I ve been using Pronto for almost ten years now, and every time I m pleasantly surprised by how responsive they are. They always get someone out to deal with your issue very quickly. Their technicians are friendly (Pronto actually sends a photo of the technician ahead of time so you know who you re letting into your house). They don t push unnecessary repairs, do a good job of explaining the situation, and seem very fair and upfront. Peter was the most recent technician to live up to this, but they ve all been good. No one ever wants to deal with unexpected furnace issues, but I highly recommend Pronto if you need your furnace checked. I also think they re locally owned, which is a nice bonus.
