Low pressure sales staff (Jeff) told me my options without bs'ing or trying to upsell. Worked out a price and had them out 4 days later for a replacement furnace & a/c install.
Install crew (Haso, Joe, Jamari, and one other- sorry guy!) Showed up 15 min early (so right on time) and got right to work. Kept me in the loop and entertained my questions. The install looks clean and professional. House was left clean too. Zero worries along the way.
