I give the Pronto team an A+ for the install of our water heater. Wet muddy day when they installed and the house was left spotless. The first water heater had a small dent and they sent back without question. No extra charges for the wait while the new heater was delivered. Total new fittings and venting required and our plumber did an excellent job. Also fixed a fitting on our furnace that had a small leak, could have been a real disaster if not repaired. Will definitely use Pronto in the future.
