed the install in about 4 hours. They did a clean install and left things neat. Jack, the salesman, was very responsive when I called for some paperwork for my rebate. He also gave me a price for the same exact product that was much less than the other bids.
